I had paid for a $49 consult with a garment. I repeat do not sign anything. You will not get your money back. I was able to get some of my money back from care credit. Scheduling is a central location, not the office. After 10 min of ridiculous back and forth about what procedure and what I needed I was told "Deb" would call me- a receptionist at the Willowbrook office that was "taking care of Dr. Berti's patients." A receptionist cannot answer my question about whether a cosmetic procedure is possible- I said (in a normal tone of voice) that they are about to lose a patient- Me- and this person's supervisor got on the line and said if I continued to talk to her trainee this way she would end the call.
