They then lied to her about not needing insurance approval. They also lied about what they were having her sign. I'm the policyholder (and an insurance defense attorney), so I asked them to send me the form, and they refused to do so. Instead, they refused to work on the car altogether and insisted that the car be taken to another shop. Which I was more than happy to do! Very shady behavior.

I dropped the car off for a relatively minor dent costing over $8000; I was in shock. The insurance company was not gonna pay for that so I picked up the car drove across the street when my battery died. The AAA said there was hardly any battery life and I was lucky to get it started when I did. I went to have the car washed and the car matt in the front driver side was missing though it was there when I dropped the car off. I called the front desk of caliber and unfortunately all I got was backtalk from the woman that answers the phone, she kept talking over me and really did not have great customer service.
