I thoroughly enjoyed Chick-fil-A from their sandwich in the foil bag that makes the bun steamy hot. To their southwest salad with the tortilla strip topping. Oh, and don't underestimate their ice cream. It is very tasty! Especially the milkshakes! Sometimes I get their grilled nuggets and a side of mac & cheese. Put them in the container together-Drizzle some hot sauce over the nuggets and mac & cheese. SHAKE & enjoy. The service is very quick. Upon arrival, on a business lunch with my sister, Ethan M. Greeted us with sincere and genuine kindness and a shining smile. My sister, Samantha was indecisive on what she wanted to eat so Ethan kindly and patiently waited. We settled on the southwest spicy salad and an 8 ct of the grilled nuggets. Which were delicious I might add. The waffle fry's this time around were salty and crispy and had an excellent, almost perfect crunch while still being soft on the inside. Even though it's a fast food chain, I was so impressed with their crazy fast, great service tonight and HAD to leave a review. So it's a Friday night, dinner time, and the 3 lane line was insanely long. I really wanted that homophobic chicken. Why is this stuff so good??? They had so many super polite teens running this drive thru that I was utterly shocked at how fast I got thru and received my order. Th workers are always so friendly and work very hard and they are very polite!!! Of course I have to recommend Chick-fil-A, it is almost unconstitutional to have anything negative about this national pastime however I continue to see better options like Popeyes and other local spots that provide higher quality food, no artificial ingredients, and better value. The bovine favorite continues to be the right friendly pair of low-hanging fruit for all them basic fast food addicts but besides the incredibly staff, especially at this well trained family reunion feeling location, there are better options where spending nearly ten dollars to fill up isn't so surprising. That is just me! I know I continue to be in the minority like someone saying the original first gen Mercedes CLS is ugly. Everyone else in our group loved their quick trips here and loaded up on all their favorites. Brought out food very quickly and it was delicious, but the parking lot was so chaotic. The drive-thru constantly wraps around the building and everyone sits there on their phone and is so worried about driving off with their food or inching along further that no one looks for pedestrians. If you decide to dine inside, watch out for all the cars!! But if you prefer the drive-thru, you know the wait is longer right? Just park and walk inside and you will get your food in a quarter of the time than it takes to wait in your car that's almost in the Meijer parking lot. The service inside if so fast even with a long line. I also noticed an older gentleman who walks around refilling drinks and chatting with certain customers. We have hit this location 4 times during peak lunch and dinner hours and this place will have your food in less than 5 minutes. There are a minimum of 3 outdoor order takers mic'd up in the drive through lanes and typically no to little line inside. There's 15-20 people in the kitchen pulling together orders with a smile like a well oiled machine that would make Henry Fords original Model T assembly line jealous. Always such a pleasant experience when going through the drive-thru. I was kind of in a hurry today but I hadn't eaten anything and knew I needed to get lunch. I saw that the Chick-fil-A line was especially long (as it always is) but thought I should stop anyways. There were two people taking orders outside in each of the drive-through lanes, as well as three people standing outside of the drive-through window to deliver food to the cars. I would say there was probably 20 cars in front of me and I was in and out of the Chick-fil-A line in less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the kindness of the employees and fast service. When I expressed my displeasure with the visit to the manager AFTER he asked me how things were, I just got the obligatory "I'm sorry." One day I made a complaint that I realized afterwards wasn't their mistake. The manager called me and apologize. I actually apologized to her and said that there was no mistake made. When I informed them that I asked for a large they up charged me and didn't give me a large fry. I'm not one to complain but the woman at the register was very rude to the young man trying to help me with my situation. This is the only Chick-fil-A I will go to! The employees are always so polite even in stressful times. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. The drive-thru has 3 lanes, compared to others around that only have 1-2. The employees, and even the owner Chris, will be outside in warmer weather directing traffic as it's a busy area. If there's ever an issue with your order (which is rare), they will make it their priority to fix it.
