Very long wait in the drive through. They don't have the people outside taking order and helping which would be faster. Just a suggestion :)

This brand new location is super clean and extremely fast. The staff was superbly courteous and the interior is probably the nicest Chick-Fil-A that I have been to. They also have a play place for the children which I never knew Chick-Fil-A's have! Wow, you would think that I work here but I don't because who gives fast food places reviews like this? Amiright? I think this location will do well if they keep up their lightning fast service and keep flashing those pearly whites! read more

Of course their food is great bc they are Chick-fil-A. We are driving through from Dallas. Click on maps app closest fast food from i40. Guess Chick-fil-A pays for their name to come up because lots of fast food closer than they are. Never mind, it's Chick-Fil-A so we drive there. Drive thru only. I understand dining room is closed, many places have inside dining closed due to covid but you can't even go in to use the bathroom. Definitely not traveler friendly. I'm sure the food would have been as solid as all their locations but if close your bathrooms, you have lost these out of town customers. read more

First class chick-Fil-a service, was in a 15 car drive through and got out in 10 minutes, very fast and they gave me a free cookie.

The food tasted good. The grilled nuggets weren't really presentable, but good. The building is nice because it's newer. This chick-Fil-A is built on a Walmart parking lot on the corner of menaul and Wyoming, so there is a lot of traffic. The next building over is a liquor store. Can't beat it. Grabbed the Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit for breakfast this morning it was fresh and hit. Took it home and broke it down in a plate and it ate like a meal. A little over 500 calories this is a great start to your morning with a real piece of chicken and fresh biscuits. I'm gonna say they use liquid eggs but hey, the gotta save time somewhere. The staff is always so friendly and helpful here. Kids have a great time playing in the play area. CFA is our favorite fast food joint.

So if you come for the free breakfast on Tuesday, you have to ask what they are offering for free that day. Today it was 4 piece chicken nuggets. I didn't know how it worked before I went into line and ordered food while my wife was at the doctor's office. After I got my food I asked the nice woman with glasses how it all worked. She explained it and she said she would wrap some up real nice to go as a care package for the wife...very sweet. Of course, this makes the place pretty busy. My current favorite menu item is the egg white grill with a bit of hot sauce. Yum. Even with the crowd there are plenty of tables, seems like most are taking it to go. read more

ABSOLUTELY OVER THE TOP SERVICE ! Better Service then Most RESTAURANTS Completely leaving out fast food establishments. They messed up my order on a Saturday and said they gave me 2 free chicken sandwich's for later. They only gave me 1 ice cream cone one ? And no sandwiches ? So I go back Monday night 20 mins before close (they were closed on Sunday the next day) I asked for a manager and MARIO did a amazing job . He listened , apologized for both the mess ups. And gave me my sandwiches and food for free because of both the mess ups. Absolutely over the top and amazing service. We love Chick Fil-A as a matter of fact since we are southerners (20 years as customers) we drive regularly 2 hours from Gallup to ABQ to get our fix. This review is solely based on customer service not food (we left). The shop opens at 6 am and the door was unlocked so we went in at 5:58 as we saw another customer go in for catering. The associate was very nice and said the coffee was brewing and she would be right with us. However, the manager asked us to back out at 5:59 into the cold. I have never been treated like this at chick fil-a who normally has fantastic customer service. I'm sure the manager could have been having a bad day but nonetheless we will not be returning to this location. read more

I love this place! It's been a crazy and difficult morning, and this place just brightened my day. The staff is very helpful, and genuinely friendly. The breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich is heavenly. I love the food, but I can't say enough about the service. I manage the serving staff at a restaurant, and I believe all my servers can all come here and learn a thing or two about service that goes above and beyond, with a genuine smile. On top of that, the restaurant is kept very clean and organized. This was all very unexpected, coming from a fast food chain. I wish this chick-fil-A location all the success in the world.
