Staff do not seem to follow the "my pleasure" responses and there isn't much customer service that you usually expect from a Chick-fil-A. However, one staff was amazing when I had my dog in the car. She was so excited to see my dog that she asked to give her a little pup cup, and personally gave it to my dog. It was so sweet and heartwarming! I usually do mobile order drive-through. There is no separate line for a drive through mobile pick up. It's all one line. Food has been pretty consistent. Tastes like delicious Chick-fil-A. This restaurant started out with the great service and food we all enjoy from Chick fil A. However, today was a letdown. The attendant who took our order gave off a "don't bug me " vibe. We placed our order and changed a couple things which the attendant didn't seem to catch. When we corrected the order for him, he never confirmed but when I received the order, the receipt listed our order correctly. However when we got home, they had the order completely backwards. And no sauce . Hope they get back to their roots. read more

I got to check out the new Chick fil A that just opened. I love this place! The customer service is great like all locations. The place is super busy but they manage to stay on top of things and it doesn't take too long for your food to come out. I've been here 3 times already and they haven't even been opened for a week. Yes, I have an obsession. I highly recommend pineapple passion fruit frosted lemonade, it's so addicting! I don't know if other locations are like this but I really like how they have a hand washing station outside of the bathroom. It's fast and more convenient than having to go into the restroom and touch the door. The place was packed, of course, but people come and go so I managed to snag a table before my food came out. The drive through is built and runs much more efficiently than the other locations I've been too. It warps around the back of the parking lot and doesn't create a tangled mess of a traffic situation. We placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through, as we've done at other Chick-fil-A locations many times before. This was our first time at this specific location, and I accidentally selected the wrong car for the order since it defaulted to an old one. When we spoke to the first worker, I explained the situation, and she assured me it was no problem--she'd update the car information. She told us to pull forward. As we did, two workers suddenly began yelling at us, saying we had to "check in" first. We've never had to do that before--especially not between placing the order and reaching the window. Their comment of "this must be your first time" came off as condescending and unnecessary. Considering this location just opened, why assume every customer knows the process? There were no signs or instructions, and the lack of communication was frustrating. When we reached the window, one of the employees who had yelled at us came around and told another worker to give the order to "the car that's not white," with a scoff--again, we already told the first employee we were in a different car, and she said she would update it. Instead of simply handing us the food, this woman decided to give us a lecture about how our mistake disrupted their entire flow, treating us like we were clueless rather than addressing the issue with basic courtesy. We sat there silently, stunned by how unnecessarily rude she was. To make matters worse, after a 30-minute wait in a line that was only three cars deep, we got home to find they had forgotten the chicken in our BBQ chicken sandwich. Yes--Chick-fil-A forgot the chicken. We called to request a refund, and the man we spoke to (Todd or Ted) was very kind, apologetic, and helpful--he was the one bright spot in this experience. Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on customer service, but this location seriously missed the mark. If you're going to give lectures, maybe make sure you can read a receipt first. And if your employees are going to act this miserable, perhaps they're the ones disrupting the flow. read more

I was really looking forward to pick up some of the amazing chicken offerings from this new location. So on a busy Thursday evening just after 5:00 pm I got in the double lane drive through. I didn't have to wait at all to place my order. Two chicken deluxe sandwich meals and one children's 5 piece nugget meal. After another brief wait to pay and get my drink order, I was directed to pull into one of VIP waiting parking areas. That's when my inaugural experience went sideways. I waited 35 minutes before my order was delivered to my car. After 10-15 minutes, a young man came out to tell me that "there was an issue in the kitchen" that they are working to resolve. I did appreciate the heads up. I watched as 2 cars parked on either side of me (who ordered after me) received their food. Another 20-25 minutes and I finally received my order. My waffle fries were room temperature by the time I got home. I'm hoping that they get the bugs worked out by the time I give this place another shot. read more

By far the worst location i've been to. I've been here at least 5 times since it opened and although it's seemed to gotten a little better, it's still not the best. My first few times, I was waiting in the drive thru for at least 30-40 minutes with no movement. It was to be expected since it's new but even after a month I still think they could be a bit quicker. a lot of times you're told to pull forward and wait which makes your wait even longer it seem like. Our food took at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. They confirmed our name 3 times for the order; twice in the drive thru and once at the window and then moved us up to wait for our food. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our food again while every other car drove past us getting their food who ordered after we did. Then, we FINALLY get our food and go home to eat and my mom's poor kale salad looked like it was scraped out of the bottom of the kale salad container. It wasn't even full and weighed nothing. This place needs help. You'd think for a brand new location that they'd be on top of it, but that is far from the truth. The wait times are ridiculous. The line at the Hall road location will be double the size and I'd still get out of there faster than any time I've been here. They don't run food to the cars, they have no sense of urgency and by the time you get to the window - your food STILL isn't done. How is that possible? Chick Fil A has always been reliable, fast and they have never messed up my order. Somehow, this location has failed at all 3 of those things. On numerous occasions they haven't given me any sauce and have forgotten items. The only thing consistent about this place is the stale fries. Wilted lettuce on a cold sandwhich, uncooked fries that were identical to frozen Trader Joes waffle fries before cooking the frozen fries, rubbery chicken strips and drinks that may have been soda or lemonaid in a childs imaginary play kitchen. For this experience you can receive your order over 40 minutes later then the 16 minute wait time noted on the order. You can also not cancel the order and no one can provide any idea when you go to get the order of any reasonable updated eta past the original eta. The excitement built as I watched the AH Chick-fil-A open! I waited several weeks to visit dine-in. Today we showed up at 2:00 p.m., not rush hour for most restaurants. The girl who took our order got it wrong. I ordered only a sandwich *no waffle fries* but got charged for a "meal" with fries. That would have been okay IF the waffle fries were hot and fresh instead of cold, hard, and just gross. Hubby never received his chocolate shake. A staffer walked by and asked how our meals were. I politely told her the above. Staffer said she'd get "somebody" that I could relate this to. Obviously staffer got involved in dealing with what now was a long queue of people waiting to order.
