I find it VERY hard to believe that anyone has a bad experience here. Beyond the awesome service EVERY TIME and I go at least 1x a week, I rolled up twice with tears in my eyes and both times months apart the person at the drive up window held their hands out and prayed for me (they asked me first) but they didn't even know why I was upset but the kindness was amazing. Then, I showed up in the beginning of COVID to find the OWNER on the line handing out food and condiments. He was not telling anyone who he was he was just working as hard as everyone else. We happened to go to Chick-Fil-A in Apex on the night they were having an elementary school fundraiser, so the place was insanely busy. I'm not going to count the crowds or lines against them, I'm sure they're normally very quick and easy for getting food. I'm sorry I didn't get an exterior picture, but it was a very stormy day out as well. This Chick-Fil-A is across the street from Lowes and Target, near other restaurants like Chili's, TGIFridays and IHOP. My husband ordered the Chargrilled Chicken Club Sandwich meal, which came with their waffle fries and a Coke for $7. $7 seemed expensive to me, I remember when value meals used to cost $3. Guess I'm old and don't go to fast food places much. I tried one of the waffle fries. It was decent, but I think I prefer regular stick-shaped fries. My husband really liked them though, he said they were the best fast food fries he's ever had. They taste very much like real potatoes. The chicken club wasn't as good though. He said the bacon was good, the chicken not so much. My son got the 4-piece chicken nugget kids meal with a fruit cup and chocolate milk. I figured as far as kid's meals goes, it wasn't too bad. It even came with a toy, a small timer. The price was $2.95, which I guess is normal for kid's meals these days. He drank all his chocolate milk, but wouldn't touch the fruit cup. I ended up eating the fruit cup later, I thought it was good. It had bite sized pieces of apple, mandarin orange, grapes and strawberries. He did eat 2 chicken nuggets, but he fought me quite a bit on those 2. I thought they were good quality though, they appeared to be real chicken meat as opposed to ground chicken bits. I got an order of 3 chicken tenders and a side of medium coleslaw. The chicken tenders were real white meat chicken breast, which was nice. But they seemed very greasy and had a lot of stringy bits in them, like they hadn't trimmed off that one big vein that goes down a chicken breast. I dipped it in their honey mustard sauce, which unfortunately isn't nearly as good as my own honey mustard or the honey mustard I get with Tyler's chicken tenders. The coleslaw was edible but certainly not my favorite coleslaw. It had a lot of creamy sauce and sugar in it, whereas I prefer mine more vinegary. But at least they don't put a ton of pepper on it like some places in the South. The chicken strips were fairly priced at $3.05 and the medium coleslaw was $1.65, so it was a nice cheap meal. As I said, I forgive the restaurant for being overly busy on this night, and I certainly won't judge them on that. The restaurant was decently kept up considering the hundreds they were serving tonight, and they did get out the food as fresh and hot as possible. I think the main problem is, I just don't really love chicken all that much. I really prefer beef, pork or lamb if I'm going to be eating meat. I didn't love the fries all that much either, I prefer steak fries with no skin on them. But my husband sure did love them. And I like that my son can eat real white meat chicken instead of the usual ground chicken pulp, but unfortunately he didn't appreciate the chicken nuggets for this fact. If I'm ever on the road and had to stop in for food, I would probably pick Chick-Fil-A over a Wendy's or Burger King, but I don't think I'll probably be visiting this place again on purpose, with there being so many nicer restaurants in the area (especially IHOP next door, my son's favorite). read more

So my review isn't about the food. Everyone knows chic-fil-a has great quality food and the service at their many locations is legendary for being polite and expedient. However the old expression, one rotten apple spoils the bunch. This location employs a manager (Jake/Jacob) who is creepy and rude. Since I go to chick-fil-a practically everyday, once in a blue moon the order is incorrect or of poor quality. When I brought this to his attention, his reaction was to stare into my eyes for an uncomfortable amount of time and tell me "this is the last time we're gonna do this for you" - this is after I was given an 8 count instead of a 12 count nugget. This is the person they decided to trust as a manager and to deal with customers. I'm not looking for a freebie, just the correct order - made properly. I hope Chick-fil-a realizes that hiring and promoting a strange character flawed individual like Jake is going to negatively impact their business.. word of mouth is powerful and I may decide that going to a different chick-fil-a location or different restaurant altogether is the better choice. Jake the manager at theIr Beaver Creek location gets negative stars, and I highly doubt I'm the first person to make this observation. read more

