This has been my go-to chicken spot for years. The staff is always very accommodating and goes out of their way to help you in any way possible. The place is s usually spotless but it was hard to get a clean table last week but one of the staff cleaned it in a jiffy plus alk the other tables and seats. read more

This used to be my goto spot but I haven't been in a while but I thought I'd give it another shot and o boy I get that they might be under staffed but tonight's trip was completely unacceptable, first issue was the drive thru I pulled into the leftside lane and almost immediately regretted it when I started to notice that the right lane had 2 employees taking orders all the way back to the split, in the right lane we had to order from the speaker this lead to no less than 6 cars in the left lane passing by me while I sat waiting for about 20 minutes, this was bad enough but when I finally received my order I found a soggy sandwich that seemed to have been made hours ago and my nuggets were mostly hard as a rock overcooked several hours ago, I'm extremely disappointed as I thought the issue that had kept me away might have been addressed but seems like that's not the case, don't bother:( read more

My Wife and I are not fans of fast food. We had very little time for lunch so Chick-fil-A was the choice. Drive thru was fast and freindly with many employees working the two lines. Now for the two Grilled Sandwiches bursting with a garden of lettuce and a razor thin tomato with a supposedly piece of grilled chicken. when searching for a decent place to eat on Labor day, many restaurants that I called were closed. I happened to see this place open as I was driving. The ordering process was fast and they brought out the food to your table and they cleared the table when we were finished. Since Chick-fil-a is classified as a fast food restaurant, I found the food to fit that classification. The place was clean and the condiment bar was clean and fully stocked. Well, the $3.60 crispy chicken sandwich is much better than McDonalds' $1 "chicken" sandwich. The waffle fires are BORING. Almost tasteless. They don't taste bad, they just taste like nothing. Not even potato. They do give you lots of sauces to flavor the spuds. The employees are very chirpy. This was my second visit to a Chick-fil-A in this lifetime and most likely my last. Needed a place to study at an early time in the morning, so I stopped in here. Free wifi! I know there's a lot of bad PR for this company, but the service is on the contrary. They told me to find a seat in the dining area and brought my food over to me. Then they insisted on throwing my mess away for me afterwards. Impeccable service! The food is nothing super special, I always get the Polynesian sauce with my mini biscuit sandwiches, and my refillable sweet tea! I was in line for breakfast at 10:15 with only four cars ahead of me before I got to place my order by the time I got up there it was 1035 and they told me that they stop serving breakfast. This was the first time visiting this chick Fila. The weird thing was that it looked exactly like the new one they built in Cheyenne inside. They must have a layout that works, great to see them trying to keep the flow the same. I had the #5 12ct nugget combo one of my regular menu items I enjoy. Very smooth. That's how my experience went at this Chick-fil-A. I've never had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A so talking about the food would be a waste of time. The food is always good and all of the flavors I'm looking for are always consistent with every other Chick-fil-A around the US, that's why I never worry about coming here. I guess the only difference between the different locations is how the process is pretty much every one I go to I have a pleasant experience.
