1 year later... another rainy day this time my doctor's appointment. The service was great and so was the food! Ambiance is low key. Eli and Danny Devito are spot on Jersey Mikes rules for me sorry Jimmy johns and firehouse! Anyway, a good store if you're ever near the mall of Ga or going to a Gwinnett Stripers game in the spring or summer. This is my 3rd time ordering takeout from here. All times the subs were great. This past week we had 3 and all were fabulous and made as we requested in the app. They are more expensive than some other chains or Publix but I love the bread and fresh meats. SO easy to order via the App too and I think you get rewards too. Will order again. read more

Sandwiches were great but the attitude provide for making 4 giant sandwiches was an embarrassment to this organization. There wasn't anyone else in the store and the man behind the counter was grumbling and telling us this was considered a catering order and to next time place it online. Throwing the bread and clearly pissed off he had to make 4 of the same sandwiches. I held up no one from getting their sandwiches since no one was in the store. Walked in about 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday (didn't realize until I saw the yellow safety signs) and were greeted warmly and served quickly. This crew clearly knows how to take care of their customers and their store. The food prep areas were clean and the tables too. My 7inch Jersey Shore favorite was delicious. My neice enjoyed her Original Italian too. I think we received a free brownie too which was moist and fudgy. I'll definitely return to this location when craving Jersey Mike's again. It's just nice to see a young person with a good attitude that takes pride in their work and that treats customers as she would like to be treated. Every employee here has a terrible habit of touching things (face, facial hair, phone) and not washing their hands. Disgusting . And its never gonna change, nobody cares, management will do nothing about it. read more

We were excited as heck to have this new location closer to home. Albeit they are brand new, so we didn't expect the service to be perfect - but the two stars was more for the poor quality food than the team making the subs - as the food would have gotten no stars from me... Surprisingly the bread felt rubbery, the turkey was cut too thick and I asked him to make it thinner but it was chewy, tasteless and quite dried out. I had to ask for extra cheese as the pieces he was cutting were so thin, they were splitting. Bread was cut un-evenly, nor was the meat - which was really sparse for sub over $16... As I said I understand they were new - but they seemed like this was the very first time doing this! The nervous girl spread the mayo all over the outside of the bread and over soaked the sub and counter with vinegar - so the bottom of the one with out vinegar got to sopping wet too. So we get home and the subs were not cut all the way through and pulling them apart was a joy due to the over soaked vinegar as well... So almost $60 with a nice tip was not the best way to start off - it was really bad and we will go to one we always goto until they actually get trained and stop selling super SUB-par food! read more

We've started coming here more and really like it. True there's no cheddar cheese but the have provolone cheese. They explained their cleaning procedures for true gluten-free cooking. Also they have a really good cheese steak sandwich, etc. read more

My family and I were driving back from Florida and stopped in for a quick bite. Tired and a little out of it, we didn't realize it was so late and 5 minutes before closing. After ordering, we looked down and noticed the cold items were being put away. We felt so bad. These young workers never missed a beat and smiled while they took our order. My husband ask if they were closing. The lady said we close at 9pm but it's not a problem. No one treated us like we were putting them out. They were all so pleasant even though I know they all were ready to go. Thanks night shift team for feeding my hungry family and not making us feel terrible for coming in at closing. read more

The New Jersey Mike's near Top Golf off I-85 is wonderful. Been there 3 times and food was fresh, service was great, and staff was awesome every time. Went Sunday night and tried their chicken Philly sandwich. The nice lady making it yelled over to me that she was "making it with love" and it was truly a great sandwich. Hot, fresh, and tasty. I told her on the way out (we dined in) that I tasted the love and that the sandwich was great, so she actually gave us some bogo coupons! Highly recommend this place!! read more

I asked the employee to change his gloves when i walked in as he was doing other things when i arrived.. he was upset i asked him to change his gloves... then in the process of another employee fixing the food his bracelet got into the mayonaise that was on my sandwich and had mayo on it...... and when i asked him to change the bread the other employee said i was being ridiculous and proceeded to argue with me telling me to tell his manager... i ptoceeded to explain to him how CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS!!! as he appeared to not know and continued to argue with me... The employee was very rude and fisrespectul.. he absolutely deserves to be FIRED... if this is the face of jersey mikes. i want nothing ftom this business.... the location suite 1225 on buford drive... the young staff working on the day of 12-9-2023 deserves to be let go!!! read more

Multiple times sandwiches are made incorrect and they just say sorry. Cheesesteak is sorry as hell. Barely and cheese and they add stuff you don't even ask for. I've eaten at Jersey Mikes a 100x and never have I had such poor sandwich making. They need to hire someone new to do the cheesesteaks or retrain them. read more

I went in there this past week and it was the end of me ever eating their subs ever again. As i opened the entrance door and went in I was shocked by the uncleanliness of the counters the sandwiches are made on. There was old breads and a-lot of crumbs behind the machine cold cuts are sliced and prepared with. Then an unusual smell you don't expect to smell in a sandwich shop of bug spray so strong even with a face mask on it can't be missed. The bread and containers uncovered and exposed to the bug spray smell. There was three young men in the back who came out only after I yelled out 'hello'. I asked them what I was smelling but the first two acted like I didn't speak english and the third guy that came from behind said we just sprayed bug spray back there. I don't know about what anyone else thinks but thats disgusting and a sure sign of bugs, roaches and whatever else in there due to uncleanliness. read more

Poor service. We visited Jersey Mike's because we were given a gift card for Christmas, a whole $10 mind you. We order two sandwiches and 1 chip and 1 drink. Total was $30 or something. We attempted to pay at the main register and it froze. The delay wasn't really acknowledge, no thank you for your patience or anything. We were asked to move to the other register and the total shot up by $10. We questioned it but didn't really push the issue. The issues were kind of ignored by the staff as they were still having trouble processing the payment. We had swiped the gift card at both registers. The secondary register wasn't working and we were asked to move back to the original. When we got back to the original register we got back to the original total. Apparently a veggie sub got added and that was the reason for the extra $10, which again I don't think was acknowledged nor did we hear an apology. Back at the original register, the now whole $10 gift card wasn't working. We said it must have been processed at the other register, either that or our plot to deceive them out of that whole $10 was discovered. We had to push back on this multiple times as it wasn't even remotely possible that this pristine system of theirs couldn't have processed that $10 gift card in the multiple swipes by that point. The guy eventually relented, as we were prepared to make a big deal out of it if we had to, and took off one of the subs. Once we sat down, we discovered that our card had been charged twice so we were sure at that point that the gift card had went through. Never once did they really acknowledge the problems that their system presented and while they weren't flat out rude, it was just a poor experience with not nice people. read more

Went in today for the 5th time since opening. Got a regular #3, which is ham and cheese. I got it without the cheese. After taking the first bite I noticed that I was eating bread and lettuce and almost no ham. I have been a customer at JM for 50 years since they opened in New Jersey and I know a skimpy sandwich when I see one. I brought it to the counter and asked for the manager and was attacked by 3 people questioning how much I think it should have and one grabbed the sandwich and said "I am going to weigh it" and the woman slicing meat for the sandwiches said "its only a sandwich". For $10 with a $1 tip I expect more than 2 thin slices of meat. I told her that since I didn't get cheese, the least you can do is give me the amount of ham I am paying for. When I asked for the owner, who I have met and spoken with, they asked if I expected a free sub or something to that effect and that he was not there. If the owner is going to keep approx. 10 people working every time I come in and get skimpy with the meat to pay for them, I will go to another store. When I mentioned that the store in Hamilton Mill was opening soon they said we own that one too and laughed at me. Just a warning to JM fans. read more
