I was visiting Tyler and wanted Thai food so decided on having this delivered based on positive reviews. They have an extensive menu that includes the standard Thai dishes, noodles, rice and curries and street food. They also have sushi and some other Japanese & Chinese entrees. I wanted something warm and spicy so opted for the red curry with vegetables and Thai spicy. You also have the option to have tofu or meat/chicken/seafood. The dish came with jasmine rice as well. The whole meal was delicious. The curry was creamy, spicy yet also still spiced with lemongrass and other seasonings. It wasn't;t too sweet or heavy like other red curries I have had in the past. In addition, I was happy with the variety and amount of vegetables which included eggplant, bamboo sprouts, carrots and greens. Normally, not a huge fan of white rice, this one was soft, sticky and chewy which paired well with he spicy sauce. I would love to try some other Thai dishes and desserts. If craving something a bit different from the abundant Tex Mex and BBQ, try this spot! read more

I really love the food and want to give a good review. BUT I ordered my food at 12:04 and got it at 1:06. When that happens and your waiter doesn't even act like he cares, it's a problem. He even avoided me when I would try and ask. This is the second time it's happened. The other time it was almost 40 minutes. I can't go back to this location. Do not go to this location on Broadway. Food is never correct and is not consistent with the food served further south at Cumberland. Ordered from Waitr but food was not good. Noodles tasted like they had been sitting out for a day and beef had no flavor. The chicken curry we ordered barely had any meat in it (maybe 4 small strips of chicken) with more steamed vegetables than the main course curry. We ordered more rice but was given a box of rice that wasn't even half way full. Called and spoke with a manager who was very much not interested in hearing feedback about the poor food and service. Absolutely amazing food first and foremost. With that being said, a coworker and myself were really wanting to go to this place. We sat patiently with one waitress handling the entire front part of the restaurant. I can only imagine how stressful that must have been for her. So, the place closes at 9:30pm and we show up at 9. Before we even sit down, the staff in the back hears we're here and starts yelling...continually. The waiter literally has to yell at him to calm down because everyone in the restaurant hears him. The waiter gives us the menus, and tries to take our order while he's standing completely behind us, rushing us to order like he's about to miss a Limp Bizkit concert. So after I order what I would like, he immediately leaves the table, NEVER ASKING what she would like. I guess he remembered there's TWO people trying to eat and comes back to take her order. On sushi- it was heavily overpriced and there was too much use of fake crab meat. The Broadway Roll was doused in too many sauces. The menu was inaccurate and vague. On noodle dish- pretty good overall. It was a little pricey. Felt a little greasy On Bento Box- The "Crunchy Roll" is literally rice and seaweed wrapped around tempura flakes! Their tempura flakes felt heavy and greasy. The bento box tempura was not worth 16$. Overall, this restaurant is satisfactory for Thai food, but be prepared for some steeper prices. But for sushi, this restaurant is not worth it for its price. Overall in Tyler, GoFish sushi is much more worth it and better quality. read more

I've been here several times for their That Food and have loved it every time. Their authentic flavors elevate the dishes and really enhance the experience. The curry (red is my fav) is amazing, noodle / stir-fry dishes are on point (luv the Pad Kee Mao), and the soups are generously portioned and full of good stuff. Arrived to a mostly empty restaurant. There was one large party and a couple smaller tables. The guy that seated us told us our waiter would be with us shortly. A few minutes later he came back and told us he guessed he would be our waiter. He took our drink order and brought them to us. Took our order. A sushi roll and grilled chicken fried rice. The roll was brought out about the time the large table started getting their food. She ate her roll and we waited for the rice. And we waited. And waited. The server blamed the kitchen being behind. There was no one in the dining area that didn't have their food. Our "server" didn't seem to care. The large table and the table behind us finished their food and we still did not have the rice. We never heard a "Sorry for the wait" or an offer to at the very least comp our soda. We will not be returning if that is the kind of customer service they offer. Update: After receiving a HIGHLY inappropriate message from someone I can only assume is connected to this restaurant I will NEVER go here or the other location EVER. And since you "don't give a sh**" you won't mind if I tell other people that you don't care about the service they receive or even potentially the quality of the food since "money moves out here" that is clearly all that matters. read more

I ordered my food through doordash well before closing time and it took over an hour for me to get my food, I was told to wait in my car and they would bring the food out to me and I waited until 10 minutes past closing time and still didn't have my food. I ordered delivery for a shrimp pad Thai. I paid $3.99 for EXTRA VEGGIES and just asked for broccoli. I got 4 small pieces of broccoli, I guess I paid a dollar for each broccoli?? The pad Thai was dry and flavorless, the shrimp was rubbery. I have never had a bad pad Thai until I ordered this one. It was almost inedible but I was hungry so I ate it...not sure about the rest of their food but I was sorely disappointed about this pad Thai and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. read more
