These guys rock! My car caught on a folding table SOMEONE left behind my car and when I backed out of the garage it caught the side rails of our automatic garage door opener. They came out on a SUNDAY IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Next the guy "Tomer" who was really nice even saved me $175.00 by bending back and straightening the rail as opposed to selling a set of new rails - I always love when a business doesn't try to upsell you even when they could no questions asked. read more

I have had this company come out in the past to repair our rolling grill gate and service has always been excellent, albeit a bit pricey. Yesterday, I called in about a jam in our gate and was told someone would be out between 1 and 1.5 hours. Thrilled that someone could examine and possibly repair the gate, I called in to work to take the day off so I could be home to oversee the work and remit payment. 2 hours went by so I called them - no response, so I left a message. 3 hours - called again. No response, left another message. 4 hours. 5 hours - called in and left another message. No response. No call back. This is ridiculous - if your tech was caught up at another job or wasn't able to come out, all you had to do was call me to let me know you would be late or wouldn't make it out. Instead I was left waiting the entire day and now am a vacation day short. I won't ever use their service again. read more

I hate to do this but I feel it is necessary to the consumers. I called this company when my overhead door started to bind upon raising and lowering, whereas it would reverse direction and go up. The appointment was made I believe for the following morning and he showed up right on time and after a brief assessment of the door, informed me that both of my spring rollers, the little pulleys attached to the springs on either side of the door, needed replacement. After this test was done he offered his assistance to get my rubber gasket on the bottom of the door and I said OK. Tasks completed you handed me the bill I looked at it and it was $248, and when I asked why so high he told me it wasn't easy and that he helped me with my gasket. I reluctantly paid him, and said goodbye. Two weeks later my door began malfunctioning the same way again so I called the same guy and told him, then inquired to make sure it was still covered from the first repair. I assumed it would be but was quickly informed that it would be another separate charge of which I told him I didn't think that was fair. He said he would come look at it but he had to charge me and again I said why do you charge me again when the same symptoms returned and you told me it was now fixed. He persisted and I say goodbye. Today I called him again,it is been several weeks since I spoke to him,and upon answering stated he was in California and couldn't help me, so I inquired as to having another worker come out, and he informed me "I am the owner I'm not sending anyone to see you .......I hung up. He at first seemed ok but this I believe is ridiculous and very very poor customer relations. So buyer Beware! read more

I have had Tomer come out several times to service our garage door and electric gate. All I can say is that I wish all the service people who I contact regarding house hold repairs were this prompt, helpful and trustworthy. He competently fixes all our problems (which we often have several ranging from the chain coming off the gate or the gate getting stuck or repairing a malfunctioning garage door or programing all of our various openers) and offers alternative solutions when needed. He always answers the phone and is available to come out within a very reasonable time. Not only does he show up (not all service people do this!) but he often arrives early. No one likes it when something in their home breaks but at least when something goes wrong with our gate or garage, I know who to call. read more

This was a surprisingly great experience, and one that I recommend. My electric gate operator in my driveway completely stopped working, leaving my gate open. My 3 dogs were consuming lots of water that 90 degree day, which meant I would let them out in the yard or have to walk them in the terrible heat. I called the company that installed the gate with the apparatus. They were not helpful​ that day or any day since. Then l called Tomer's company. He came promptly. He worked diligently to identify the problem and when he did, he worked equally hard to find a way to fix the problem. The problem turned out to be fatal. So I bought a new operator from Tomer. The product was installed 48 hours from the day I called for service. Tomer is a perfectionist so the work he did was performed neatly and flawlessly and the new system is a true upgrade, as it looks better and performs better than what was there. Had a pretty messed up overhead door this evening. Completely off track, twisted, torsion spring cables broken. We were told it would be an hour for the tech to arrive and he was here in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problems and was finished in about an hour and a half. He also recommended that we replace the torsion spring as it wasn't the correct size for the door. After thoroughly explaining why he was recommending it, it was absolutely the right choice to have it done. I've never experienced service like this. I'm the president of our condo association here in Chicago - on Friday 30th the springs on our commercial garage door failed. Unfortunately this happened in the late afternoon - on a 4th of July weekend. Our door was shut and nobody had any way to get out of the garage. I spoke with the owner (Tomer Nevo) and explained how important it was to get our garage door back into operation. While at dinner with his family, Tomer arranged to have one of his suppliers make him a replacement spring. He picked this custom made spring up the next morning, drove to our building and had our garage door up an operational by 9:00 am. You tell me, how many contractors would go through that kind of effort to take care of a customer? No other contractor will touch our garage doors as long as these guys are in business! read more

Great service! Tomer came in less than an hour from our call on a Sunday afternoon when our garage door was damaged by a car from the outside. He managed to open the door, let us move the cars outside, and then safely closed the door again. Next Wednesday (we have a non-standard door size so it takes longer to order), he arrived early with a new door. The job he did was excellent! I would highly recommend Tomer. He showed up during emergency hours about an hour or so after I contacted him to fix my off track garage door. When he arrived he was extremely polite and professional. He advised me that I needed another spring for my door and that not having it was a big risk. As you can imagine, my mind immediately went to "how much is this going to cost me?" especially with the emergency hours additional fee. He did the whole thing in about an hour and gave me a pretty big discount. He knew I was concerned about cost but also didn't want to leave me with an unsafe garage. Tomer is a good guy.
