We came here on a Wednesday evening since it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were exhausted and sat ourselves at the bar. We ordered some appetizers that were good. I had the mozzarella sticks that tasted like most mozzarella sticks but that's what I wanted, so I was pleased. Braxton was our bartender and he was excellent. My Ruby Relaxer was strong and delicious. And Wednesday is $6 Jack Daniels which is perfect since that was my Dad's favorite and we were celebrating him. Braxton really made our night, so I'm grateful to him. *Side note* This Ruby Tuesday is where we came before my senior prom 25 years ago, so it's been here a while. Arrived at 8:25, server was nice. Ordered meal, food-salad bar and 2 other entrees. Three tables in the entire restaurant. Salad bar had not been wiped or cleaned in how long ????. Some of the bowls were empty. Food from bar was on floor in front, causing a real slip hazard. Food was okay, certainly not worth the $$. Finished, waited on check, waited, waited, asked the person wrapping utensils to find our server. Said she would be out, was taking care of the to go orders. Waited, waited, finally went into kitchen, 3 people standing around and asked her if we could please pay. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our check. Tuesday night and the restaurant was basically empty. Our server was friendly, however he kept disappearing for great lengths of time. The one other patron seated in our area got up a couple of times to track down the server. We had mozzarella sticks and the salad bar so there was no delay on food. We eat at Ruby's about twice a month and have never been disappointed either by the service (Jason is awesome) or by the food. My favorites are The Philly Steak and Cheese and the American Smash Burger. We'll be there next week! read more

Visited Ruby Tuesday today for Lunch and had the pleasure of being waited on by Karen. You could definitely tell she had many years experience as she was kind and attentive. Anything we may have needed she had to our table before we could even think to ask. I had a Quesadilla and my guest had the Philly Cheesesteak which was on special and both were excellent and cooked perfectly. The highlight as always was the garden bar filled with so many delicious options that we were almost full before we had a chance to touch our meals. This place has really gone down hill in the last few years. The host are horrible they're never at the door to seat you, they see you sitting or waiting and they walk by and ignore you. The atmosphere in that place is awful no one ever looks happy to be there!!! They waitresses walk around like someone is forcing them to be there almost zombie like they're not pleasant to be around or have serving you. The service is beyond slow takes forever to get anything. This place is very dirty the floors are always so sticky it damn near takes shoes off walking by the salad bar it has a very funky smell to it and everything feels so nasty like you almost don't wanna seat down or touch anything. We have been there a couple times within the last months in hopes it woukd get better but has not!! The price of the food is ridiculous and does not meet the expectations of this place. I don't give reviews unless it's something extraordinary and outstanding....I am highly satisfied with overall performance and quality of food...specially the member "Nicole", from the moment we entered the restaurant,she was giving an outstanding and excellent service for my daughter and me...even though is the food takes longer we didn't even realize time flies because of her service and how she takes care of the customers....the moment I entered she was sooooo present and have a great smile that would attract customers in a really friendly manner...she was really professional and I believe she knows well about customs and courtesies....I was there for like 2hours but because of this member named Nicole,it felt like I was only there for like few mins....she took extra for my daughter too...not only for us....I have been watching how she is with other customers too....we need people like these in a restaurant,so that makes 200% sure that we would come again here....members like her(Nicole) deserve a rise of her pay if it's something you can do for her....I have never met someone like her in any other restaurants I have been to...Happy weekend everyone...please whoever sees this from the restaurant make sure she gets to see this too....and sure the ambience of the restaurant is also great ... read more

