To start, we had an online order for 4 people, We waited for maybe 5 minutes before the food was done!! Extremely quick preparation and our entire order was perfect no mess ups. The restaurant is very large and was well kept bathrooms smelled and looked presentable and the lighting wasn't too bright or too dim which gave a good ambiance. Not to mention the food was AWESOME! Cooked to perfection, good portions, and plenty of sauce. Drinks weren't flat like a lot of other fast food restaurants. Employees were extremely polite and we're welcoming. This is my second review within a year. I tried to place an order ahead of time to pick up. The website is down. I go inside to order. I asked Allis who was on register 5 if the website was down. She respond "I don't know I don't use it" I paused and said "I'm not assuming you use it. I'm asking because it's a service provided for your customer to expedite waiting for their food" she looks at me. Ok I have been a fan for a while but lately the food quality has slipped. I got the grilled chicken and a big portion of the chicken was missing. My fries got cold while waiting for a new sandwich. I don't know where they got the tomatoes but they tasted like water. It took three times to get someone's attention to correct my situation. I'm gonna have to take a visit break for a little while. We usually visit the CFA in Lima, and this one has the same owner. We finally got a chance to visit the drive-thru during the great Corona-scare of 2020. That said the drive-thru moved very quickly except for an error when the cashier rang us up. This was quickly corrected and we were on our way except - no ketchup. They forgot ketchup packets. Oops. Thankfully we were going home and have ketchup there. Also, did you know CFA serves FISH during Lent? They are delicious - I got the filets (no bread) but you can also get them on a sandwich. If you like fried fish - and happen to be here during lent - try the fish. Surprisingly good. read more

Came to this location around noon today and of course the line for the drive through was miles long (I would expect nothing less) I instead pulled into a curbside pickup spot and ordered on the app. My food was quickly delivered to my car in no more than 5 minutes. Food was perfect and even gave me extra pickles like I asked for! I've never had a bad experience with curbside so I always recommend doing that. read more

This chic-fil-a just opened up and it's pretty good! You can't really go wrong with chic-fil-a. The food is fresh, the service is amazing, the employees are friendly, and it's always a great experience. My only complaint is that the chocolate chip cookies were pretty hard. I got them twice and I love chic-fil-a chocolate chip cookies, but these were really hard for some reason. That's all. Besides that, great addition to the community. read more

I have visited multiple locations in the area and was excited about a location essentially in my backyard...but something is wrong. I'll start backwards from the hair in my wife's sandwich tonight, the record-setting long lines (drive-thru), the overly salty fries, and the long wait (inside) while being served after other people who ordered after me. What is this...they've set the bar high in other locations and this one has consistently performed at a substandard one. I've heard similar reports from other people I know who are now willing to go to other locations to avoid this one. If I could award less than a star I would. We have gone to chick-fil-a weekly for several years. While the Brookhaven site is new they have the fast, friendly service and excellent food I have come to expect. I like the double drive thru lanes and efficient yet comfortable set up of the seating areas. read more

Cars from drive thru are constantly herded into the parking lot so that wait times and metrics appear to be on point, however they are not. What good are metrics and policies if there is such an easy loophole as demanding the customers pull into a spot and wait longer for the order to be filled? When I called and complained their only response was "well that happens sometimes." This is not a response that should be given especially because they see what they are putting in the bag. i norma love chic fil a, they have great food and amazing service. the one on edgemont ave in brookhaven though is a different story, every time i order food it seems they dont care or have any common sense. they constantly get the order wrong or completely give me food i didnt order or even give me one item i ordered but not EVERYTHING ELSE. just today they gave me a filet i ordered and the hash scramble, completely messed up the hash scrambled by not listening to the directions. and im missing several other items. overall the worst chic fil a out of every other in this area. would not recommend. read more

This place is going down the drain and fast. They've only been open for a year and are already messing up multiple orders and have very rude staff. I've asked for no pickles on my sandwich all the time and within the past 3 months they've done the opposite at least five times. The most recent time was just yesterday and when I called to let a manager know, I was met with a very rude response and attitude from the newest Front of House Team Leader, Hailee. She dared to challenge me for calling 40 minutes after I placed my mobile order at the drive thru (which itself was a five minute wait) as if that had any correlation to my complaint. It shouldn't have mattered if I called a day later, an incompetent staff is not ok and she should get them in line and also check her nasty attitude at the door before she comes into what should be a professional establishment. Furthermore, refusing a refund for your staffs mistake is not apart of the supposed rules. I've called and even come back before and gotten refunds for incorrect preparation of an order. People also have allergies, so Hailee and her equally incompetent, careless and ignorant staff should take that into account before messing up orders and then gaslighting the customer into thinking they're wrong because they were busy and called 40 minutes after the order was placed. Lastly, the CFA Cares will most likely not reprimand Hailee or any of these new, younger staff members that are only there to chitchat instead of doing their job correctly! read more
