The product is peeling up from the lip and the ground concrete underneath is crumbling. Customer service is just giving me the run-around. I've called them multiple times and at their request texted them pictures of the damage multiple times but never received the promised call back to schedule a repair visit/ remediation visit. This has been going on for the past year. Just messing me around and wasting my time by making me jump through a bunch of hoops for no reason.

Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!

Jim asked us questions before he came out and when he came he knew what we were looking for. Jim's got a nice, low key way about him. He's been in the business quite a while and was able to make some good suggestions. He followed up and did what he said he would do. We wanted to preserve the old woodwork in the house (The Marvin window guy kept wanting us to replace it) so the three other quotes we got (Marvin, Pella, Andersen) recommended insert windows (frame inside the frame) which is what we thought that we would do except that the windows would be smaller to accommodate the new interior frame. We got quotes on wood windows from everyone and some vinyl. Jim recommended sash replacements, this allows for the windows to be almost the same size as the originals from 1922. His quote for the wood windows was a little higher than the best vinyl ones and lower than all of the other wood windows. We had 19 windows installed on the first floor last week, and let me tell you... they look fantastic! Gorgeous wood windows that match the original look of the old windows (minus the cracked paint, dirty storm windows,sticks for holding the windows up etc...) with a fresh new look. We couldn't be happier. Jim gave us a good price, good advice and measured carefully so the install went smoothly (and on time!) His guys were polite and careful around our stuff (and our great dog "Chaps") We are very happy with the result. We also had Jim replace two basement windows, one of them had a pipe going through it, Jim handled this in the coolest way... I can see clearly now.....

The reduction in road noise is profound, and where our old windows produced interior condensation when the temperatures dropped below 20, these new windows are still totally dry. Superior exteriors replaced 20 windows and our sliding glass door in our home. Our old windows…read morewere 35 year old wood windows that were falling apart and rotting. They were not even able to be opened in many cases. They removed everything, even replaced the wood around the window openings, sealed everything up and did an amazing job. Almost all projects at our house have had issues from previous work done, but they were able to keep rolling and got everything done perfectly. So nice to be able to open windows and have a sliding door that actually works.....and even locks! We even changed 2 of our windows to a large picture window with 2 double hung windows on sides. It completely changed the rooms and made the whole space look so much better. Have had them installed for a little over a month now and it has been such a difference. The draft from the old windows is gone, the fall temperature changes from 80s to 30s had made less of an impact inside the house also. From the first initial meeting to the final walk through everything was great. Can't wait to hopefully use them for our siding replacement next year!