Just went to try and order food and was told they were serving "limited menu" which was fine cause my sandwich was on the list. I always order no pickle or butter on my sandwich. I was told because of the "limited" menu, they couldn't do that.. that's literally the stupidest thing I ever heard. I'm asking you to work less, keep product and I still pay the same and you can't accommodate that? It's not even busy. Tons of open tables and barely a line in the drive through. Incompetent Staff! Took 10 minutes to receive a biscuit that was prepared with the incorrect cheese. After waiting another 5 minutes I asked for my money back. The food is good but the service has been VERY SLOW since the re-opening!! I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was long. They took my order right away because there was no one else. I then stood there waiting 25 minutes for a small order. If this was a one-off, I wouldn't care and wouldn't post this review. This is an on-going problem since they remodeled the restaurant. I've decided to quit going there. I can eat better without giving up so much time. December 3, 2019 It's only fair that I should update my opinion regarding this Chick-fil-A. My wife sends me there at lunchtime. Probably the busiest (worst) time to go. After about 10 of these visits , I now believe they are operating with the most efficiency possible. If you are looking for a quick bite of yummy chicken, this is the place to come! Always friendly and ready to help you. Free refills on drinks and many times someone is coming by your table if you eat in and offering to get the refill for you. Drive through in the morning is the best in town! Fast and friendly! One morning after driving away and digging in my bag to get the sausage sandwich I ordered, I found that they had made a mistake and given me a chicken sandwich instead. 2 days later I went again and when ordering I told them I had received the wrong sandwich and they appologized and gave me the meal for free that day! No questions asked, just I am sorry and todays meal is on us! I will go to this specific Chik-fil-a whenever possible over any of the others in the area as I ALWAYS have good service and meet a friendly face where they really show "the customer is always right". For children - first Tuesday of the month activities are great and they do special things to introduce new sandwiches, etc. For healthy eating - many salad choices including with fruit for something for everyone! Wow, weekday prime time lunch eating in is quite an adventure with all the high schoolers coming in from the closest HS whom happened to be craving Chickfila at the same time as us. Although the staff are pretty quick on their toes, I think I might've past had I known this on this place had such a high volume of teens during this timeframe...but at least the HS teens have to rush back to school anyways so their pretty much cleared out of there by 12 or 12:30. After that it was nice and quiet again :). The staff was nice, clean, well staffed, and the food was pretty much as good as the others. read more

This Southern mainstay has a near cult status for a reason. And there is a reason why it is tough to find a parking spot here during lunchtime. It is the best fast food in the South. You can't go wrong with the deluxe version of the eponymic sandwich - which will get you a perfectly cooked breaded cutlet breast of chicken that isn't overly processed. The veggies are fresh and the cross-cut fries are good. The sandwiches are made to order, so a few minutes are needed to make the food - but that's pretty normal these days. And let's not pretend that only white linen dining can get you five stars. There is a time and a place for fast food - which is more frequent than pinky-out dining. When you're in a hurry and aren't having it 3x7x52, you'll be fine. Sure, it's salty because it's fast food. Pro-tip: grab your ketchup, straws and napkins when you line up if you're taking your order to go because the counter holding it is awkwardly located near the counter, which may be blocked if it is busy. But not a big deal if you're dining in because they deliver to your table and you can leisurely get your accoutrements without your arms already being full. read more

The food is awesome as is always the case at Chick-Fil-A. The service, however is below average at best. They have not figured out how to get out mobile orders quickly. Both times (waiting inside and going via drive thru) have taken 20+ minutes to get a simple order (2 combos the first time, one sandwich the second). I always love coming to this branch until last night, when the manager on duty made my experience very uncomfortable as he just went off at another staff member because she was late coming back from a break. It was like he forgot that we were infront of him and just went off and told her "what the hell" and then just carried on I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to cancel my order and go home. I had my wife and my child with me. It felt that I was in a restaurant ran by kids with not one adult in charge. Worst CFA experience ever!! Was in the drive thru line for 25 minutes! The girl that took my order told me they were out of biscuits for a while, so to save time she suggested i order something else. I don't disagree with this location having an excellent staff but like all of the restaurants in this chain, it is overpriced and underwhelming in terms of food. The menu is confusing (most people have to stand back from the counter to decipher). Ordering and obtaining the food is a model in inefficiency. And then after you are done enjoying your bland, dry chicken (they offer packaged spreads for a reason but they are anti-health, just check out the amount of sodium or fat) there is a mound of trash to dispose of. Grandchildren like the play area like other kids but most moms let the kids into the area without cleaning the food off their hands, yuck. read more

I know that Chick-Fil-A is known for their superior service and attention to detail, but the Chick-Fil-A in Beaver Creek goes above and beyond any expectations that I have for a Chick-Fil-A. The store is always clean and employees are always clean and nice as well. I really enjoy the events that this store puts on such as Super Hero Night and Pirates and Princesses Night. The events are always fun and well put together. This Chick-Fil-A also has school spirit night. Even though school spirit nights are crowded the service is still the same. Even if the whole store is packed the staff makes sure that all customers are taken care of. I have never been to any other fast food place where the staff makes sure that your drink is full and you are satisfied with your meal. This is by far my favorite kid friendly place to go! read more
