This restaurant seems so hidden, but the interior is very spacious and has a very comfortable vibe to the restaurant and they have curtains to cover you while you and your group are eating. The candy fried chicken was tasty (and spicy) and the server was very friendly and kind with us and we had some nice chats with them.

We ordered delivery from here - I was craving bibimbap but wanted to try a new Korean place, and my boyfriend... well, he loves his fried chicken! And so, we settled on Chi-Mac. The delivery fee is by no means inexpensive from UberEats ($4!!) but the fried chicken was quite worth it. Chi-Mac's fried chicken is double fried and comes coated in an interesting coating, which reminded me of cornflakes. We got the original, and at $23, it was a sizeable portion (maybe half a chicken, deboned). It's marinated in five spice powder so has a light kick - I only wish it were slightly more flavourful. Some breading was soggy by the time it arrived, but still very crispy on the whole. My bibimbap was okay - what can you expect from a fried chicken place? It was quite lukewarm (everything was) but the egg was beautifully crispy and runny. We also got the mandu / dumplings - at $13, it was fairly overpriced. Nothing special, just small bits of minced meat in a wonton wrapping. I'd definitely come here in person, but Uber delivery (with its higher cost, lukewarm delivery) just wasn't worth it.

This is a little tucked away Korean restaurant in a busy Mississauga plaza, which looks like an authentic restaurant straight from Korea. It's a family run business that serves food in a super speedy manner. The bibimbap is very good, but the chicken was a little too dry and oily for me. The jajangmyun is also hearty but could use a stronger flavour.

Halal Korean food that is close to the airport. Very casual environment. The Korean fried chicken was ok - spice levels are adjustable based on the flavor picked. the bibimbap was average, not a lot of flavor. overall, average experience.

This place is very welcoming when you enter as the decor is on point. There's lots of booth for small to large groups. One of the things I'll definitely come and check out is the booth area/almost like a private room for large groups. This type of food is definitely catered to a large group. Because you have the ability to order multiple dishes and share amongst your group. Prices are high but pretty standard for a place like this as it is meant to be for large groups. The chicken dishes were great, the gyoza and the kalbi was amazing but the spring rolls were cold on the inside. We will definitely come back here with a larger group as we were only four upon coming here this time.

The ambiance was very Korean style - giving you the feel of Korea. Food was very authentic to the Korean style but priced a lot- a lot of variety and options to try. Service was good. Three stars coz the pricing didn't do justice to the food

FOOD & ATMOSPHERE BOTH 10! seating for 4 was a little secluded booth with curtains at the door, very cute and cozy. small button on table to order (+ service was very quick and polite) ordered small fried chicken bbq flavor, veg spring roll and beef bulgogi (comes with bowl of rice). came with complimentary sides (kimchi etc.) chicken was juicy, crispy and the sauce was very tasty! unexpected for bbq flavor but very good. bulgogi was good too, great marinate for the beef and it was super soft. spring rolls were great as far as spring rolls go. even the rice was perfect! i would reccomend getting a few extra bowls of rice to eat with the meal. (total was about $80 tax/drinks incl.) overall, i was very satisfied with this experience and will definitely come back

A little store front in a little strip mall but once you go in it's actually quite spacious. Went on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy. I don't know if the service button on the table actually works because after we pressed it, we still saw the server standing there staring into blank space so we ended up waving him down anyway. Prices are normal/comparable to Yonge and finch (I'm not familiar with this area at all). I like that all their chicken comes boneless by default instead of paying extra like at The Fry to get boneless. Also liked the fact that it's Asahi on tap instead of Sapporo. The chicken was pretty tender and had a good batter that wasn't too thick, so I would say the food is pretty good quality. I would come back again if I ever wanted fried chicken and beer when I'm in the area.

