Returned coffee and wasn't offered anything else either! Up-sold to meal, when I didn't request one. Ordered breakfast bowl with coupon and they added a hash browns to it. Bowl already had hash browns, so didn't need more! Complained, but no offer for refund or alternate. Also up-sold on coffee. I just asked for breakfast bowl with coffee. Charged for meal AND a coffee. Meal is supposed to include small coffee. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Well... this isn't typical of Chick-Fil-A, but it happened and it's definitely frustrating. Last night me and my girlfriend came here around 8:30 and were getting food for us and some friends. We ordered my girlfriend a standard meal and I ordered a 30-piece nugget that myself and the others could share - when asked at the drive thru how many sauces we wanted, it made sense to ask for a decent amount for this much food!! We asked for 6 chik fila sauces and 3 ketchups. Got our food. I said "thank you" in the drive thru and was ignored and did not get a "my pleasure" back - not a big deal, but isn't this the signature for chik fila? Went home (about 13 minute drive one way). When we got back we realized we had only been given 1 chik fila sauce and 3 ketchups. Now keep in mind, we've got one regular 3 strip meal and 30 NUGGETS and only 3 ketchups and 1 chik fila sauce. How can you take an order for that much food and in good conscious, whether you didn't hear me say 6 or not, feel like 1 chik fila sauce covers this order and not check to confirm? I checked the receipt and yup, there it said 1 chik fila sauce. Ok. Whatever - my bad for not checking the bag before we left or checking my receipt... lol. At this point, this food is probably going to be subpar and a little dry without the sauce so we decide to trek back to salvage this meal - I get to the store and go inside to let management know, respectfully, about the lack of common sense here and how it's affected my night ... and guess what, no apology, no empathy towards the situation, just an "oh, ok". The girl at the counter then goes back to get some sauce for me and then returns to say that they are OUT of chik fila sauce. I feel so petty for even writing this, but wow!! What a horrible experience here with no resolve for me as a customer who just spent $30 on one order here... I settled for some honey mustard and some BBQ sauce and left. All in all, this took a total of about 50 minutes of our night between driving there originally, waiting in line, driving home, coming back, and driving home again, and we were still empty handed on what we had asked for the first time. 2 stars simply because I'll still go to chik fila because it can be good, but this experience was beyond awful and I think it's important for management to be aware for training purposes.. 30 nuggets and another meal of chicken strips doesn't correlate to 1 sauce and 3 ketchups... it just doesn't. Good service. They could work on keeping the tables a little more clean but better than most fast food places. The playground is for 3 and under I think and it is pretty small but keeps my 2 year old entertained. Definitely a nice place to stop by for breakfast. Saturday the 13th of October, i came in with 20+ kids during a thunder storm. It was my sister's quinceañera and I was super overwhelmed with trying to order everyone's food. Until a worker came over and I was ballin my eyes out because i was super stressed and she offered to help us out. So she got her manager Ruben and he was a really big help. This is my all time favorite place to enjoy me a piece of chicken. I have been a fan and customer for years now and I absolutely love the food but as I grew older so did my thoughts of a great place to relax and eat. I now have a 18 month old that comes and enjoys the wonderful food they offer (kids meal, grill nuggets) and she loves playing in the play area. My only major upset with visiting this place now is the play area is never supervised or taken in consideration when flow of traffic gets busy. I bite my tongue to not cause a problem but I can not stand when there is a limit set for the little one and it is not being honored. My kid came out the play area crying because there was much older kids playing in a area they are clearly to old for. I can understand that all kids want to have fun but their is a sign that states how OLD and the HIGHT are allowed and that's not being taken serious by members of management. I really do wish that management cold resolve this problem. My last 4 visit have been the same experience and I just had enough. I feel welcome if I was dinning allow but feel my child is being robbed of her good experiences there by not being able to enjoy the fun as much os the food. Samuel believes it will endanger his business's religious mission. When my friends and I first walked in, we were treated by a smiling lady in a red shirt. As we walked to the line, I noticed a funny picture on the wall. It said "Eat more chickin" with a big cow next to it. After I ordered some chicken nuggets, we found our seats. Which was when I noticed an indoor playing section for children. It was completely sealed to suppress the noise of screaming children which was amazing. We can entertain ourselves with each other by actually talking since there are no TVs. If you're alone then they also have WiFi for your phone! It's not the fastest but it works! The middle section of the dining​ area was fit more for bigger families. If you're in a group of four there is a tall table section to the right which fits up to 4 per table. Not only do you get tall tables but you get to sit next to a window which is either covered or open depending on your liking. Chick-fil-A is a perfect place to go with your kids, family, friends, or even just to study. It has a closed off playground for the children. There are no televisions so you can actually a conversation with your family or friends. There are cameras everywhere to ensure​​e you and whoever you're with are safe, so you don't have to worry. If you happen to lose something, they can find it! When I went, someone returned a phone to an owner who didn't even know she had lost her phone yet. There is WiFi in the restaurant for a study session or just to hang out with some friends. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order but the workers were very polite and patient. The food on top of that is inexpensive and delicious. The regular sandwiches are only five dollars. Are you on a diet? There is also a salad selection with different kinds of healthy choices. I eat at this place at least once or twice a week. My favorite is the breakfast menu, but the original sandwich and waffle fries are also addictively delicious! The chick-fil-a sauce is good on everything, especially strips and fries, and I love the new frosted lemonade! The service is prompt and friendly, the place is always clean, and I love the family friendly, cafe-like atmosphere. They have several places to plug in a laptop and free wifi, which makes it a great place to grab hot, yummy food AND get some work done! read more
