Somehow, without comparing notes beforehand, we both came out saying the exact same thing: "That was the BEST massage I've ever had." From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, intentional, and elevated. No rushing, no "standard routine" energy. Our masseuses were incredibly attentive, reading in real time and adjusting pressure exactly where it was needed. It felt personalized. The full 90 minutes actually felt like 90 minutes (which is rare), and every part of the session built on the last. Deep where it needed to be, relaxing where it should be, perfectly balanced. What stood out most is that we each had completely separate therapists, and both experiences were equally exceptional. If you're even thinking about booking here, DO it. And go for the 90 minutes. Buddha spa is a great spa that exceeds the rest. The workers are kind friendly and inviting. My masseuse took her time and help aid in my severe pain located on my right shoulder. I will be leaving bad reviews for this business across every platform. Buddha Spa is a horrible business and extremely rude. I would recommend everyone read the lowest reviews on Google, don't be fooled by the star ratings, myself and plenty of others have had the same experience with this business not honoring Groupons. I received a Groupon for a couples massage about a year ago, I forgot I had it and decided to make an appointment because the expiration date was in 2045. so obviously, I assumed the coupon was still valid because it says so. The lady at the front desk was so rude and she kept showing me a calculator that she typed 50 in and told me I owed that even though I had a Groupon that was already paid for. unfortunately, she makes no sense because she doesn't know English and when I showed her, the price online was even less than what the Groupon was She still told me I owed her $37. Not sure how she came up with these numbers but they won't provide me with the policy that states customers are responsible for paying the difference of a discounted price. Not sure why this business is still on Groupon because they don't accept them. I would not recommend anybody purchase a groupon here or come here at all. There are many horrible reviews for this place I would advise everyone go read them. I attached my Groupon with the date highlighted so I'm not gaslit into being told that it expired a year ago. they also mentioned they would pay for my parking and didn't even though they texted me that less than 24 hours before my appointment and also asked me to come before opening. super weird, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place read more

I really enjoyed my massage & the beds were unusually comfy. HOWEVER, I paid $65 for the massage. when done - at front desk I gave a $15 tip. The guy looks at me and says "don't you think you should leave more of a tip? it's a very hard & physical job..." I was tipping her MORE than 20% and the guy starts arguing with me that I didn't leave enough tip!!! I got SO furious and said "I'm not paying their salary! I already paid for my massage! this is a TIP! you're supposed to be gracious. he shows me a board at the desk stating that the recommended tip "should be $25-$30!!!!!" WTF. They gave me detailed instructions to ensure I was able to find parking (even texting me a map and a picture of the parking sign so I could find the parking lot near them!) and then offered to pay if I ended up on a metered space on the street. It's been a while since I visited Buddha Spa and shared my wonderful experience that I had during that visit. Today I made an appointment and was welcomed back by May, the friendly receptionist. I had seen a video the other day on my social media feed showing a woman walking on someone's back and I was curious what this might feel like. I decided on another combo massage with 30 minutes dedicated to my tired feet and then the remaining 30 minutes I had a full body massage with a short time dedicated to the back walk. Let me tell you, this was really amazing and got deep into the tissue in a way that I don't think it's possible from any other angle. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and that's before even stepping foot in the spa. I called simply to make an appointment and was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the start. The two people on the phone spoke to me poorly, showed zero interest in helping, and acted as if my call was an inconvenience. When I tried calling back to clarify, they hung up on me multiple times. If this is how they treat potential customers just trying to book, I can't imagine how they treat people once they've taken your money. A spa should be professional, welcoming, and respectful. My husband bought me the Groupon for my birthday. However, upon arrival, I found out they have happy hour pricing during the week that matches the Groupon pricing. It was so worth it. They knew exactly the right pressure to use, and it was just the perfect way to relax. It was clean and quiet and they were very kind. Check them out for a nice, relaxing massage. Try and book direct if going during the week before 2 pm, rather than getting the Groupon. Jessica was by far the best massage therapist they ever had, but unfortunately, she is no longer there. I went in yesterday for a 90-minute massage and it was honestly one of the worst massages I've ever had. The therapist, Nancy, seemed inexperienced, was extremely rough, and nothing about the massage felt relaxing. Buddha Spa offers a good, quality massage. I recommend the 90-minute session as it feels much less rushed and they can spend more time with you, obviously. One ding though is that the walls are pretty thin - you can hear the front-room phone ringing and customers' comings and goings during your massage. Last session, in fact, there was a Grunge band practicing next door, which you could clearly hear through the walls shared with the neighboring tenant. I like Grunge, just not DURING my massage, though it was a bit comical. And the main piped-in music, you know, the relaxi music, that we're accustomed to listening to during a massage, was not loud enough, even after I asked to turn-it-up, it was barely audible - a little weird.
