I'm not sure what is happening to this place but it seems that the staff is either lacking in training or just simply doesn't care. Going through the drive through this evening, 5 cars total on either side of us went through because either the guy taking the order didn't know what he was doing or the person ordering was making a massive order. When they finally did get finished and it was my turn to drive up there was no recognition from the employee. No smile no verbal or hand ques just walked past my truck so I just drove off. The 3 lanes that this place has set up has created this issue with several people I know who frequent chick fil a. We love this location! We usually come here Friday or Saturday mornings and the staff is super friendly and go above and beyond! They chat with us and our kids! We usually order lunch menu items and it takes a bit to get our order but we don't mind! Our kids usually play in the playground until the food is ready. They have a 30 piece nugget meal and we usually split it with a family of 4. It's a great way to save some money. Their bathrooms, playground, and dinning area are really clean! The staff really keeps up even on busy days! Make sure you take advantage of their app and the rewards. If you go their often, it pays off!
