The food was amazing, I ordered the Special beef noodle soup (Pho Dac Biet) and Spring Rolls. I walked in and saw a customer be completely rude to the owners and cursing them out. These people are human beings as well and deserve to be treated with respect. Please be patient with Vietnamese cuisines. I had no issues with the service and the lady was very sweet. I got the bunbohue which is usually my go-to at Pho/Vietnamese restaurants. The broth itself was good but the noodles were broken into pieces so they were soft and harder to scoop up. There was adequate meat but the dish usually has the pork feet and pork blood which they didn't have here to my dismay. The cabbage that came with it were also too sliced up but that is just my personal preference. I was craving BBH so I got my fix. Overall, the dish wasn't bad, but I don't know if I would order it again. It was also more expensive than it should've been for the amount and quality of the food. read more

My wife and I come here 2-3 times a month. We both like the food, but today? I guess I'm just disappointed in the service. We got there we received water right away but as customers came and went we couldn't get anyone to get an order. My wife tried many times. But free sitting to approx 40 minutes and while everyone else in the place had all gotten there after us and had gotten their order taken or even finish eating their food. So we decided to leave. We live in CA and there's pho spots all over the place and I've been to so many, this pho is THE BEST PHO IVE EVER TASTED! Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. What a great find! We took a detour from I 20 and were lucky to have landed in this plaza. Food was delicious. They have a staff shortage as with every place these days so be patient. We moved here in September of '23 and it is now May of '24. I can count on two hands the number of times we have tried to eat there during their posted hours only to pull up and find that they have closed for whatever reason. Sometimes weeks at a time. I came from far away, and this place is one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants I have ever been to! I didn't expect Tyler to have such authentic Viet food. I visited multiple times during my stay, and the drinks are great, the pho and combo rice meals are wonderful and authentic, and the owner is the so charmingly Vietnamese. I've never had food come out so fast, especially the Pho! This place is so good, I could cry! I was on my way to pick up Jason's Deli (a great place to eat as well). It was my husbands turn to pick dinner and I wasn't really in the mood for it. I knew I'd find something delicious, but I had a hankerin' for Vietnamese or Thai. I pull up to park in front of Jason's, and I end up in front of this place two doors down. I was so giddy. I ordered the biggest, fully loaded bowl of pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, and a pork banh mi. Everything was the best I'd had since living on the west coast, where stellar Vietnamese restaurants are plentiful. I live way out in Winona so this place is farther away than other Pho spots in Tyler, but I'm already strategically planning my errands around visiting again ASAP. Worth the drive! read more
