The onsite leadership allowing this behavior is a disgrace. Employees were standing around leaning on the counter instead of taking orders, showing no concern for customers. At one point, a customer simply asked for a napkin and was yelled at and told to "get them over there" while an employee pointed--absolutely ridiculous. If I can see this lack of professionalism as a customer, how can management not? It feels like they are part of the problem. The atmosphere showed a blatant disregard for customer service and respect. I would never recommend this location to anyone. If I could leave a negative star review, I would. If you don't want to work in customer service, find a job better aligned with your skills--but don't take it out on paying customers.

The food has been consistently excellent. Everything tastes fresh and like someone actually cares about the food they are serving.
