Ross also put a scratch guard plate on the underside of my front bumper. Ross was great and is a great guy. After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. Amanda the manager was supposed to reach out to help me; called her every day and she called me back zero times - insurance company was waiting on simple photos for 7-10 days which caused above delay.
