This is the first time I have been to this location. Parking is a bit confusing, however same great sandwiches! My new favorite??? The Mac and cheese! Absolutely love it! The staff are either incompetent or poorly trained. The management is pretentious and rude. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy, and they clearly have a high turnover rate, which means they treat their employees poorly. I had one drive through employee tell me behind tears that the manager was bullying her and made her stand in the hot sun for 5 hours with no break and wouldn't let her rotate to the shade. I told her she should quit! - This location needs to be evaluated by corporate. It's busy, sure - but the rest is abhorrent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Oh my! I didn't know a Chick-fil-A was even capable of only earning 2 stars! Pretty disappointing. It's a nice one as far as design and size, but the service was lacking and the food subpar. One thing I love about going to a Chick-fil-A is they are extremely consistent food wise -- until we ate here. The fries here were like warm and mushy. My husband's chicken was literally in two pieces. My grilled nuggets were a bit too charred. The Key Lime "frozen treat" tastes more like sherbet than key lime. There were two people at the registers despite a long line, and at least seven employees standing towards the drive-thru area shooting the shit. At least one manager included. Two little girls were waiting patiently to get their ice cream and were being totally ignored. Only when my husband got the mangers attention and told him about the girls, standing in his sight mind you, did he finally go over and help them. I will say that he was great with them once he helped them; he got down on their level and was very sweet. Needless to say, I won't be visiting here again. read more

Started as a normal stop. The kid taking our order put fries instead of fruit like we asked for. We realized after we pulled forward from getting our food. So we pulled around and the kid apologized and remembered we asked for fruit and said just let them know you asked for fruit at the window.So thats fine. Sucks we have to wait in line while our food gets cold but it is what it is. So this is where the problem occurs again at the window. I guess the kid didn't relay the message to the cashiers that he messed up. So after waiting in the line again instead of just giving the fruit so we could be on our way, they asked for the bag back, took the fries out, put them back on the serving station, put fruit in bag and we left. So this is how we operate here????? If someone checks their sandwich and it has pickles when it shouldn't does that mean you ask for that back and serve it to the next person???? Makes you wonder right?? Thats what it looked like was going down with the fries they took back! It is absolutely unsanitary to take anything back from any car. The workers don't know where your hands have been!! Grossed out from these practices, got a refund for everything, and never going back to this location. This Chick-fil-A is the worst location I've been to in the United States. Service is always poor and they can't seem to figure out the drive thru. Yesterday, they changed the traffic pattern to get in and out of the restaurant - it was a disaster. I was unaware of the change and out of nowhere the man directing traffic shouted obscenities at me and called me an a**hole to another customer. Worst experience at any restaurant I've ever had. Come to find out, the person who chewed me out was the store operator! Nothing will be done to change behavior. First, let me say that I know Chick-fil-A is controversial. But, I usually feel welcome there and I am assured by their PR people that they do not discriminate based on sexual orientation. I also know that Chick-fil-A is a franchise model and therefore independently owned and operated. This franchise is not particularly friendly or clean. At about 3pm it was dirty all over! The floor was littered with things (whole paper bags, utensils, plastic wrappers), I didn't see one person cleaning used tables, the bathroom was a mess, there was grease stains all overy the divider wall - like tiny fingers were napkin-less while eating fries and needed to wipe these on the wall. The workers we encountered weren't mean, of course not (!) but I didn't have a lovely warm experience either - I don't remember music playing or kind welcoming hellos. We enjoy their food and we will probably return but maybe just through the drive through to avoid the messy interior. read more

