Quick and convenient service. I love that I can order ahead of time and the order is ready at the time the app estimates each time. The decor and location is always clean and plenty of room. My fav sub is the hero. I don't know if I should be proud of how fast I can scarf down a 12" hero sub but my personal record is 9 minutes flat I like to add cucumbers and banana peppers for extra zing. We also had the Italian and a ham sandwich. Oh yea can't go wrong with one of their delicious brownies.

My sister and I came here and placed an order to go. When we got in, there was a table of four that were waiting for their sandwiches, a gentleman at the front of the line that was having a problem with a gift card, two people behind him, and then us. The sandwich was very delicious, and you could tell that it was fresh, however, the wait time to get our meal to go was very long. We also got a kids mail for my niece, and we had to ask for the firehouse hat, which was kind of annoying. I'm glad we checked the bag otherwise she would've been very disappointed.

My experience was here was terrible. I thought they would honor their price because they had buy one get one free on Uber eats but because it was close to them being late and close I drove there and told them about the violin get one free they said that was no longer going on so I showed them my Uber eats app and asked them to honor that because there was no expiration date and it was showing lifetime. It was still up and available then their story went to. Oh that's an online Uber thing only I was like OK OK whatever then I wanted to pastramis the three kids working that evening did not honor the price so I only bought one then they charged me extra à la carte for the pastrami sandwich because they don't have anything on the board for it Plus they were too busy to even care or be concerned with my legitimate concerns and they were just not nice people. I will not return back to this facility nor will I suggest them to anyone.

I'm giving this place 4 stars because I love how they support Fire Fighters. My husband is a Fire Fighter as are many of our friends so we had to be sure to visit. We support First Responders in any way we can. There is not enough options to choose from and I assume that is a franchise issue not this location issue. The boards are all over the place. One board has the same but more options if you happen to be looking to the right where sandwiches are made versus looking beyond the cashier. Everything has a beef or pork option which I do not eat. I do not want to pay the same price for a fancy sandwich to start removing items and only end up with turkey and cheese ( make sense?) Again, I happened to turn my head before I was about to order nothing and saw there was a cajun option for me. Because the signage is all over the place, we both didnt notice the sides available. The cashier was busy helping a staff member who just got off of her shift that she didnt really walk us through anything. The small sandwich is way too small for the price. I'm not a big eater but this was beyond smaller than expected. A bit disappointing. If I had a toddler, this would have been the size chosen but, now we know. My husband ordered the meatball and yes again too small but he said it was good. I had the Cajun and there were like 4 small pieces of chicken. It had a nice flavor but come to think of it, I think they forget to add the cheese. Regardless, I love the set up and love how they support Fire Fighters.

Simply put. I went in on a recommendation that this place was awesome. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Things were all pointing in the right direction. I ordered a small Turkey Bacon Ranch sub but since my pregnant wife was not in the mood for Turkey, she asked me to sub Turkey for extra Bacon. I then ordered 2 other small subs and made one out of the three a combo. My bill was over $20. I'm just glad we got extra Bacon, I can't imagine what the normal serving size would be. Now, we have to stop at a different fast food spot to satisfy my wife's cravings. Will not return.

The place was full when my friend and I got there. We waited for about 10 minutes for our table on a Saturday morning and it was absolutely worth the wait. First of the, the coffee was soo good!! I ordered a Lady Litchfield omelette no cheese and my friend got the nacho fries. Both are delicious and not filling at all. Looking at the dish with all the colors made me so happy and I could taste the freshness of the ingredients! The flow of service was spot on. We got refills of coffee without even asking - attention-to-detail point increased!! Last point, there's only one gender neutral bathroom. Sooo don't be like me to wait till you really have to go to wait in line...if you know what I mean *wink*.

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.

It's tucked away off Indian School Road, but worth the effort to find it. We had a couple of ham & cheese croissants, a couple of chocolate chip cookies and specialty coffee, plus tea. They weren't super busy so we got seated immediately. Our server David was very polite and attentive. He checked in frequently and helped explain some menu items for us. Shame he wasn't also on the menu because he looks like a snack. We started with the Empanadas with Chorizo, Potato, and Cheese. The appetizer portion comes with 5. These were very good, the dough tasted fresh like they were made to order. For our main entree we shared the Alebrije Parrillada for two. This gave us a good sampling of multiple meats and sides. Everything comes served in a hot molcajete. My favorite meats were the chorizo and the shrimp. My favorite bite overall was the toasted Oaxacan cheese. So good - I could've eaten an entire plate of just that. The rice and beans were decent, however the beans could have benefited from a little more salt. You can choose either flour or corn tortillas. My only qualm would be that there were some temperature inconsistencies among the various components. Some were borderline room temperature, like they had been cooked first; others were piping hot. Overall taste was great though. Will I return? Absolutely yes. If you're craving home-cooked style Mexican food that doesn't leave you feeling super heavy - this is the spot to try.

We ordered chips and Gaucamole and were given something else instead. When my husband asked about it the server said we were given the wrong thing but we said it was fine and we would just keep it. We ordered food, my husband a breakfast burrito and me the chilaquiles. I had asked the server which sauce he would recommend as they offered three, and he had said the red was spicy so I chose it as I love spicy foods. It took 35 minutes for our food to come out. Once it came, my chilaquiles had green sauce on them, I stated that I had ordered red sauce and the server picked up the plate to take it back and got a little attitude with me and said I'm pretty sure you said green but ok. I then told him I'd keep it if it was an issue but he continued to walk away with the plate. He came back shortly after with red sauce and I thanked him. However, I was disappointed with my meal because I had also ordered my eggs over medium (cooked whites/runny yokes) and they were basically hard boiled with cooked yokes. The red sauce also was not even spicy but lacked any flavor at all honestly. So I was pretty disappointed. As soon as we left after eating and paying my stomach felt off, I got sick when I got home and stayed sick all night. I was fine before coming here and hadn't eaten anything else that day so I know it was from eating here. Needless to say we won't be going back here. If you want good brunch and especially good chilaquiles go to Park Cafe not too far from this place they have the best I've had so far in the area.
