Food is always soooooo good and I love their chicken biscuits. Usually order via app and have had no problems.

Visited on Thursday, April 30th. The AI ordering at the drive-thru is a joke. The kid at the window looked like he hadn't smiled in days. The biscuit fell apart when I picked it up. Management definitely needs to retrain the drive-thru staff and get rid of the AI crap!! read more

We walked in and immediately went to go wash our hands before eating. I went into the men's restroom, washed my hands and realized no one stocked paper towels. I couldn't bear touching the door handle with hands I just washed. I yelled through the door to get Erin, my wife, to open it. She opened it--thank goodness. She went into the women's restroom and has reported a worse finding than mine. I went to go order and waited 2 minutes for someone to speak to me. When they did, he said it will be a couple minutes before he could take my order. he had a ponytail that went across his forehead tucked underneath his hat with his chest hairs hanging out...He was not dressed appropriate for the job. As I studied the other employees, I realized I was in the movie "Blast from the Past" with hobos working Bojangles. As I'm standing there I noticed no fried chicken breasts or thighs on the line. I looked around to see if this was being resolved. I then noticed the overdone biscuits they were serving customers. I quickly lost my appetite. As I lost my appetite, I looked around and saw my wife and three kids, and she shook her head and asked if I wanted to leave and I said yes. Later she reported her findings of bathroom nastiness. We both discussed that if the bathrooms are unclean then no one is really doing their job. In fact, it connotes laziness that would stem in the kitchen. If a biscuit was dropped, the lazy employee would be too lazy to make another and pick it off the floor and serve it as is. It was apparent that the manager, "Jay" was not on duty and this Bojangles has went down hill. We will most likely not be back, and we hate this because we like the food from Bangles. The only other Bojangles close to us was the one in Winder and we wrote them off because of the rudeness we experienced through the drive through. Employee representation, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, foods being in stock, and food quality are all contributing factors of why we will not be back at this Bojangles. read more

Poor customer service in drive-thru, young kids who just don't care. Quality of food is less than tolerable, usually cold, dry, or incorrect. Attempted to call store and let them know, only to get a very rude response from the store manager. WILL NOT BE EATING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! read more

Bojangles is a chain restaurant with locations mostly in the south, and famous for their fried chicken, and biscuits. This was my first time ever eating in Bojangles and my experiences was okay. We ordered the 12 piece chicken which comes with 2 sides, and a half gallon of lemonade, or sweet tea. The cashier was very nice, and he let us exchange the included drink for 3 cups instead, so we could get whatever we wanted from the soft drinks machine. The chicken was okay. I've had better. For the sides, we decided to get dirty rice and coleslaw. The rice was okay, but spicy which we weren't expecting. The coleslaw was pretty good. The staff was pretty friendly, and helped us with all we needed. Would most likely be back sometime in the future. Good food had a great price and the people were very nice at the drive-through! The only issue I have is their app so maybe it needs an update of some sort I can't always order via the app which makes it hard to take advantage of some of their specials. read more

every once and awhile me and my fiance go get breakfast and sometimes we have a wonderful encounter with the staff and some mornings like today this young girl who has blonde hair (which seems very thin) has this attitude like she doesnt want to be there. Doesnt talk nor res to any thank you or have a wonderful day. As we were there waiting she gave my fiance this sideways look and i am so sick and tired of her. They have the best biscuits! They have many to choose from. They have blueberry, cinnamon, pork chop, chicken, sometimes they have country fried steak biscuits. I always love their food! The staff is friendly also! They have never gotten my order wrong yet. :) read more

I see there was a lot of lying going on with some of the reviews I've read about this place. I'm about to correct everything and give it to you straight. Yes the staff is friendly, the establishment is clean, however the chicken is just off!! There is no flavor in the chicken whatsoever really. If you're the type that loves flavorful chicken with spices and seasonings that you can really taste, this place isn't for you! To top that off, the sides are just so small, it's not really enough to feed to a 3 year old. The sides also lack seasoning. If they would get with corporate and change the recipe on the seasoning for their chicken, as well as decent sizes for side items, they would have a chance. Myself personally, I gave this place a shot twice because I thought the first day I went, they may have had an off day. That's not the case, it was the same the second time around also. The only way I'll go back to eat at this establishment is if I don't have any food in my home, and nothing else is opened but them. As far as going at my leisure to eat, no dice. read more

Haven't eaten here in about 4 years. Decided to give it a try today. Just went with 4 sides and it cost $ 8.75. The sides tasted alright, but I'd never go back until they go down in price at least 50%. Far better deal at the Publix deli across the street. read more

I love coming to this Bojangles the employees are even more polite than the neighboring Chic-fil-a, which should speak for itself. The food is usually pretty fresh too and you rarely have to wait long for your order. read more

Who is running this place...?? Closing at 9pm when all the surrounding restaurants have lines around the building but Bojangles prefers to close... In reality they turn their lights off and turn you away before 9pm... In the drive through just before 9pm and myself and 3 other cars were turned away and it wasn't even 9pm...!!! read more

Came on a Sunday day afternoon before church. Food was warm and tasty. Service was kind and efficient. They even brought me fresh coffee from the drive thru when I mentioned that their coffee in the front was empty. read more

Good chicken and awesome biscuits! I have had their sausage biscuit for breakfast and we always get their tailgate box for supper. It's a great deal for the amount of food. Definitely recommend for chain chicken in Dacula. read more
