Upholds the standard when it comes to the food but the staff has ZERO urgency and drive-thru line is ridiculous.

You pick, you mix, you customize, and somehow it all comes together into something genuinely tasty. The Food The Farmhouse Salad and a few of the other signature options are excellent if you want something simple and satisfying right out of the gate. But the real fun is in the mix-and-match. The standard menu combinations are creative and the ingredient pairings work better than you'd expect. What's consistently impressed me most is the freshness. Everything tastes like it was actually prepped that day, which isn't a given at fast-casual spots. I have had to someties further chop down larger components that may not have been chopped with care but that is an easy fix. Pro Tip: If you're watching sodium, be intentional about your dressing choice. Some of them can sneak up on you. Easy fix once you know -- but worth flagging for my fellow low-sodium folks. Logistics: Parking is easy. Prices are reasonable. The only thing keeping me from being a regular is the 20-minute drive from my house, which says more about my laziness than anything about the restaurant. Bottom Line: Fresh ingredients, fun customization, solid value. If you want a healthy fast-casual lunch that doesn't feel like a punishment, Farmside Kitchen delivers. Recommend.

We ordered the Chicago Dog, the Reuben Sandwich, and finished things off with a cannolo (yes, the singular form of cannoli). The Chicago Dog was delicious and loaded with flavor, although I have to admit the toxic-green relish initially threw me off a bit (see pic). Once I got past the visual shock, it was actually a fantastic hot dog that stayed true to its Chicago roots. The real star, though, was the Reuben Sandwich. At around $15, it was absolutely worth every penny. Generously stacked, perfectly toasted, and packed with tender meat, melty Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and just the right amount of dressing. The cannolo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal -- crisp shell, creamy filling, and not overly sweet. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. The staff made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back... especially for those Thursday $5 draft beer specials. Apex locals, you've got a gem here.

The burger I had was mediocre basically burger with jalapenos, it was fine and tasty but felt like it lacked something. It's a nice restaurant inside lots of bar space and dining space for those times. I live this place just because it's cool. Given the price I paid I thought it high, but that's okay.

Had spicy burger, french fries, ranch and hot buffalo for fry dipping and a pernicious on tap. The beer was large, cold, and fresh, tasted as expected when a place goes through the keg in the right amount of time. The burger was huge, not that it was hard to eat by being too thick, but like a medium rare smash burger that was not dry as a bone. It was the Spicy burger. Although not as hot as it name would suggest, it was delicious! The fries were hot and fresh, and the hot buffalo had a nice kick. Service was very good. The bartender was nice, gave me advice on beers and food items, and answered all my questions with a smile. Pretty fast delivery, but not so fast as you would think to yourself..."what was that so fast"? LOL. She checked back in a timely manner on both the food and drink and was all and all very approachable. Def would go back to try other items in the near future. thx.

We haven't tried many restaurants in Apex so I had to heard of Serafina Ristorante. The cocktails were just divine. I started with the No. 152, which has gin, strawberry-basil, lemon, and vermouth. What a lovely and delicate combination. My husband got the No. 198, which has mezcal. It would be difficult to choose a favorite. I'm also not a fan of ice so I'd recommend skipping the ice, which I did for the next drink. Later we got the No. 043 that has lavender, honey, lemon, and white grape. I think this was my least favorite. For dinner, I went with the restaurant week pear and fig salad and rigatoni bolognese. My only complaint was that the salad was a little salty for my taste. Otherwise, everything was delicious and fresh. My husband opted for the roasted chicken, which was the star of the show. This chicken elevated the whole meal. It was roasted perfectly and had so many wonderful flavors like fig and apples. I was jealous of his meal, but he let me have a few bites. My only complaint is that it was small. For dessert I had the panna cotta and my husband had the cannolis. Again, I was jealous of his, but I helped him eat them. The chocolate cannoli was the best. The panna cotta was also nice, light, and fresh. The restaurant and bar itself was pretty inside with nice decor and a warm vibe. We had a great experience for my Birthday dinner and I'd definitely visit again!

I ordered the Myra Fried Rice, which at $24 was kind of steep. I noticed lots of typos on the menu (Fried was written as Fied multiple times), so that's something that management should probably fix. Anyway, my wife got the Thai Beef Salad, which was a more palatable $15. The food arrived soon afterwards, and it was... OK. The rice had a nice texture to it but the chicken was super anemic - it looked like it had been boiled or something. The beef was decent, though. My wife really loved her salad, and I enjoyed the flavor of that way more than my own dish. To adjust the spice on my dish, the server brought over chili flakes like you'd get at a pizza joint (but in a nicer looking vessel). They did spice up my meal but I guess it struck me as a little strange. The portion size was decent but I ate most of it in one sitting. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I'm not sure I would come back for $24 fried rice with bland chicken.
