A couple of coworkers and I ordered food through door dash. I ordered the hummus and gyro salad. When I got my food, it was missing the gyro meat. I immediately called to ask if it should have had the meat and they said yes. I explained what happened and they immediately apologized and within 15 minutes they delivered an new order. A whole bunch a food at an affordable price! I had the gyro platter, which also comes with grilled chicken, steamed rice, and a large Greek salad. The homemade cucumber dressing is so so so good! I had a tea, which was as Good Peak. $1.95 for unlimited refills. My food was like $8.99 and I could not even eat half of this huge plate! They cook it while you watch and it's pretty hard to understand them when they speak, but they are extremely nice and kept asking me if I wanted anything more. The locals eat here, but they do not really advertise, so most tourists don't know to try it. It's a Greek family that owns and runs it. They have a very large menu. The food at this place is amazing. It's a little bit of a strange experience, though. I've been there a couple of times and both times I felt a little bit unwelcome when I walked through the door. The entire interaction with staff was uncomfortable and I felt like they weren't really happy to be there. This one star review is purely because of the manager. I ordered through grub hub and admittedly the pita and hummus were quite tasty. The chicken however was dryer than dry wall. Not edible unless you were willing to douse it in the four cartons of ranch- which admittedly I was not wanting to do. So I called grub hub to see about a refund. They contact the restaurant. And then the manager of the restaurant calls me to harass me about it. After explaining why there's nothing wrong with my food and that it's the drivers fault because the driver took so long (when my food was still hot and the driver only took 15 minutes) he then demands that he will only issue me a refund if I load my infant daughter in the car in the rain and drive to his store and get it. Well if I was gonna go into your store I wouldn't have ordered through grub hub. Listen. I get you have customers who try to pull stuff over on you. But to call a customer and harass them?