I was sad to hear that Song Cook was gone! :( but when we got there, their sign was just moved above Chi-mac's so I was like, okay well that's good! I enjoyed eating at Song Cook's after church at times. We actually came here to try the KFC which I originally thought it was the same Chimac one I went to in Markham but it's.. not lol. Interior of the place didn't change, looks exactly the same as before so it was spacious. We got a large booth (5 people). KFC prices weren't that bad so we ordered a lotttt more food. If you look at the menu, they have pictures and clearly the photos have bones in them but there was a disclaimer at the very top that states it was ALL boneless. Keep in mind there. I'm a fan of just boneless so it was good for me. Not great for the ones in my party that wanted bone-in. Whatever, they dealt with it. We ordered a green onion fried chicken, half/half, bbq. Green onion was probably the best (sauce was given on the side which I poured in myself after). Half half was just okay. BBQ was a turn off for me. The bbq smell was SO heavy - just wasn't a fan, neither the ppl in my party. We also ordered a side of cheese corn - not similar to the one's i'm used to eating at k-pocha or the fry. Not that good here. Lastly ordered rice cakes but they didn't have an option to add cheese. At the other korean places we've been to, they have the option so we asked anyways cuz we wanted cheese. The waiter went to ask and came back saying $1.50 we said that's fine. Comes back shortly again and says nvm, $2.50 for cheese is that okay? we're like lol okay whatever cuz we wanted cheese on it. IT CAME OUT WITH A KRAFT DINNER SLICE LOOL NOT WORTH. JUST DON'T ORDER CHEESE ANYMORE. It didn't even melt. It was just.. wrong LOL. Would I come back for KFC here, nah. Song Cook's? Yes.

Tried take out at this place for the first time. Pretty good quality for take out given I had to drive 20 min home before I could eat it. Small half & half chicken. It comes boneless. The original is very crispy. The seasoned should be sweet and spicy, I think, but I didn't taste any spiciness. Small soy garlic wings - good but personally would prefer a little more sauce. Kim Mari - pretty good appetizer. Kimchi fried rice with egg (forgot to take picture) - It was tasty and portion was big. Very slight spiciness from the kimchi. Comes with 3 side dishes - kimchi, radish, coleslaw. Would try this again!

Some kinda spring roll with seaweed and glass noodles inside.

GOOD, not greasy! Chicken was juicy, although not all pieces were very meaty. You'll want to visit in a group of at least 3-4 to enjoy the chicken. Otherwise, a small portion is a bit much for just 1-2 diners. "Small" portion was ~$16 and if there are 3-4 ppl, you'll want to order something else to share! Although the spring rolls wrapped in seaweed with jap chae were good, they're from the freezer aisle at your Asian grocery store. Coleslaw banchan was very mediocre. Nothing worth noting. Service was quite standard, nothing extraordinary. If I was visiting for the first time, I'd definitely try out the fried chicken BEFORE I dip into the other Korean dishes!

    Garlic chic!

Walking in, we were greeted with a smile. The interior of the restaurant was spacious with a private feel since they had areas sectioned off from one another. We ordered the Japchae (5/5), Boneless Yangnyum Galbi (4/5), Pork Belly (4/5). Japchae was delicious with a hint of smokey flavour to it. The noodles were chewy and complemented well with the savoury flavours of bulgogi. The vegetables added a nice crunch to every bite. The mushrooms added a chewy and fun texture to the dish. Boneless Yangnyum Galbi was so tender. Its marinade was on the sweet side which we weren't really a fan of but we still enjoyed the dish. Pork Belly was also tender. It was thinly sliced which was quite a let down since we typically prefer pork belly sliced a bit thicker. The BBQ we ordered came with two bowls of rice and lettuce (non-refillable), ssamjang and sesame oil with black pepper and salt for dipping, and some side dishes that were refillable: kimchi, bean sprouts, cucumbers and sweet potato. The overall quality of the ingredients, especially the meats, were great. It was pretty telling how much the cooks enjoyed prepping and cooking the dishes. This place is on the pricier side which is reasonable for the quality of their food. The portions are also reasonable for their price-points. I'd come back on a special occasion and/or when I'm craving japchae. The servers we had were attentive, checking in every so often to clear our dishes and change our grills.

It arrived fairly quickly after I ordered it and obviously I had to mix all the components together along with a small dish of the included gochujang. And yeah, it totally hit the spot. All the components were way above average and while I could've used a little more spice, I managed to inhale the whole thing in what had to be record time.
