I tried the Honey Sesame Chicken with white rice . The chicken and the extremely small bit of vegetables I received were flavorful, but the portion was disappointing. The menu photo makes it look like you'll get a generous amount of chicken and green beans , but my bowl had only 4 green beans , a handful of chicken strips , and a huge mound of plain white rice underneath. The meal was a waste of money because I threw away more than half of the rice . It was so bland , and there was simply too much compared to the amount of chicken and vegetables. I'm a vegetable lover and I know the bowl wasn't meant to be a veggie bowl , but it wasn't balanced with the rice . I received the meal at the drive through , the employee was nice , but there wasn't much dialogue .I originally wanted brown rice , but I was informed Panda no longer serves brown rice . I have been inside this location . Therefore , I can't speak on the cleanliness or the design layout of the restaurant. Nor can I say anything about how the bathroom is maintained. I'm huge on clean bathrooms because that's one of the most common issues with public spaces. I will probably never order this meal again . Especially if it's portioned this way. read more

We have such a great experience every time we eat at Panda Express. Friendly service, clean restaurant, nice serving portions for every meal. I personally keep it simple as I love the orange chicken and fried rice. That's all I need and I'm so happy! My husband likes trying the other meat options and my kiddos enjoy their kids meals. Brenda, the ones that speak spanish is very friendly and a hard worker. I saw her going table by table asking customers if they are ok. She cleans the floor and the tables like an owner takes care of his own restaurant. I was there with my daughter in wheelchair and help me with the tray, napkins and everything. I like Panda Express. I eat at this location regularly. Since the pandemic, I use their drive through and eat at home. I'm giving them 5 stars because I have never had a problem here. The food is good, they get my order right and the staff is nice and friendly. I almost always get the Kung Pao chicken. I alternate between chow mein and fried rice. I think that they both go well with the Kung Pao. I like their chicken egg roll and I really like Panda's hot mustard sauce. I try to keep some of their spicy mustard at my house because I think it is better than many other restaurants. The Kung Pao here is H O T ! There are a few small red dried peppers in there. Wow. Sometimes I pick them out but occasionally, if I want to sweat, I eat them. When I asked if they still had it, the server was extremely rude and said "we stopped serving that over a year ago." The food was ok, but the customer service was horrible. They rushed us through our order and the employees acted like anything we asked for was an inconvenience. We asked if they had military discount, like most Panda Expresses do. The cashier said yes. Afterwards we looked on our receipt and had seen she did not give us the discount. My husband spoke to the store owner and was told they do not have to give a military discount and that he was being nice. He said it was up to the restaurant and he was not going to honor it. This is the second time in a month I've been there. First time they forgot my egg rolls. When I called back (Same day) they said no problem. Just let us know next time you come in. Ok so I finally did it I tried the ever so famous Panda Express. I love Chinese food and have been to many restaurants and buffers but never fast food unless you count the ones in the mall. Panda has a clean image their menu is full of pictures of fresh veggies and healthy options. The presentation wasn't bad it was slightly busy which might have played to my advantage being fresher product. The choices or bowl or plate mainly pick one side or go for 2 I would suggest split they give you plenty of rice and chow mein. The entrees were good but didn't think they equaled restaurant quality. The teriyaki was over cooked and the sauce was not the best the rice even had a salty taste. The sweet fire chicken even though it was breaded had a great flavor little heat but really good. They like to add extras such as egg rolls or premium sides or entrees which wi push the meal over $10 easily. This location is very hit or miss. The drive through is very slow most of the time and at least half the time there is a 5-10 minute wait on popular items. I've waited in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes to discover that they were taking one car at a time, filling their order and waiting until they drove away before taking the next order, and then be told that it would be 10 minutes for my first and second choices. If there's more than three cars int he drive-thru go to a sit down restaurant, it will be just as fast and about the same price. This is my favorite place to get a quick meal. I've been coming here once to twice a week for the past year. Out of all the Panda locations I've been to the food is the best at this one. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because every single time I've gone here after 7 PM they are out of everything. I will request 5 different entrées before I finally find one they haven't run out of, only to be told once I order chow mein or rangoons as a side that they are also out of those.
