I feel that this is a common occurrence. If I were to have kept count, they'd likely owe me a jar of pickles at this point. When I've ordered this to-go in the past, all toppings were packaged separately from the tortilla chips. That was not the case this time. The only items kept separately were the chili/cheese mixture and the sour cream. All other toppings (tomato, red onion, pickled jalapeño, shredded cheese, extremely oxidized avocado, green onions and black olives) were placed directly on the tortilla chips, rendering them less than crisp. They were very stingy with the shredded cheese too, in my opinion. I just think the food quality and care has been steadily declining at this location. I tried to leave feedback through the app by contacting customer relations, but I received an error that would not allow me to proceed.