Walked in and was seated at the bar counter as I requested. Was staying at a hotel across the street, and I was tired but hungry, so decided to have a quick dinner there. For 15 minutes, I sat there unable to get the waiters to come take my order. Eye contact attempts and my raised hand were deliberately avoided and/or ignored. I did actually caught attention of one of the waiters but he decided it was time to turn around and go busy himself with something else other than attending my needs which I was ready to pay for and tip. Walked out without anyone saying a word to me and ended up driving elsewhere for food. No, I wasn't stinking bad or wearing Speedo or anything that made me unapproachable. we see so many social media posts about people not tipping waiters right nowadays and there is a Ruby Tuesday with waiters who just complete ignore your existence. Very disappointed in this restaurant. I placed a Door Dash order for chicken pasta with some other items. I received a BBQ burger with onion rings (not my taste at all) with the other items. No plastic ware included, but they did include a straw?? When I called the restaurant they essentially told me to contact Door Dash and made it seem like it was not their fault and there was nothing wrong they could do. After researching, Door Dash cannot check the orders before pick up as they are sealed. Order mistakes are the fault of the restaurant. This entire experience was bad. We got the 2 for $25 with 2 slad bars and cheese sticks. The lettuce was brown. Employee had an atitude when asked to change it out. The bar was very "untidy", but we got it anyway. After eating half a plate, my mouth felt like there was a coating in it. My husband said he was experiencing the same thing. We stopped eating it. Asked for the cheese sticks 3 times. When they came, they were half cooked. Asked for the bill. Finally came. Never came back to get payment. Went up to the bar. We got there at 5pm. The food and service was very slow but everyone except my wife got their food at about 6pm. The food was ok. At 6:30 my wife still did not have her food despite being told multiple times they were about to bring it. We had somewhere to be at 7pm so we had to leave. They wouldn't take her food off our bill! Haven't been to this ruby Tuesday in a while! I ordered the New Orleans seafood tilapia with broccoli and the salad bar, you know just trying to be healthy! The tilapia was bommmmbbbbb but then I saw a hair in my food which looked like a lash, normally I would return the food but I had already ate so much that I was rather disgusted and didn't want anymore after that let alone sit and wait plus I had a busy toddler on my hands! We have tried to like this place but they can't get it together. We got there at 6 pm. The restaurant was empty except for two other tables. We ordered an entree with the salad bar. The salad bar was poorly stocked, it had old moldy iceberg lettuce, no spinach, no spring mix. We asked if they could bring some fresh spring mix and they said they would. We were there for over an hour and the fresh lettuce never came out. They claim to have over 50 items on the salad bar, there were 35. This restaurant is need of an update. It's drab and sad to sit in there. To their credit the food always comes out hot. But it's not consistent. Sometimes the food is well prepared and sometimes it's way over cooked. Hostess was terribly rude. I went in to be seated and she asked me "can I help you?" while she was arranging dishes on the salad bar. I said "table for one" while she continued to arrange items & began talking to another employee who brought more dishes to salad bar. I asked (seriously), "are y'all open?" and she turned to me laughing and walked over to get a menu. She began walking away from the salad bar area & I said "I'm gonna look to see what's on the salad bar". I quickly glanced at items so I could decide if I wanted a salad or not. She then walked back to me with a somber expression & I said, "I was just looking to see what was on the salad bar". She kept staring at me & I said, "if that's ok? shrugging my shoulders. She very rudely said to me, "Is there a problem?" I said, no, you're just speaking rude to me for some reason. She said that's just the way I speak. I told her I'd just eat somewhere else. Sat down and waited 30 minutes. There were only 5 tables seated in the whole restaurant. Waitress never came to my table. Staff just kept ignoring my table even though they knew we were waiting. They were super attentive to the black customers to the point of walking past us repeatedly to help them while still ignoring us. The staff is racist against white people. Ended up walking out. Well not overly impressed. Steak was ok. Not worth 18.99. The 4 pieces of broccoli I got was ok, not a lot of flavor Salad was less than ok. I probably would not come back. I'm a first time Ruby Tuesday guest. Seeing them on the side of the road, I always kind of considered them to be lower tier. My experience was anything but that. I took my girlfriend here and I got a burger. I got the fries which were nicely salted and crisp. She got some type of (tortellini?) pasta and loved it. Our server was patient and polite with us. The food was good and very enjoyable except for the brussel sprouts in some sort of vinegar sauce. I would give another star just on that, but I ended up with a nasty stomach virus from eating at this location. Our waitress was deadly sick, and she was sent home after she was done with my table I hope, but I do not appreciate ruby tuesday's having their super sick employees working around food at all. It makes me wonder who else was deadly sick handling my food, and did my stomach virus that render me useless for 2 days came from her or another poor employee working/dying through their shift. I probably should give 2 stars just for that, but it could have been a fluke. Needless to say, I probably will not be returning here for quite sometime or ever.
