I would eat chic fil a seven days a week 3 meals a day if I could. Do not sleep on the Mac and cheese it's creamy and delicious and I can eat it hot or cold out if the fridge like a raccoon at night time I always get two when I go. Came in for breakfast with my best mate. Greeted by a gentleman named James. I think he is one of the managers. Super awesome, warm, welcoming, inviting, attentive young man. This is my first time inside the actual restaurant. Usually I go through drive through which is also excellent. I was blown away by the smiles from the workers. What can you say it is chick Fil A. They are super polite taking your order, they helped me take the drinks to the table. Brought us food. My favorite part of this specific one there is an older gentleman that walks around and makes sure you are happy and refills drinks.. Unfortunately, I have to update my review to the following: I have been coming to the Avon Chick-fil-a for years and I have never had an experience as poor as the one I had tonight. The food was sub-par with chicken that was barely warm, stale bread, and cold fries. My sandwich had the wrong cheese on it and, when I asked to have the sandwich with different cheese, the original was taken and the cheese was simply replaced. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I know this is a health code violation. The cheese was also then cold and the sandwich wasn't as enjoyable. While I was sitting in the dining room, I could also hear the conversation of the crew members on the line: they were discussing someone they used to work with by name - complaining about her. I happen to know the person they were talking about and do not appreciate hearing a group of people slander her. I'm surprised and upset by such unprofessional behavior. The experience I had tonight is not typical of any of my past visits to this location, or any Chick-fil-a, for that matter. I am incredibly disappointed. read more

This Chick-fil-A, and every other Chick-fil-A I've ever eaten at since I was a child, gets it right every time I visit. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly. The only two issues I have with the Avon location is that it's a little older of a building and the bathroom is always kind of a wreck. The floor has this slippery coating on it that gives one an overall grimy feeling but these are no reflection of what really matters when you go out to eat. If you see a huge line around the building, it's because the Chick-fil-A in Avon knows how to sell chicken sandwiches that keep people coming back. read more

It's a good Chick-Fil-A. But they usually forget my sauces or give me the wrong drink sometimes. It's just not Southport Chick-Fil-A.

You can argue with their politics, but you can't argue that they don't make a fabulous chicken sandwich. If you've never had Chick-Fil-A, you've lived a deprived life. I'm not sure what's in that breading, but given the choice, even the Colonel would prefer this chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich is my personal favorite. Wendy's spicy chicken is good, this one is amazing. Service here is always very good and Chick-Fil-A seems to do a much better job of hiring. Even though they still staff a lot of high-schoolers to work the drive-thru and registers, they seems to stress the importance of customer service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Oh, and if you want an amazing fast food breakfast (despite the calories), those chicken biscuits are artery clogging bliss. read more

First time at a Chick=Fil-A and I love it :) I tried the classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries and lemonade. I was completely amazed at how tasty it was. Loosely, I compare it to the McDonald's Southern Chicken Sandwich. LOOSELY. This was much better, however. The freshness of the ingredients were evident. The fries were dangerously good. I had three refills of the Lemonade. It was wonderful. My only regret is not trying out the other menu items (I wanted to try their new spicy chicken sandwich). I long for a location to open in West Las Vegas, NV. (hint, hint!) One thing I like about the Chick-Fil-A restaurants out here is that they are closed Sundays. I called in earlier because I found chunks in my coffee that I believed to be maggots, come to find out hours later that my husband (who surprised me with this meal) had stirred my creamer in with a spoon he was eating rice with! I love Chic-Fil-A in general. They always have great food and a really reliable dining experience. This particular restaurant is extra well run. They always seem to have enough staff to keep up with the crazy demand, and they always do it with a smile. The only potential downfall of this location is that it tend to be so busy that it's tough to find a table if you have more than four people eating together. Who can wrong with Chick-Fil-A? I recently moved from Atlanta, GA where their restaurants are plentiful. Although they are scarce here, I am happy to see more opening in Indy. From breakfast chicken biscuits or minis on soft bread to lunch and dinner items such as chicken nuggets or the famous chicken sandwich, I've never been displeased. My favorites are the chicken salad sandwich, the grilled market salad and the Oreo milkshake. Oh and of course the classic nuggets or sandwich. Their children's menu has healthier options like fruit, applesauce and juice boxes. They receive a book rather than a toy. Yes! There's a playground to keep the kids entertained if you decide to eat inside and free wi-fi for you! Staff is always super friendly and smiling. On days where the lines are long, oh they can get really long, employees have stood outside in the drive-thru taking orders on iPads to get the lines moving quicker. read more

This is the busiest chick-fil-a around. We stopped in here in the afternoon on a Thursday and there were only two tables to be had. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we moved through the line though. Their is a reason these restaurants are always crowded though. When you only do one thing, you can focus on doing it really well. And they did just that. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. Mine had pepper jack on it, which was surprisingly thick and delicious. If you order any kind of salad, be sure to get avocado ranch dressing. It's good enough to drink. Not that I've done anything like that. Listen, Chick-fil-A is a well oiled machine! Today I went to Chick-fil-A during th busy lunch hour, to grab lunch for the kiddos. About a year ago, they went through a renovation to expand the drive thru from one lane to two lanes. Well today, it was extremely busy but they managed to add a third drive through lane. The staff outside were directing traffic, others were taking orders and then there were food runners. The process was very efficient and went very smoothly. Everyone was pleasant and practicing social distancing as well as taking precautions with mask and gloves. I'm very particular about the fast food establishments that I patronize. However it's NEVER a question with Chick-fil-A! The food is always hot and fresh. I've never had any issues with customer service and as stated above, I'm in and out in a decent amount of time. Other fast food restaurants need to take notes because Chick-fil-A is the blueprint! read more

When I showed up with my toddler and 6 month old during a busy Wednesday lunch I was overwhelmed with the crowd in this restaurant. But I was able to walk right up to a friendly cashier to place our order. Then they told me to take a seat and they brought the food to us. They saw that I had my hands full with the kids and without me asking they brought over napkins, plastic cutlery, wet naps, and straws that I needed. I felt like I was the only one in a full service restaurant instead of in a busy fast food chain. It was amazing! They also had a few staff members walking around handing out stickers to the kids and refilling beverages. Went Saturday to get my wife food. We had a very basic order of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and fries with chick fil A sauce. I had two people give me conflicting instructions on who to pay and whether or not to pull up. They made ordering more complicated than it should ever be. I ended up being told to pull up at the window and they tried to give me other peoples orders twice. Ultimately i watched and counted as 13 cars behind me who also ordered long after me got their orders and drove off. The staff was in their own world acting chipper to each other and paid no attention to me as a customer or where they were taking orders. Today my wife went back to get us all fries and sauce as that was the one thing I liked about my experience. She order 4 large fries for everyone to share and 2 sandwiches. She specified that she would need ten sauces at least 3 times so we could each have 2 sauces. We got 4. The service is garbage, the food is ok, if they can even get the order right for once, and finally the listening skills and attentiveness to customer needs is that of an adhd 5 year old. read more

Stayed in Indy from out of town. Wasn't fully familiar with the area and drove a vehicle was difficult to maneuver. Took a large group order and did the Chick-fil-a run. Got back to find they shorted me a sandwich. Called in and they were completely unwilling to help me beyond "a free meal". That's what they should give to people who wait in the drive through too long and didn't help the individual in my group who was shorted her meal. I was left with the only option of driving back from my hotel and get the sandwich because their employees are unreliable. In a day in which Uber Eats, GrubHub, etc exists, I'm still unsure why the burden was placed back on me, the customer to correct the problem. Fair warning: check your orders.
