I love that this location always has fun events and promotions, found on their Facebook page. I recently brought my kids to their Pumpkin Painting event where they provided free pumpkins, paint, and chicken nuggets. A couple of my kids have allergies so they allowed us to order grilled nuggets. We had so much fun! I didn't give 5 stars because of the prices. I ordered a kale salad and it was almost $5 for a tiny serving. Wanting to get back to our hotel room after purchasing a couple necessities for our evening concert at Red Rocks later in the evening, we stopped here to get something for a late lunch a bit lighter. We thought ordering a salad would help offset the continuous carbohydrates we have endured on the road for the past couple days getting here from San Diego. "Chick-fil-A makes a great salad", the wife said, to go along with our leftover pizza from the night before. Getting all settled in our consistently comfortable hotel rooms we have grown accustomed to, we were hoping to relax for a few hours before our show. "There's no f*Xing dressing", the wife hollers. She calls the store (2.5 miles away) and whoever answered the phone replies to our complaint with, "well, the dressing is free". One of my guilty pleasures after a workout or stressful day is the #3 meal - 8-count chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and lemonade. Barbecue sauce and ranch. Hits the spot every single time. Drive-through: The times I've dropped by, there's usually a person in the drive-through personally taking your order. They're always fast and polite. Food: Consistent overall. Always piping hot. Could be more generous on the fries. Lemonade is on the sweet side (I just wait until the ice waters it down) but I love how they use real freshly-squeezed lemon juice. We had a pretty typical Chick-Fil-A experience. Nice staff, clean dining room. My southwest salad was good but not epic, fresh enough for fast food. The play equipment (which is why my toddler loves Chick-Fil-A) was clean and in good condition. All in all, Chick-Fil-A is one of 3 fast food restaurants my family eats at, although not frequently. 6/4/24-They have really messed up the parking lot on their side. Like they have blocked of handicap parking that should be for other businesses to use since they are closer to the doors of the other businesses. This shows that this Chick-fil-A only cares about people with disabilities going to them and everyone else can suffer. I wish I didn't have to do this review because Chick Fil A has been my favorite restaurant since I was 14. That's 38 years. I don't eat burgers so I was always lucky Chick Fil A existed. The staff, with a few exceptions from time to time are always exceptional so it pains me to say that I will never, ever eat here again. $9 for a sandwich? Are you kidding me?!? I understand inflation and appreciate if you're paying your staff more but get out of here with these price increases. You are absolutely taking advantage of consumers and blaming "inflation or tariffs lololol". I have a glimmer of hope that other locations aren't increasing their prices this substantially but if they are, never, ever again. I cook just as good as this chicken and can make it myself but I've been loyal for so long that this absolutely sucks. One last thing I'll say... I was waiting on my order last year and the owner and higher up's were there, not helping their employees at all, well, they absolutely ignored me even though I was standing 2 feet from them at the counter lol. So, if you're like me, you've probably had chicken sandwiches of many varieties and styles in a lot of different places. Chick-Fil-A definitely fits into the mold of "fast food" with the focus being on their chicken, so let's break it down. First, the chicken. It's basically in the name, so it's obviously their major priority. And... it's fine. The fried chicken is definitely the thing to go for, as I wasn't impressed by their grilled chicken when I had it at a different location on a breakfast biscuit. It wasn't bad, it was just okay. You can get sauce to add to your chicken, though, and I found that they have a pretty decent buffalo dip so I'd recommend that. But the chicken just can't compare to the likes of KFC's flavorful, pressure-cooked filets or their famous crispy strips. Again, it's absolutely fine, but other than probably having a slightly better texture to the crusty batter I'd put it on par with Wendy's or McDonald's who have decent chicken and a whole lot more to boot. Next, the sides. People rave about their waffle fries, and I figure they're probably also fine, but I didn't try them. Waffle fries are a different take on fries that set them apart from the shoestring-McDonald's variety or the fresh-cut Wendy's take on the dish. I have to applaud their originality. I did, however, try their hashbrowns at breakfast and they're basically identical to Burger King's small fried rounds, though I think Chick-Fil-A has a better fryer oil. They were very fresh and good. I also tried their Mac and Cheese at this location and while I'd say it's a little better than the offerings at KFC, I found it a lot better after tossing in some of the buffalo sauce that they gave me. It's fine for fast-food sides that aren't fries, but again, nothing that stands out to any major effect. The service at this location is just like their food - fine, but nothing to write home about - and that's why this location gets a middle-of-the-road review score. The iced tea pretty decent here as well. I'd put it probably about on-par with McDonald's. Overall, if I want a great chicken filet on a sandwich, there's KFC. If I want a pretty decent chicken filet on a breakfast sandwich, there are better Chick-Fil-A restaurants out there for me to head toward. If I'm passing through this area and I want a decent chicken filet on a breakfast sandwich and the drive-through line doesn't look too long, I might pop in. That isn't to say that it's a bad location, or that the food is bad; it's just not impressive enough to warrant a visit unless a lot of other factors line up well enough. read more

Went for a quick dinner. Husband had the Cobb Salad. He normally eats the Spicy Southwest Salad and really likes it. The Cobb Salad was very bland and the bacon looked very strange from the beginning. He either spit the bacon out or ended up not eating it -- I think it must have been all straight fat. I had chicken strips which seemed to have been sitting in the box for awhile -- soggy, just warm (not hot), mushy. Waffle fries were mostly small pieces not actually fries and were barely warm. We were driving to an appointment and was early and hungry so we stopped for lunch. There were different options but he picked Chick-fil-A as it sounded good and he had a craving. There was something going on with the parking lot with maintenance trucks blocking half the lane where we were trying to park but they let us in. We walked up only to find that it is drive through, food delivery service and mobile app orders pick up only at a stand next to the exit of the drive through. Luckily for us the associate there was kind and took our order. We waited for it and it came out fairly quickly. Sat in the car to enjoy our spicy chicken sandwiches - one deluxe and one regular. The difference is lettuce, tomato and cheese. I opted out of the pickle and made mine a meal. Love the waffle fries! And we don't usually drink soda so we shared the drink and some water. Great service and good food. Downside is I advise against parking in the first two rows of the parking lot closest to the restaurant as we were blocked in by the cars going through the drive through. So park further away if you're picking up during the 'rush hours' and not doing the drive through. read more

Best Chick-fil-A restaurant in MOST of the metro area. The only one that could compete is the one over by the Colorado Mills Mall. #1 I ALWAYS get friendly and fast service here. They greet, they ask for my name and they always say thank you. #2 For those concerned with COVID-19, they follow protocols. No indoor dining, 2 lanes for drive-thru and usually many people outside with masks and gloves on taking orders and keeping the lines running smooth. They also pass you the food in their paper (recyclable) bags in plastic totes too! #3 They offer pick-up (taken out to you by the door) along with drive-thru. #4 Their app is user friendly and is usually accurate, so you can purchase ahead of time or while in line using the QR code. #5 I get offers and deals all the time from this location, which is really nice as a loyal customer. #6 Lines can get long, I have seen it curve around the parking lot. It typically goes by fast, especially if people who are in line are paying attention and know what to order ahead of getting up there. Word of advice: check out the menu online if your 'in line waiting' so you know what to order and it helps make the line move quicker! #7 I LOVE their rewards and how you can just click 'redeem reward' right in the app! Makes things so easy and simple. Overall just a great restaurant with great staff, friendly and helpful. I also love their parfait & chick-fil-a sauce too! After waiting at the restaurant for my order it went past the time for breakfast and they wouldn't honor my order or give me any sort of credit even after the manager admitted that it was the apps fault.
