Overall, completely underwhelmed. Visiting family in town, and this place was suggested. I'm normally a huge fan of anything Mediterranean, the Bowl here left me disappointed. The grilled chicken was bland, and even though I ordered extra sauce (tzatziki), none was provided. I wasn't all that concerned once I tasted the tzatziki, not like any I've tried before. I think you need to try authentic tzatziki, and revisit this recipe. As there was only a kiosk, no employee interaction happened until the food was ready for pickup. The vegetables appeared fresh, and the broccoli side was tasty. Those two factors are why you received a 3, instead of a 2. I won't be back, but maybe this review will help the owners make different choices, and those visiting Crazy Bowls & Wraps will be a bit more informed. read more

Calming esthetic with green walls( giving it the healthy "vibe" that they're going for) Customer service is amazing. People are always polite. They have suggestions if you don't know what you wanna order and you get your food pretty fast considering they make a lot of the things they are from scratch. Food. Is. Amazing. Large variety of foods that cater to any type of diet (vegetarians, vegans, etc. ) They also allow a large array of substitutions and options for each category of food they have. Wrap 9/10 (Scrumptious) good sauce with quality chicken Fruit Bowl 7/10 (could have included more fruit or had more variety, tasted good) Chips and Queso 8.5/10 (Chips are alright, but the Queso! It's fantastic and if your getting a meal that comes with the chips get the Queso with it too!) I didn't get it this time but they have a selection of organic store made drinks you can choose from the chai tea to limeade. The Chai teas my favorite (I prefer mine a little sweeter but that's just personal preference) They make a lot of there sauces from scratch as well! The crunchy chicken is so so good! The worker wasn't the most friendly but I have no complaints on the food. It was my first time here so I wasn't super sure what to get and I felt a little rushed by the worker. The queso seemed a bit watery but it was still good! We've historically gone to the location near SLU with consistently good food and friendly service. Food at this location is pretty average but man is this crew surly! Never a smile or even a response when greeted. I understand that we don't always feel friendly but basic courtesy and civility seem doable. It's not a one-off. This is the norm for this store. I'm industry and always conscious of being a polite customer so the rude responses are surprising. Anyway. We've eaten here a couple times. Both times have been very meh. Nothing against the location. I'm just not a fan of the flavors. It's billed as a fresh, healthy option. Yet, calorie counts are not readily available on the menu. So, I looked it up. Though it's not an official CBR site, I'm fairly certain my teriyaki bowl came in around 600 calories, which is pretty darn good for the size of the bowl. (Though, it had a lot of kale/lettuce in it.) Health/calories aside, I haven't been particularly crazy for the flavor of both bowls I've had. One was the aforementioned teriyaki bowl. The other was a fajita/Mexican bowl. I went with chicken -- steak is a $2.25 upgrade! I got the brown rice with the teriyaki bowl. I was not a fan. All in all, I'll try this place again. I placed my order online. It was very easy with no problems. Service was very good. Order was correct, and the food tasted good.

The food isn't bad but the customer service just isn't there. I ordered the Poke bowl and requested sauce on the side. They completely forgot to give me sauce yet managed to throw in packets of siracha INSIDE the poke bowl. First of all, I didn't ask for siracha. Second, I don't know where those packets have been. So for all I know there can be cross contamination. read more

First time review: I ordered the coconut curry with tofu as my protein. Delicious! Could have put less rice and and steamed the broccoli a little longer. The drinks/flavored teas were great! Ordered via GrubHub. I ordered (among other things) a pesto wrap and a BBQ wrap. Both with beans as a protein. What I received are two wraps with chicken. In wraps that do not naturally have chicken. That I did not request. I'm not a preachy ethical vegetarian, but I am an ethical vegetarian. It's super hurtful when companies can't be bothered not to put flesh in my food. This place has really gone downhill...I'm not sure if it's under new management or what, it was filthy.from the dining area to the back where the food is being prepared. There was trash on the floor & the condiment station was a mess and needed to be wiped down. I noticed all of this after looking around after my order was placed and I really should have canceled my order. I took the food home and did not even take a bite bc I was still so turned off. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it didn't blow my mind. As far as "fast food" goes, this place is definitely top notch. I love that it's located across the street from my apartment and moderately priced. I always have a field day with their sauce selection. The first time I went, I had to try a sample of all of them on my wrap. In the end, I generally lean toward the hot sauce, but they were all quite tasty. read more

I have been a regular at CBW for many years at their west county, midtown, and now Shiloh locations. I love the menu and the whole concept of healthy fast-casual food. Unfortunately, two things have changed for the worse. First, around a year ago they took all the nutritional information off of their website. When I ask for this information in the store, they tell me to check the website. When I tell them or show them it is not on the website, they say they are updating the website, check back later. I've been asking for several months now, so it seems to be an intentional decision to remove it. The food is fresh and full of nutrients, but many popular dishes are high in calories from all the grains, maybe they are trying to hide that fact. Second, the quality of their Shiloh location has gone downhill in recent months. Instead of their usual preparation and presentation, the food seems thrown together. The condiments bar, beverage area, and trash cans do not get wiped down, the floors are not swept, tables are not wiped down. This is a shame because I love their concept, just not the current quality. read more

I actually really like Crazy Bowls & Wraps. I've been eating here forever (at least 15+ years) and it's always tasty and healthy. One of my regular orders is the Chicken Fajita Bowl (Red pepper, zucchini, tomato, jalapeño-cilantro sauce, pepperoncini, beans, cheddar, avocado, chicken, brown rice, squeeze of lime; stir-fried and served with tortilla chips.) This was my first CBW experience, and I will l say that I liked what I had. Having no idea what to order I scanned the menu and found a Buffalo Chicken wrap. They had me at Buffalo Chicken as my Bromance with all things Buffalo has no bounds. I was pleasantly surprised. The wrap was not overly big, but it was enough food for me to fill full. You actually get to choose light or dark meat and what type of rice or quinoa you want in it. The wraps come with tortilla chips and there is a small bar where you have a variety of dipping sauces which is nice. Price was about right for this type of food, slightly more than fast food but still less than at a typical sit down restaurant. As a result, I'm pretty positive I will be back at some point. I'm not racing back for my next fix, but it was A-OK in my book. read more
