I remember ready about dining habits and obesity in the deep south. While I am not a huge fan of takeout, I am even less impressed with this food. I was absolutely amazed by the service here! The chicken was good but the workers all had smiles on their faces and were so pleasant to be around! My food came out right as we sat down! Finally got a chance to try this place today. Usually when I drive by this place it is really crowded but today I went pretty early, around 10:30 am. At that time of day there wasn't much of a wait at all. I tried the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was really good. I liked that they had all their sauces set out so you could try as many and as much as you wanted. The Bbq sauce, the buffalo sauce, the honey mustard sauce, the Polynesian sauce, and the buttermilk ranch sauce were all good. I really liked the cleanliness of the place, the staff was friendly, and the layout of the restaurant is really nice. There is an outdoor area to eat and a good amount of seating inside. They have a fairly simplistic menu but also serve breakfast as well. I will definitely be back here again. read more

I drive by this location about once a month, for breakfast. I usually order the chicken mini breakfast sandwiches with hash browns with coffee. I told the lady it was out first time and I heard we can get a gluten free bun for someone who has celiac. She said yes and I said good, we will take three gf chicken burgers and three fries and a juice. $26!!!! Ok well it's specialty so I said fine. She said she was going to give us a cookie. Wait what? I love this place, i to there many times and its usually for a dream cone which i love.. and nuggets.. ive been there twice for a cone and when i got to the window they said it was on them and didnt charge me. I was so delighted and happy. Its the smallest of things that make a big difference and makes me keep wanting to come back. This Chick fila is the best one ive been to. Came here opening weekend and as expected, the place was packed! They were well prepared with extra staff making sure ordering was easy breezy. I like the layout of the restaurant, there are nice, comfy chairs in the back that are very welcoming to students. I did not like the drive thru set up. From the parking lot, people have to walk across the drive thru to get into the restaurant, doesn't seem very safe. :( The food was spectacular. Everything tasted fresh and our family of 3 ate for under $20. I'm so glad there is a CFA so close now, our family used to make trips out to upland for a yummy chicken sandwich. read more

This is a great Chick-Fil-A location. Went on a Saturday night, no lines no waiting and got my food instantly. Chicken was tender, milk shake was creamy and the service was probably the best I've ever had a fast-food restaurant. Everyone spoke with a smile and enthusiasm; the manager on-duty even chatted us up for a while. Another perk about this location is the unlimited sauces for your order. One package per bite? Ben working the floor at this location is amazing! My fiancé and I came here after a long event at Azusa Pacific and we noticed his hard work right away! He was extreme attentive, refilling customers beverages, making sure all tables were clean, pushing in chairs, and greeting people with a great positive attitude. Something about this store that's not like the rest of the local locations. The workers are decent but overly helpful like Ontario, Rancho or Upland. Its always fairly busy and they may be why they just don't have the time. Today my food was room temperature at best, the damn cheese didn't even melt and the bacon was cold. I don't mind the higher prices BUT I do expect a little better quality. Theres a new location opening in Glendora soon I hope its better than Azusa. read more

So I agree with everyone on here, everyone is so friendly and nice. Food is always fresh and taste great. But lately it has been frustrating, this is my 3rd time that my order is not correct. They always rush you when your ordering, they assume that they help get things going quicker with coming to your window, but I think it actually holds up the line. 1st time my order was not correct, I asked for a spicy chicken deluxe NO PICKLE, I get a regular chicken with a load of pickles, I call in and they were very nice and agreed to fix my order, but I didn't have the time to go back. 2nd time, I waited in line before leaving, again ordered a spicy deluxe and nope didn't get it right again! Good thing I waited and checked my order, sucked that I had to hold up the line behind me. 3rd time today, Buddy breakfast. Keep in mind this food is for my kids who I have to take to school, so they plan to eat on the way. First, no fork for the breakfast bowl, 2nd my other son ordered a bacon biscuit, and he gets a English chicken muffin, I'm still trying to understand how that was mixed up, and by the way the receipt did have the order correct. I'm not saying I won't come back because unfortunately this place is my boys favorite spot, but please check your order before leaving. read more

The food taste fresh, portions are nice, and the service is friendly. The fast food line was long when I visited and you can only enter the drive thru one way which I thought was great because it helps keep the line organized. There were 3 employees outside taking orders so I didn't wait in line long to order or reach the front window. I agree with previous reviews they do rush through it all and can easily mess up an order. I almost left the drive through without a salad I had ordered. I understand that this is fast food and you're trying to get everyone out as quickly as possible but if that means forgetting items or messing up orders it isn't worth it. I almost drove off without my salad but I realized I wasn't given the salad because I was only given one small bag with my chicken nuggets and fries. Overall though this place is very delicious and their dipping sauces are so yummy! read more

I go to school at citrus college which is right around the way from here and this place is my go to spot I have my favorite comfy chair for studying or just grabbing a bite between school and work. Northern California has been deprived of Chick-fil-a for far too long, and so far has received nothing false hope.
