I can't recommend this place enough. Finally in Smyrna we have a place to get some real Chicago food. So far I've had the cheesy beef (Italian beef covered with cheese) protip: ask for it wet. That was amazing. This had flavor throughout. I've also tried the meatball sub - wonderful. And their Chicago style hotdog. Accurate and delicious. As others have mentioned, the fries are nice and the fry sauce takes it over the top. Everyone I've encountered working here has been polite and friendly. They seem eager to help. The prices are reasonable and there is plenty of seating. Do yourself a favor and try it out. read more

I love this place. Im there 1 every couple weeks and when it first opened I went twice in one week. The staff is always super friendly. As far as food The chicken philly is by far my favorite but the italian beef, patty melt, and pizza puff are wonderful too. The fries are so so, I honestly wish they had Cajun or curly fries, but the "fry sauce" is what make the fries amazing. Check your receipt. My bank account reflected $1.00 more than the receipt. I checked my account while waiting on the food and our bank account showed $47 and some change. I asked for another copy of the receipt while picking up the food and it reflected the $46 and some change that they originally told me. Point is yes it's just a dollar but if they are adding an extra dollar to all their customers without the customers knowledge then that's a lot of money they are stealing. I got the Italian Sausage combo. Ordered it with mozzarella cheese and "wet", which means that they cover it with au jus. So glad I tried it that way! Definitely need to grab a fork and knife if you order it wet though. And eat it quick or it'll get super soggy. The fries were hot, fresh, and taste homemade. Ordered 3 meals to go got all the way home and they left out one of the meals. I had to drive back to get the missing sandwich and fries. I expected a little more than "sorry about that" for a return trip that took me another 30 minutes round trip. I got the missing Italian beef sandwich and the bread was mushy by the time I got home. I had ordered the dry sandwich but looks like they gave me the wet one. I ended up throwing it away. My husband had the chicken sandwich and said it was dry and not really good.
