The food is usually good but the service is just awful lately. The 3 of the last 4 times I'd gone to pick up the food they hadn't started my order. I usually wait 45 minutes before going to pick it up... so I'm not arriving real early. The 4th time they said they were closing early and would refund my money. It was an hour before closing time. Every time I was offered a refund before they even started making my food after ordering online well in advance. I am a regular at Jersey Mike's I've stopped a few times at this location and I'm disappointed. Workers are chatty slow and they don't put enough ingredients on the subs.And no I'm not being greedy I'm just comparing it two other locations. Ok I'm s NJ guy so just walking into Jersey Mike's and seeing the beach pics is a plus for me. The subs are great. Staff friendly. Now maybe it's oldish man disease striking again but the girl making the subs had multiple nose rings that looks gross! I was sent home from a summer job back in the day because I forgot my belt! In the past we have always received good service and great food; but today the bread for our sandwiches was hard and stale and the tuna sandwich was sloppy with tuna all over the outside of the sandwich. Our sandwiches were inedible today. read more

The food tastes good when we finally get it, but the service at this location is insanely inconsistent. Sometimes everything is as ordered and other times we get the wrong order and requests/additions aren't honored. Most recently (today) we placed an online order knowing it usually takes 45 minutes and when we arrived to pick it up, they hadn't even started making it and we waited an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. I've been frequenting this location since it first opened. The staff have always been super friendly and my food has always been delicious. I am partial to the number 9 but I have branched out a few times to try other things. My son also loves coming here. He is 2 and knows the routine. We order, he picks out our chips and we eat. His sub is the only sandwich I've seen him eat as a sandwich. Normally he deconstructs and eats his sandwiches in pieces. The staff always interacts with him too. This is my favorite sandwich place. I love that the meat is sliced to order and that the bread is fresh. read more

I think these are the best subs around! Tubby's use to be my go to but have lost their appeal. Tried the fireman one once and it was so wet that I ended up just eating the meat off of it and throwing that wet bun in the garbage. Subway.........if you just want to eat some bread............go for it. The only complaint I have with Jersey Mikes is oregano! Hate it and for some reason, they insist on making mine right next to the person in front of you who loves "Mike's Way". I don't care if mine is the only sandwich, that scraper does not get rid of all the oregano. Hopefully they will fix this. Did I mention they were the best subs around? This is our favorite sub place. But have been a little disappointed in the service. Usually young men/ kids working there and maybe they haven't been thoroughly trained for cleanliness in this time of COVID. One worker was barely "half masked" and the young man working the cash register handled cash then handled the sandwiches to wrap them without changing gloves. read more

This review and rating only deals with the prices charged at this (And all?) Jersey Mikes. I stopped at this location to give Jersey Mikes a try. I really haven't heard much about them but have been seeing them pop up around town. The store was nice and clean so I checked out their menu. They had 3 prices/sizes. Small, regular and Giant. I love Italian subs so I decided to try their Italian. I ordered a Regular Italian. The guy pulls out a sub roll and cuts off what looked to be maybe 5-6 inch max portion. I'm looking at what he has and looking at the $7.45 price on the menu. I asked him if that was really the size of a $7.45 regular sub? He immediately says yes and asks if I want the $12 something Giant sub instead? I just shook my head no and said I'm not paying that much for that tiny sandwich and walked out the door. I really would of hated to see what the small size consisted of. 3 inch? Wow. I drove down the road and got a 7 inch sub for $5.45 at Jimmy Johns. read more

Nothing special about the bread - I honestly like JJ better. Service is always slow. My husband ordered a hot sub and in the time it took to walk over to the table to eat, it was so soggy the bread was falling apart. We tried this place twice. No need for a third. read more

Have only visited twice, but sadly disappointed both times. Asked to pay before sub made (and tip), but unfortunately the staff failed to provide what was ordered. Subway is 400 yards to the South, save your money and get a larger sub made accurately to order. Jersey Mike's appears to be sad knock-off of Jersey Giant out of East Lansing, if you can make the drive get the original and best at Jersey Giant. read more

I don't normally go to Jersey Mike's because I live closer to a different sub shop but I went in today because I had a gift card. The staff was super friendly. I mentioned that it was my birthday yesterday and they asked if I was a member of their reward club. I said no but they still gave me part of my order off as a birthday treat! However, it was really disturbing when the young girl that was making sandwiches was not changing her gloves in between sandwich making and ringing people up. She then repeatedly pulled up her pants and then touching food. I told her to please change her gloves before touching food!! read more

Started out with a bang when they first opened. They always had a line of people waiting, the food was good, and the workers were friendly. Now the lines have gone away, the food is fine and the staff isn't what it used to be (some of the workers still try). The bad attitude seems to start at the top and the manager is always sitting at a high top table messing with his phone. No greeting to the customers and looks annoyed to be there. We'd go back if the ownership brought in someone interested in running a proper establishment. read more
