I'm continuously disappointed in this location. I used to live closer to the one off Ernest Barrett in Marietta and it is by far my favorite. They always have hot food, especially since I usually add extra pickles or something that *should* make it a little special. Here, even when I tweak it, I get cold sandwiches with several pickles in ONE place so they are all haphazardly eaten in one awkward bite. I'm so tired of it. My fries this last time were lukewarm at best and actually hard - almost stale tasting. It's so weird to me how a busy place can't consistently give hot and fresh fries. This last time was even more annoying because I use the app a lot and according to it, my food was ready for several minutes before it was given to me. In fact, I was first car in line shortly after I got the notification and it still wasn't served - instead cars behind me were being served. Anyway. I would typically write these comments in a survey but I never get one for this location and so I decided a review was necessary. First world problems, but this latest visit was a total bust and waste of money. I would not recommend this location. read more

I always do mobile orders. I never have a problem with the people outside taking the orders. However, the same lady at the window is ALWAYS so rude!!! Not sure of her name, but she was there today ((10/6/23, at 9:20) handing out the food at the window. First, I asked for a bendy straw. She ignore me. When I asked again she said "yeah, we don't have those." Then, I saw I had the wrong order (which, might I add, has happened twice in the last 2 weeks). I ordered a butter biscuit but was given a chicken biscuit. After looking annoyed, she took the biscuit back and carefully opened it to find that it was a chicken biscuit. Then she took it back to wherever she got the new biscuit from. Her general attitude is gross. She is rude and does not uphold the standard of CFA. I wish I got her name. Frustrated. Waited over 20 minutes for food which was wrong. The salad my wife had order was wrong. Thankfully they fixed it however when I got home the Chicken strips were burnt and not edible. Did not realize till got home around 9:30pm and opened the box. Team leader told me I can drive back to the store and they would give me a new one. Told them I am not able to do that which their response was nothing else they could do. We are disappointed in the way this was handled. I've been coming here a while now and thought I leave a review finally. I love Chick-fil-A! One of my favorite places to eat (fast wise). I usually get their Grilled Chicken salad or the spicy deluxe sandwich most of the time. Great customer service, meaning they are friendly and respectful and sees the customers needs! I was a customer of the inside 'dining area' a few Saturdays ago. I'd ordered two regular chicken sandwiches--one spicy and one regular along with an iced tea. When the food finally arrived at my table, I took a bite from the spicy chicken sandwich. It was not thoroughly cooked; I'd say maybe two-thirds cooked. I flagged down one of the employees to advised her of the incompletely cooked food. She went and got one of her shift managers who had a bit of an attitude upon arriving to my table. When I showed her the partially-cooked chicken, she said she would get me another. I politely declined, not even caring to get a refund. Looking forward to a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit for breakfast this morning to be informed they were out of bacon. They asked if egg and cheese would be ok. That's what they sent...egg and cheese in a bowl...NO BISCUIT. Order was wrong and I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. Had a coupon for a free sandwich and I guess when i told them that they added another sandwich to my order so I still payed the same price I normally would have but got an extra sandwich. Not mad at that but it defeats the purpose of a free sandwich. I ordered a regular sandwich with cheese and bacon instead they gave me a spicy deluxe sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and no bacon. Under normal circumstance, I enjoy Chick-Fil-A. They go above and beyond for their customers, the staff is very courteous and my order is always hot. I suppose it is natural to have a day off or two...or three. I have lovingly nicknamed Chick-Fil-A "Jesus Chicken" since every crazed, Southern Baptist camped out here for days proclaiming their love for over priced, over salted food. While I am not a fan of the views of Mr. Cathy, I didn't order his political agenda with a side of delicious waffle fries so, I let it go. Every time I come to the drive-thru, EVERY TIME I am denied condiments. When I make my order at their new flat screen drive thru window of the future, I ask for condiments and I even ask again at the window yet I am always ignored. I have even brought this up to the Ken doll working the drive-thru window that I cannot eat Jesus Chicken without Chick-Fil-A sauce and while he looks horrified by what I said (remind me to tell you the time I accidentally dropped the F bomb here) he still smiles and says, "my pleasure." I understand you're selling chicken to the masses and people stand in long lines like they're getting saved with each bite but come on, I need my condiments. I was thrilled to have my first Chick-Fil-A experience right here in Acworth, GA. I almost forgot to Yelp it for my Spring Break Atlanta list, but let's just say I was saving the best for last. Yep, Chick-Fil-A is about what it was cracked up to be. Extremely courteous and patient staff (I almost wanted to ask if they were getting sarcastic with me--until I realized that maybe that was some bitter Chicago weather leaking into the balmy air). Honestly, who doesn't love Chick-fil-a? Although all of the locations I've gone to have great customer service, this one has always gone above and beyond. My toddler son and I eat here quite often and the employees always give my son extra attention to make him happy. If you request that they don't do this, you are treated horribly. No smiles, no hellos or have a nice day. Just attitude and ugly looks. Excuse me, Acworth Chick Fil A. You say it's time saving and easier?? I am not 2... I am perfectly capable of opening a straw AND inserting into my cup. It saves me no time when you do this because I have to take the time to get new drinks made... As well as repeat that I do not wish you to put my straw in my drink while ordering. There is a saying "If it isn't broke don't fix it". This location was busy before remodel but they ran it very well. After remodel, I expected an even better experience, but it is now the worst functioning location I have ever visited. One huge problem is they did away with curbside pickup. The other problem is the drivethru lanes are so narrow that cars are running into curbing and also have to take turns making a turn around the dumpster building. It is sad you close a location for 6 months and spend a 1/2 million dollars on a redesign and you make it a literal quick service nightmare. I would like a upper management member to get in their car during dinner rush and test their location to see first hand the mistakes they made with this location. read more

The chicken is either not cooked enough, burnt to hell , and tonight I had to open my sandwich up to make sure there was even a piece of chicken on it . It was very small and flat. Every time I come to this location the drive through line is ridiculously backed up and does not move quickly at all. On several different occasions I was in line for over 15 mins. It doesn't matter how long you have been line they turn to lunch (even a few minutes before 10:30). One would think a long wait means fresh food.. wrong the nuggets and fries are commonly cold. It's worth the longer drive to have better service and food at a different location!! read more

Chikfila is the only fast food that I eat. The grilled chicken club is very good as well as everything on the menu. I love their lemonade although I do have to dilute it since it's so strong. But at least it's made with only real lemons, real sugar, and filtered water... The way it's supposed to be made. The people working here are always friendly and go above and beyond in customer service. Yes...it's super crowded because like I said, it's the only good fast food out there. If you don't like the crowds you can always go to Wendy's next door.. There's never a crowd there. read more
