Always good! We've been here a few times since its opening, and the most impressive thing about Raising Cane's is their consistency! Definitely best fresh-hot, crispy, and delicious. The staff are routinely friendly too. I've only done drive through each time, so I can't speak to the interior, but the exterior is always clean and professional looking. I love the new Raising Cane's at Greyhound Pass. I've been a couple times since the grand opening in June. The chicken has a perfectly crispy batter and the meat is tender and moist. I think it is the best fast food fried chicken. Their cole slaw is wonderfully crunchy, not to sweet and not runny. The crinkle cut fries are delicious, although today, they were a tad undercooked. The service is friendly and quick. My food was ready super fast before I could even fill my drink. The ice tea is great, I get a second cup to go. The restaurant is upscale by fast food standards. There is indoor and outdoor seating under a covered patio. Walk are pays homage to local sports teams and Elvis. The tables are kept clean. They offer drive-thru, pick-up or eat in service. The kid's meal comes with chicken, fries, beverage and toy. My granddaughter got a little puzzle. Milk and juice are healthy beverage options (I was glad to see.) The story of founder Todd Graves is interesting and posted in the dining room. Todd's dream of opening a restaurant featuring chicken fingers took a long journey. I love Cane's. I have it almost everyday. My record is four times in five days. I have once biked 25 miles to get Cane's. The food and service are both amazing. The decorations are cool too. Questioning why I see so many negative reviews. We knew they sold chicken, chicken, chicken and fries. Lol. Came here bc my son wanted to try it. I thought the chicken was great. The crinkle cut fries were really good (waaaaaaay better than Culver's which we just had the other night). We'd come back again. Our food was ready in like 3 minutes. Screens out. Employees acted like I should know the menu. They charge extra for lemonade with the combo and then still charge you for refills. Raising canes undoubtably has some of the best chicken tenders you will ever taste. The breast meat and these are super juicy. They are always friendly and are efficient on getting your order. If you don't want the fries, you can substitute it for their slaw. (A little inside "hack".)Take your piece of Texas toast, split in the middle, stick a chicken tender down in it with the little slaw on top with hot sauce! You will thank me! So yummy! You can definitely tell this is a new location! Everything is clean and very well taken care of. There were several trainings for new staff happening too. My husband and I enjoyed the chicken but the fries left much to be desired. In fairness, it was about a half hour drive home so they may have gotten extra soggy during the transport. I had recently saw a video of someone saying to try the chicken on the bread topped with sauce and it was very good that way! I enjoyed the coleslaw as well. Food is good but you have to make an extra stop just to eat it. This is my wife's favorite restaurant, we've broke out in full arguments bc I refuse to eat here till they get bbq sauce. They serve chicken all day and only have this nasty canes sauce, everyone I talk to about the places wish's they had more options and it makes no sense they don't. Thankfully for capitalism I can go other places like Chick-fil-A down the road that actually has sauce. It's a no for me. We ordered 2 meals and an extra drink for a total of 12 tenders and fries, slaw and bread at $35. We ate immediately in the car and the chicken had little to no seasoning, and the same little to no crunch. The fries were soggy and almost unsalted. Cane sauce is OK, I'll just say that. I will say that for the hype, this is a big fail. I would rather have chicken tenders from Hardee's or Popeyes. Im not sure what the draw is here, but for the price and for the quality, I don't think I'll be back. Highly disappointing. Maybe this is not the best right to place to post this but I gad a terrible experience here yesterday. I had a job interview here at 2 pm scheduled. I arrived early and the counter girl was very kind, she offered me a drink and ket them know I was here. 2:10 pm nobody had come out to greet me or tell me anything. I kindly went to the counter girl and told her I pass on the interview. If you cant be considerate and respectful of my time because its valuable too, then its not the kind of place I want to work anyways.
