That said, the staff absolutely made this visit. The awesome human who took my drive-thru order deserves recognition. Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises.

Instead of saying something like, "Give me a moment and I'll speak with my manager to see what we can do," she simply asked what was wrong and walked to the back without explaining anything. The young woman in the back, who I assume was the manager, was speaking Spanish and could clearly see what was going on, but she never came out to speak with me or attempt to resolve the situation. She was making faces and communicating through the employee at the counter instead of addressing me directly. It felt like they were passing words back and forth like a telephone rather than actually trying to help a customer. I asked for a refund and was refused without them even making an effort to offer another solution. I was also handed an empty plate in a way that felt like they were making a joke out of the situation. The attitude and facial expressions from the manager were extremely unprofessional and made an already bad experience even worse. I understand that not every customer complaint can result in a refund, but the bare minimum is to listen, communicate respectfully, and make an effort to find a solution. I left feeling completely dismissed. Management seriously needs to address both the portion sizes and customer service at this location because the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.

From the moment I placed my order to the final interaction with the staff, it was a series of mishaps and rudeness that left me frustrated and unsatisfied. First and foremost, my order was a complete mess. Despite clearly specifying my preferences, the restaurant managed to forget some of the items I had requested. It's incredibly frustrating when you're looking forward to a specific meal, only to receive a half-hearted attempt at fulfilling it. The lack of attention to detail and care in ensuring accuracy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff members displayed a shocking level of rudeness throughout my visit. When I approached the counter to inquire about the missing items, the employee I spoke with seemed completely disinterested in my concern. Their lack of empathy and dismissive attitude made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It's disheartening to see such an absence of basic courtesy in a customer service-oriented establishment. In addition to the mishandled order and rude staff, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was chaotic. Stop complaining, eat the bread and order the 3x3. If you are not burning carbs, order it protein style. The staff is usually pretty well put together, and that line never stops moving.
