Chicago Super Sitters is a absolutely fantastic place to go to if you need a qualified baby-sitter to take care of your little ones! I am a working mom who had to let her nanny go after two months and was all of a sudden without help. Tori came to the rescue and she was very knowledgeable and personal; the sitters she picked to take care of our 7 month old were great : Jane stayed with Jimmy entire Saturdays and he loved her; Corrine helped me with cooking Jimmy's meals for several days when I had a couple of deadlines and did wonders with putting Jimmy to bed; Maggie stayed one night so that Mom and Dad could go for dinner, Erica played with Jimmy an entire afternoon and Gina spent a whole day with Jimmy! There was a time that one of the sitters couldn't make it on time and another when one of the sitters got really sick and Tori immediately send me two other sitters who were just as great! Tori really knows her sitters and she is really is great at building a relationship with the Mom and the sitters! Not to mention that quite a few times I placed an online request within 1 or 2 days of needing a sitter and Tori always figured it all out! I have been recommending them to all my friends and I will keep on using them even now that I have a new nanny who we are all in love with- especially Jimmy! I recently used Chicago Super Sitters for a very very last minute babysitting need. None of my usual sitters were available and I was really stressed. Not only was a sitter set up within hours, but I learned about it via text from the owner...she was that on-the-ball. The sitter that came was great. She was on time and seemed happy to be there. Our 18 month old has started crying when I leave, but not that morning. The babysitter took control right away and the house was quiet as I left. When I returned, everyone was dancing around. The boys ate when and what they were supposed to. Napped when they should. And most importantly, smiled and laughed and told me about their day. I was referred to Chicago Super Sitters from a couple friends. Being a first time mom, I was nervous about having a sitter for my daughter, but wow, am I so happy with this service! The process is easy, you fill out a registration form, and Tori, the owner, will call you to discuss your sitting needs, along with learning more about your family, child, etc. This will allow her to pair you with a great sitter! Additionally, email response time is quick, which is great! For my first appointment, Tori actually spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me prior to the sitter arriving to help calm my nerves down, and coach me on how to have a successful baby-sitting experience. She was AWESOME! Loved our sitter, my daughter was taken care of and I can now 100% say I love love love using this service! We have since used CSS again, and the sitter she paired us with this time is equally just as awesome! I plan to use CSS for all my future babysitting needs. We had our first experience with Chicago Super Sitters last week, and we cannot say enough good things about them! We should start by saying, this was our first time taking a date night our since our 9 month old son was born, so, we were nervous about the prospect of leaving him with anyone ... but Tori went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was very invested in what was important to us and made sure to match us with a sitter who would satisfy everything we were looking for. Alex fit the bill in every way possible. She was communicative prior to her visit and arrived promptly. And she handled all of our "first time parent" anxiety before we left with calm and confidence. We've been using Chicago Super Sitters since our daughter was born 5 years ago. Not having family close Chicago Super Sitters was our solution. We've used them many times and have been pleased with the sitters we've had. This past time was especially amazing since there were a lot of differences.  We had family in from out of town with 2 kids. We wanted to have a night out and so hired a sitter for the three kids. Due to naps, the other kids arrived right when Val did, not leaving any time for the 3 kids and our dog to acclimate to each other and the surroundings before we left. It wasn't full on chaos but there was a lot happening at once. So Val was a total champ and rocked it out. She said everything was fine when we got back (after a text early to make sure things were going OK). Chicago Super Sitters is AMAZING! We used them when we were in town from Atlanta for a wedding this past weekend. Tori was super professional when asking about the wants and needs of my children and showed genuine care. She matched us up with Maggie who was UNBeLIEVABLE!!! I had never left my children with a "stranger" before and the minute I met Maggie I felt completely at ease. She is such a warm individual and my kids took to her immediately. We used her both Friday and Saturday night and when my oldest son woke up Saturday morning he asked when Maggie was coming over. In fact, three days later he is still asking about her. Tori and all of her sitters are top notch!! I have had last minutes changes, a sitter getting sick, and sitters moving that I hired long term and Tori has always comes thru for me!! She has perfectly matched our son with the best sitter. Moving here from another state in August I was overwhelmed with the transition and finding a long term sitter and Tori within minutes of talking to her made me feel at ease and found someone for us within days! I was visiting Chicago for a long weekend and I am lucky my friend referred me to https://chicagosupersitters.com. The baby sitter that came to watch my baby from 10pm till 4am was professionals and outstanding. I asked her to update me every 30-45 minutes and if my son (6 months) woke up, and so she did. the messages where as follow: " everything is going great, he hasn't woe up yet", "He is still sleeping, we're good here", he just ate and fell right back asleep". Tori was so efficient and helpful that I felt really comfortable with the service right away. We were only in town for the weekend and Tori was great finding us an amazing sitter for an evening and even offered some great tips on things to do and see. We have 3 young children and Kat seemed very at ease and capable with the kids. VERY impressed with Chicago Super Sitters. I wish more cities had a service as well run and reputable as this one. We brought our 18 year old, 9 year old and 2 year old to Chicago so we could go see a concert. We hired CSS to provide a sitter during the concert for our 2 year old. The sitter that was sent was friendly, confidant and put us at ease right away. We were able to check in via text with her and she provided updates through the evening as to what he ate, when he fell asleep, etc. I would use this service again for sure! read more
