I like Arby's. I'm a fan. I've been eating at Arby's as far back as I can remember. I just checked - Arby's opened in 1964, before I was born, so I've probably been eating at Arby's for most of my life. My favorite sandwich: The Beef n Cheddar My favorite sauce: Horsey sauce I like their curly fries and I really like their potato cakes. Lately, I've been trying more of their menu. -Limited time fish sandwiches - ok but not great. -Smokehouse Brisket sandwich - YES please! Love it. -Loaded Italian sandwich - I'm a fan. -Turkey Gyro - Yes. -Greek Gyro - Yes. Yes. It's not new but their French Dip is yummy! I usually get my food to go here, in the drive-through. There are a few fast food places with drive-thoughs near this Arby's but I don't think any of them go faster than this Arby's drive-through. Lately, I've noticed that the employees working the drive through have been pleasant, well groomed and on top of things. I've only eaten inside here a few times. It has always been very clean. I'm not sure how old this location is but the interior seems pretty new to me. I'd like to send a big THANK YOU to the crew at this Arby's. This Arby's is my "third place;" it's about my favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic. These guys make excellent, hot, fresh food. The veggies are fresh, and the portion sizes are generous. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's not unusual to be pleasantly surprised when you order a small fry and they give you a medium, or something similar. The staff are kind. They seem awfully attentive for quick-service workers, but I'll take it. They are attentive to your needs; they are quick to give plenty of sauces, any additional plasticware, etc. The few times they've made a mistake on my order, they always make it right, usually with a coupon or some above-and-beyond move. The restaurant is consistently clean. Their 2-5 PM $1 deals are great. They also give out coupons a lot; not every single time, but a lot! If you don't have it yet, the new Arby's app is worth getting; it always has one or two e-coupons or deals on it. If quick-service gets any better than this one, I'm not sure how. Two big thumbs up. We have been to this location a few times. Sometimes when we drive by the line is off the chain but I don't think their lobby is open but I could be wrong! Our most recent trip we came by we were in the drive thru and the line was not bad and we got everything fast. The order was accurate and staff was nice. Cant help to try new trends going on lol. The food here has always been good (at-least what we get). read more

Absolutely awful. First, the line was slow. I waited 5 minutes to order. I was about to pull out of line and then the line started moving. Next, the person taking my drive thru order was far from friendly...no welcome, thank you or anything showing hospitality. When he asked for my order he said, "what do you want" and after ordering I was instructed to "drive ahead". After waiting several minutes to get to the window, I was told my jalapeño poppers still had 2 minutes to cook. I pulled up and waited. I was handed my bag and when I got home the curly fries I had ordered weren't in the bag. So not only is the service at this Arby's bad, they steal money by having people pay for food and then pocketing the cash by not filling the complete order. I will never go to this Arby's again...and maybe any Arby's. read more

The server Brittany was very rude, she did not include chicken nuggets and one fries in my order when I went back in to ask she screamed at me "I am sure I included it cos I packed it myself but I will just give you again so please just take it and leave this place" I was in Great shock... I have never been insulted that way in my life. For her to think that I will lie to get chicken nuggets for my kids was so condescending. All I said to her was may God reward you accordingly, I lost my appetite and my kids also lost theirs... Worst service ever read more

This Arby's has the fanciest interior of any fast food restaurant I've ever been inside. I ordered two sliders, one chicken and one corned beef. Both were really good and surprisingly satisfying for their size. The one downside: 40-60% of the melted cheese runs out and sticks to the bottom the the little cartons they serve the sliders in. I can look past this though because the sliders still had plenty of cheese. The staff are really nice here and the restaurant is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. They have a bell at the door that you are suppose to ring of you enjoyed your experience which I rang because my experience was great. If you are a fan of Arby's and are in the Acworth area I highly recommend this location but don't forget to ring the bell if you enjoy yourself! read more

Stay away from this place!! They do not care to ever get your order right, have attitude and also do not give a receipt showing what they charged. That way they charge what they want...put what they feel like in the bag. No customer service or care...avoid at all costs read more

Visiting on a Monday evening, it isn't very crowded. The counter looks a bit sticky, but the place is pretty clean overall. Cozy atmosphere. Looks like there are a couple places to sit that actually afford some privacy-- nice to see at a fast food place. Inside is beautiful! Best looking Arby's I've ever been too! Food was great and the service was excellent! Just got home after purchasing 4 gryos for us to split and when I opened the bag, there were only 3! Very annoying. Should have checked the bag before leaving. Don't make this mistake just because you are in a hurry or assume they got the order right. Called and spoke with manager who said to come and he would give me the missing one. I love this Arby's. This is a frequent stop for me on a late night. They have a 100 rating and their customer service is super friendly. Even during the snowstorm when I trotted in with water and ice all over their floor from my intense snow boots, they were happy to see me come through their doors. So I just left this restaurant and the service was borderline rude honestly. The young very small girl who took our order and was at the window did not seem happy to be there and was very short with us. When we said thank you before leaving she ignored us and didn't say anything. Then when I ate my cheese sticks they did not taste fresh and were not very good at all. I remember as a kid driving down Hwy 41 (when it was the only highway), and looking for the giant Arby's hat. Under that hat was some delicious roast beef. The hat is smaller but the roast beef hasn't changed. This location has great service and a smile to go with it. read more
