This is still my go-to casual massage place. I just had the best foot massage ever. Also it's great for combo massages (body-feet) as although i love a good body massage i always want extra time on my feet. The therapist today really knew his reflexology points, and gave pretty firm pressure when needed. He spent some time on my shoulders first and then also my legs, not just my feet. The music is relaxing and the place feels clean. They make room for last minute when they can. The front desk guy is always helpful and kind. read more

I've been to Boca Happy Feet probably a dozen times and always had good service at reasonable prices. If you're looking for high end and value privacy this is not the place. A 30 minute foot massage that includes shoulders really makes my day! Also the gift certificates are a good deal and people I've sent there have been happy. read more

I come to this location a lot and honestly they would get a 5 star if the service I receive was consistent. One thing I hate about all massage place is that you pay for an hour but they cut into your time getting prep in the beginning. Well today was the worst for me. I took my GF to get a massage for her birthday and like I said I come here a lot so the guy who in the front recognizes us and was very welcoming and fast getting us a masseuse. we went in and the guy who was supposed to massage me started the same time as my GF's masseuse but right when he started he stopped and was gone for at least 5 min (even my GF's masseuse asked him what's happening) he seem and felt pre occupied throughout my massage. He keep stopping and leaving. In total I got a 35-40 min massage btwn prep and him leaving. At least this did NOT happen with my GF's masseuse (her name was Cindy according to my GF she was the best she had there) I didn't get my masseuse name as I was a bit disappointed and confused as to why this happened. The prices are decent but they don't have change make sure you have change. As my guy did not deserve above the 30% tip. I will be asking for a different person if I get him again! read more

BEWARE, on my most recent trip in I made an appointment with a man. About five minutes into the massage, the owner switched my masseuse out for a woman. I knew immediately and had a bad massage. At the conclusion of the massage I spoke with the owner about the BAIT and SWITCH they pulled. The owner was extremely AGGRESSIVE and BELLIGERENT yelling at me. It was crazy!! This place has gone really down hill. Have been coming here for years and the quality has gone down as the price goes on. I will NEVER go back to this DISHONEST business and others should beware of their bait and switch tactics. STAY AWAY. read more

I was pretty disappointed in this place. I had an appt with a friend and they called to make sure we were coming. Yes I said. When we got there the man asked what time was our appt? And he glanced at the clock and gave us a dirty look. I also wanted to use my Yelp check in special and they would not honor it. So shame on them. My foot massage was pretty good but they did not offer us water or anything. I just figured that part out myself (they had a refrigerator in the front with all small waters and it was obvious). I gave a good tip but I don't think I would come back because of the few negatives I mentioned. There are many other places around that do the same thing. read more

RIP OFF. Bait and switch tactics were used on me my 1 hour massage was supposed to be $45 which was fine..however when I was leaving the manager or whatever said the charge was $75 I Refused to pay that and threatened to call the police and he backed down but BUYER BEWARE read more

IBeen to many of these places this one was by far one of the best foot massagers ( . Lee was amazing ) for 1 hour you feet back neck arm head Were massage and when it was over it was maybe I should do more! oh well I will be returning ,,,, for 1 hour you are completely relaxed !!!!! Spending a half hour at this spa was absolutely wonderful. They started with a shoulder massage before eventually laying me down in a quiet room with soft music. Then the fantastic foot and ankle and leg massage begin. I will definitely go back over and over. read more

Never ever disappointed with the massages I get here! I have gotten $300 massages in fancy hotels and more than half of the time I come out feeling like I waisted the money... so screw that... Here, at Happy Feet?! For $55, I get 1 hour of the best full body massage I ever had!!! Every time! I come out feeling like jell-O. Never dissatisfied!!!! I enjoy my experience every time. This is usually my to-go spot for a quick message. You are usually in the room with a few others. It's kept at 6 feet apart, the masseuse is wearing a face mask at all times. Prices are great services is excellent for a quick massage. read more

This is the worst service of all the places in South Florida!! The owner who is also the front man does not care about his business or how its run. I was a regular customer (2x week). I always requested Lorain and she is awesome. But with the idiot up front I will never be back. Not only he lost a regular he lost a big tipp er. I tipped her $20 on a $30 service. NOT COMING BACK! I have been a regular (almost) weekly customer for 4 years, bringing my family/friends and, at times, up to 5 additional people for a 90 minute session. When I call, Lucas answers the phone; "Hi Kiki, what time and how many?" Vickie, Leo and Kerry have always been spot on. However, over the past three months, I have become disillusioned with the salon and services. Cell phones ringing and customers talking loudly during session has been an ongoing issue that management has failed to address. Upon arrival for my last several appointments, I was informed the requested therapist was not available. Their substitutions were not as competent and, throughout my session, carried on conversations with the neighboring therapist. Last Wednesday, I phoned to schedule two 90 minute appointments for Friday at 3pm. Lucas informed me he could only do 1 hour; I accepted. At 2pm on Friday he called and asked if we could come at 3:30. Already having another commitment, I said no. He said, "Ok, come at 3". We arrived to what seemed chaos. After waiting 10 minutes, and witnessing a lot of coming/going/whispering we were brought into the treatment room. My friend's massage started, but I waited 5 minutes; then, Lucas came in and said he would provide my massage. It started out fine; Lucas was excellent. But, about 10 minutes into the massage, Lucas left and another therapist took over. This one was horrible. No pressure, no technique, he just kept lightly rubbing the same spot over and over to the point where it was not just unpleasant but actually annoying. He was yawning throughout the session. I couldn't wait for it to be over. When I finished, Lucas acknowledged the therapist's lack of skill and made excuses of staffing, the owner not communicating with him, having to call in extra help, etc... I told him I was not happy and did not want to pay for the session. He said, "If you don't pay, you can't come back". I said, if I do pay, I may not come back. Lucas promised to speak with the owner and request a refund; he said he would text me. It's Tuesday and no word. After reading some of the recent reviews, it appears I am not alone. It is incredibly disheartening that my loyalty has not been met with any effort to make things right. Perhaps their business will survive; but, sadly, I'm moving on. read more
