Ever since the old manager left, the property has started to go downhill. She was the best manager we've had, and her absence is definitely felt. Currently, reaching the office is a "hit or miss" experience--getting someone to pick up the phone or being there during posted hours is inconsistent. At this point, email is your only reliable source of contact even that is meh. I hope they can bring back the level of customer service Eiren provided. Those are some big shoes to fill apparently. The new maintenance Supervisor Leon is awesome he does everything can't wait till he hires his team so he not doing everything by himself.

Swat is sadly here every other month. Cops are ALWAYS here, fires truck and ambulance are always here. Kids would practice drive bys all the time. Cars get broken into all the time. It's it NOT a safe neighborhood. Office staff plays favoritism. I was supposed to get a "reserved space" due to my daughter's medical conduction brought in all the necessary documents to provide a spot for her back in January was told it won't take to long, here we are now 6 months later and still have heard nothing even after several follow ups I get the same excuse every time. Neighbors under me are extremely rude. They complain when I parent my kids and correct their behaviors. ALWAYS pound on my floor due to a toddler throwing a fit and office staff doesn't do anything. Save yourself a headache. Go live something else! Currently in the process of looking for a new place to live due to being retaliated against and targeted.

First, massive plumbing leak, maintenance responded quickly after i called the office but a couple months after moving in, the pipes in my shower, over my sink, and over my bed leaked from the ceiling. I had to frantically switch out between storage bins, trash cans and bowls to keep water from directly leaking over by mattress and other belongings. I appreciate the technician who helped manage this issue. Later discovered a leak in my shower that was slowly causing mold to grow on my ceiling. I have poor ventilation, so I have to leave my fan on 24/7 and my bathroom door open, even when I don't use the shower. I put in a maintenance request and the technician calls the mold water marks and covers it up with plaster. Not a full year later I notice it start growing on the wall. Put in a maintenance request, no response after 10 days. I email them a few times as a reminder, no response. I do a mold test, comes back as mold spores, Alternaria, ulocladium and some other mold byproduct. Maintenance still gaslights me and says mold isn't harmful like this. That i shouldn't worry. Okay, well then they take a gaping hole out of the wall and exposed rotten wood beams with black splotches. That's concerning. Leave a hole in the wall for 5 days before they come back. BTW we have no idea wtf is giong on. They come back and take out the rest of the wall leaving us without a shower. No notification of what to do after that or if we'd be able to shower of the weekend, it was a friday. My bf and I go straight to the office, like wtf and they manage to get us access to another unit's shower. We go there to shower, they never turn on water heater or provide shower curtains. We end up showering in cold water and use our towers to dry up the floor. That sucked. So everyone knows too, they said it was my shower head leaking due to my shower hanger bending the piping. They never provided documentation or anything and didn't replace the plumbing. Since then I haven't replaced the hanger, but considering how long these "water marks" have been here.... Eventually the maintenance team patches the wall and uses Problock primer which again is a cover up, doesn't actually kill the mold. They plaster the ceiling too and the paint job is very patchy. I do have documentation, dates, times. Also back in 2024, complex sends out an email about upping security. 6 months later, my motorcycle ignition is completely drilled through. My bike lock is destroyed, and my gas tank is dented. Not a quick attempt to steal my motorcycle. Back in November 2025, my boyfriend has all of his storage bins stolen out of his car, 3 very industrial bins stolen overnight. This was during a time he was moving his belongings into my place... He lost so much, how did security not notice. Unsure. I mean shitty stuff happens, but this complex is not secure. Sometime last year, my phone was having issues, my screen was cracked and would glitch randomly. 1 month, I noticed I had a late rent fee showing on my statement in the rental app. I called, turns out my payment didn't go through. I set dates and always have money in my account for rent. For some reason it didn't go through. I ask the office for help sending in my payment and the rep refuses. Says it's no problem on her end and she doesn't know why I can't just do it myself. I tell her my phone is glitching and the app won't let me pay, she says everything works perfectly fine on her end. I desperately plee with her to just charge the card on my account, still refuses like she's reading off a script. I end up using my boyfriend's phone. Turns out, months ago, they sent out a notice that rent payments can be taken over the phone. WTF. Also, I had an ant infestation, and I let the office know, they informed me that if i wanted pest control to stop by they were coming the following week. I never received notification, a visit, anything. https://indoorairinsight.com/ulocladium-mold-characteristics-growth-conditions-health-effects-and-safe-remediation/ https://scienceinsights.org/what-is-alternaria-alternata-and-is-it-harmful/ This place is not accommodating and their communication skills need improvement, and I wish I had a bigger backbone to speak my mind louder. I've been so stressed out. Also, look at reviews because it looks like they charge an arm and a leg to move out too!

First, my job takes me to a LOT of apartment complexes so I see how bad they can be, trash…read moreeverywhere, broke down junkers, dilapidated appearance at worst, and the nice ones? NO extra parking, and NO lighting so you can't see your door or even your car at night. You don't feel safe outside after dark. Cambridge is different it is clean and well lighted you can feel comfortable for your wife or children to step outside if they like, night or day. As I write this I have had the privilege to live here going on three years and the fall colors of the trees in the complex are just amazingly beautiful, then there are the leaves crunching underfoot and making the excitement of fall come to life under your very toes. Now if your children need a school it's right across the street and one of the better schools around. As for Church, the fabulous Motion Church of Puyallup is also across the street, pastor Roger Archer is worth looking up online even if you don,t move here. Godly and fearless in the face of government tyranny and a wonderful preacher. Little children can go to the Churches school for lower grades and they have an accredited college program, for Seminary, and Nursing for example. Convenience? School and Church across the street Safeway and fast food two blocks down and the mall a mile up the hill to the shopping district. And don't forget a brand new Starbucks right down the street. 3 minutes to either of TWO onramps to the freeway! Nestled in the great Western Washington State fair community the complex borders old Puyallup, full of history and small-town atmosphere you will have a hard time finding anywhere else. Management? You won't find ANYTHING to complain about with the professional management of this place. The manager is here every day on time and easily accessible if you have any issues she is on it right away. Need repairs? The onsite crew are there sometimes the same day and always do a great job keeping your place clean and well maintained. Frankly, I just had an opportunity to buy a house on very good terms but after all consideration, heck, I'd rather live here. I bet you will too. What are you waiting for?
