Came here for the first time today and Alex was top notch. The hot stone during the massage was a nice touch. Felt so relaxed after my massage. I was offered water after my massage. He's a nice guy and very funny as well. Jennie was very nice too. The place is clean and relaxing. I highly Recommend this place! A Swedish Massage on the website would be considered false advertising after my experience. After filling out a form with a description of problem areas, providing my credit card to guarantee an 18% gratuity, and again meeting with the massage therapist to reiterate the same problem areas, I was left disappointed and literally was left for over 5 minutes in the middle of the massage. If I had to describe my massage, it felt like a bottle of baby oil being poured on my back and then being petted like a cat. Choose wisely when it comes to spas and don't fall for Groupons like I did, where desperate companies go on before they close their doors for good. In this case, this spa should retire. read more

This was my first time getting a foot massage and I am so happy that this is where I started. It was a full hour and I was very skeptical about a foot massage lasting an entire hour, but I must say-- the experience was amazing! I should've started by saying that as soon as you walk through the door, you feel welcomed. They are extremely hospitable and take the time to make you feel comfortable. You sit in a giant fluffy reclining chair as your feet are pampered to the max! I closed my eyes for the remainder of the massage as the lights were low and the music was extremely soothing. The staff is wonderful starting off with the front desk person Jenny who is really funny and knowledgeable. I had a foot massage by Alex who was incredible and quickly knew what problems I had been suffering with. I've been battling plantar fasciitis and heel spurs for months that has been treated by a podiatrist with some relief, but I've been in pain still. This post is one week after having experienced the foot reflexology by Alex and I can honestly say that he is a magician. Been coming here for the last year. Alex gives a real strong foot massage and actually concentrates on the feet and lower legs. I have been to many other places that seem to spend 5 minutes on each foot and then do your neck, arms. They are also so friendly. One day when it was raining Alex wanted me to take his umbrella since I was walking home (I didn't). Also, a lot more aesthetically pleasing that your average foot massage place. read more

We are from north Orlando visiting the area for the weekend. Mostly walked downtown and to the beach. A lot of walking. Saw this place and walked inside just checking it out. They were very nice. Their pricing was even less than where we are from so we figured we would go for the hour foot work. They actually performed not just a massage but reflexology and foot and calf message. We stayed for body message as well. I'm a bit jealous that we don't have them up where we are. We would be there like every week. Great family owners and operated business. read more

Very clean, friendly family run place. Alex was gentle yet effective at finding areas that needed attention. I was there for Body Revival which was massage and reflexology for 60 minutes. This wasn't enough time to address all areas of the body and reflexology. I recommend 60 minutes for massage only or a full body experience of massage and reflexology for 90 minutes. If you're shopping price, realize that Chi's prices include gratuity, hot stone and oils which puts their cost below many others.
