Immediate friendly greeting and directions on just seating yourself, pleasant staff as I even had to make them wait while I had forgotten my wallet in the car! I got a BLT and my boyfriend got a burger, I stole a bite of his and it was amazing, just as my BLT was!! We both ordered a beer and were waited on and fed in a timely fashion. Everything they have on display is so cool, I think we got one of the best seats in the house looking at all of the signed names on the wall! We will definitely be back as a stop during our travels! Then one day, I actually had it, and I do remember my very first time some 15 years ago. I quickly became a regular at that location. I didn't know, however, it would grow to be my #3 favorite sandwich place of all time. So I did a mobile order for this location because I was parked across the street for the weekend. For the very first time, I ordered a bowl instead of a sandwich, because I'm cutting my carbs. I'll get the cons out of the way, before picking up my bowl I used the bathroom. It looked It was straight out of a saw movie. In comparison, the restaurant itself was actually really clean. So I think management needs to put a scrub brush and bleach in the employee's hands. Second gripe, when I did my mobile order, I asked for them to give me an absurd amount of oil and vinegar. And they didn't, BUT, already expecting that to be overlooked, I asked the guy for a couple to go containers so I was set. Oh and it didn't give me any cutlery, but I have some on board so no big deal. The employee that I dealt with was super nice and super professional. I ordered an Italian bowl and was able to customize my ingredients. Man, it was so good. It was also the perfect size meal for me at least. I've eaten at a few different Jersey Mike's across the country, throughout the years, and I can't really say that I've ever had a bad or subpar sandwich from them. I mean they make it right in front of you. The Jersey Mike's by my house, the workers seem mentally challenged but whatever I digress. So yeah I got back to my truck and ate my bowl, I just finished it and I drank the leftover oil and vinegar at the bottom of my bowl. No major complaints, so I don't figure you will have any either! This will always be my #3 favorite sandwich shop, only topped by a local deli in my old neighborhood called "Hello Deli" that has been in business for decades, and then of course my all time #1 fav, Quiznos!