I went through the drive through on May 21 around 11:10 to get food to take to my son's school with mom, who was in town. We ordered 2 sandwich meals and a salad. Once we got to the school we realized that the staff did not put the salad in the bag- no big deal..right!?! Wrong- I called and spoke with the manager to have the salad put back on my moms cc. Manager said this can't be done but will put my name on some list so that I'd be able to return to get a salad. Fast forward to today May 24 around 4:40pm went through the drive through told the person taking orders and he told me to tell the people at the window so I ordered my kids dinner and went to the window and let the gal know- well either my name was not on list or they were not able to find it- so I was told I could not get the salad- how does this happen? I just want the money back for the salad and will not return to chic-fil-a. I feel like the gal at the window could have handled the situation better- like look to see who was manager that day and call or something but to just say too bad. 2 out of 3 times we order drive-thru or delivery, they forget a sauce or dressing. Who wants to eat a dry $10 salad?? Our most recent order was through DoorDash, and they forgot the salad dressing. We called the restaurant and the guy that answered was very flippant and borderline rude. He said we needed to resolve the issue through DoorDash EVEN THOUGH the bag was filled and SEALED at the restaurant. Seriously?! Is the DoorDash driver expected to break the seal on the bag to ensure the contents are correct?? Very poor customer experience! read more

What can a guy say about a national chain that hasn't already been said? I agree it's very similar to every other Chick-Fil-A. This stands out a little bit because of the folks walking around the dining room making sure you're happy and have refills. The only thing not convenient about this location is trying to get in and out. The driveway doesn't loop around like most others, but limits that to drive through customers only. If you want to park on one side or the other, be sure to choose that side when you drive in. This location also claims to have Wi-Fi - which they do, however, the Wi-Fi seems to not allow access to much web content. I was able to check email, but nothing else while connected to their Wi-Fi. read more

There are 3 high school / college aged kids working the drive through who are more focused on talking amongst themselves than advising their customers. This location is managed by a poorly trained management team. I placed an order through the drive thru. The sprite had the ice cream placed on top. I asked the young lady to give me a new drink because my daughter has severe dairy allergies and I did not want to take a chance. She proceeds to get it replaced and laughs with the young lady at the drink station and puts the same drink in a different cup. She saw me looking and then dumps the drink. That drink turned out to be water, I called and spoke to the manager "Kim", who said she was aware of of the machine malfunction because a customer called in. I asked what did she intend to do and she ignored my question. I then addressed the initial issue and she said I had her employee in the bathroom crying and hangs up the phone in my ear. I then drove over and saw another lady who said she was the manger and told me to wait, in the mean time a disgruntled customer came up to her. After dealing with the customer she decided to hear what I had to say. While speaking to "Mary Ellen", confrontational Kim walks up in a disgruntled manner. She accused me of not wanting to leave the drive thru, I told her to pull her cameras because that was a blatant lie. I will never set food in this restaurant again. read more

I used to drive through for breakfast and they were horribly slow then, but it was soon after their remodel, so I figured they were working out the kinks. Tried to get something at 10:30 today. They told me I couldn't order from the breakfast menu so I ordered a couple of salads. Chit chatted at the window for a few minutes and then they told me to pull around. This is coming from someone who eats at this location multiple times a week..... Ever since they did the remodel service is SO SLOW and they do not fill the fries up, at all!!!! Ridiculous. The whole set up inside with someone taking your order in line on the tablet and paying at the register is completely ridiculous and does not speed the process up. I'm so disappointed with this restaurant. The employees don't seem like they enjoy coming to work anymore. I'm going to start to drive out of the way to the Preston location instead. Do not eat here. This Chick-fil-a gets a solid F. I was not surprised to find that it has one of the worst ratings of any Chick-fil-a that I've ever seen and one of the worst ratings for fast food in its market. It simply does not uphold the standard of excellence or commitment to customer service that the brand is known for. The food was average, the service was forgettable, and they did not provide a receipt. What I thought was a receipt was a piece of paper with an order number on it. I needed the receipt for an expense report at work. Customer service advised me that getting a receipt wouldn't be any problem at all--all I would need was the last four of my card, the date/time, and order total. Sounded easy enough. I made sure not to call during a busy time and called in the afternoon after the lunch rush. I realize this was not a convenient ask, but I could not believe it when they told me they could not assist me unless I came back to the store. I travel for work and flying to another State for a receipt is not an option. I explained the situation, and after consulting someone else, the employee again explained that they could not help. It was clearly not a skill issue; the leadership at this location has just opted to abandon the brand's commitment to customer service. This location is a stain on the otherwise spotless Chick-fil-a brand. read more
