Armando and his team did an excellent job repairing and refinishing my 4 factory BMW wheels (rare style 107s). I requested 2 services: Repair two cracks on one of my wheels and restore all four wheels. Drop off was convenient, communication through the process was excellent. The team let me know there were some minor issues with clearcoat/paint peeling that could compromise the longevity of the refinish. They upgraded the refinishing service to powder coating at an exceptional value. Turn around was very fast. Armando was there during my pickup and walked me through the finished product. He identified two tiny physical dents in the wheel that he could not address - I appreciate the attention to detail and transparency, but I would not have even noticed unless I took a magnifying glass to it. The repair of the cracks was excellent. I took the wheels to my BMW dealership for them to throw tires on and mount to the car. They said the repair was done well, all wheels were true and balanced. Was a bit disappointed to the lack of attention to detail. Went to get a wheel with a curb rash refinished based on all the glowing reviews and thought the entire wheel would be refinished on the price quoted not based on where the damage was. Only the curve rash area was sanded and repainted but all the other areas with nicks and scratches were still there. When I mentioned this to the person, I was told that it was because I only pointed out the damaged area and did not refer to the entire wheel. Was planning to get my other wheels refinished but after this experience, guess I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I unfortunately hit a large pothole on LSD and bent the rim on my car. This business was located close to Cassidy Tire, where I had purchased my tires, and I thought I would be able to get the wheel repaired and get a new tire afterward nearby (there was also a bubble in the sidewall). The man I spoke to over the phone told me to come by in about 2 hours and they would be able to complete the work the same day and it would probably cost around $150. Great, I thought. It was much less expensive than I had anticipated. When I picked up the car, the paint that was used to repair the damaged area was a totally different color than the rest of the wheel and the paint itself was uneven and wavy. In my opinion, the work was subpar and I was not satisfied with the outcome. When I expressed this, it immediately became an argument over the level of service I had requested, the cost, and the price of a new wheel. I was never presented any options of different levels of service upfront, nor did anyone explain how the work was to be performed or what the expectation should be based on the specific service performed. All good information to share with your customers, so they might be able to make an informed decision and not be disappointed in the outcome. Their suggested resolution was to repaint the wheel and try to match the color this time. Well, why didn't they match the color the first time? I have no confidence that a second attempt would do anything other than waste more of my time. If you are a detail-orientated person with high expectations, maybe go somewhere else or make sure you understand what outcome is achievable based on the service performed. read more
