We both got tons of fries and they were perfectly cooked and delish - the best fries around in my opinion. So Tuesday was probably one of the worst days I've had at work in a while. All I wanted at the end of the day was a cheesy, flavor bomb of a burger that actually tastes like it's right off the grill. I went in to place my order, and was greeted by a gentleman named Eddie. He asked me how my day was with a smile, and I was honest and told him this would probably be the best part of my day. This guy made my day, as well as the rest of the staff. He suggested getting a cookies and cream milkshake to go with my burger and fries. This guy knew I needed it haha! And I'm so happy I did because it was absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of thickness to the ice cream. I hate when you can't even get it through the straw or it's too thin. Eddie knows how to make a mean milkshake. The guy who made my burger was also very sweet. He accidentally dropped it while he was taking it off the grill and literally came over to me, got my attention, apologized profusely and said he promise he'll make the next one even better. I wasn't upset at all because I knew it'd be worth it, which it so was. There were only about two other people inside so it wasn't too busy. They make the burgers to order so you wait until it's done which can annoy some people having to wait but I didn't mind at all. Always have a great experience at this location! The workers are extremely nice and work diligently to get the food out fast and HOT. I frequent there when I'm across the street at the hospital and it never lets me down. Last time I was in there for a milkshake and fries for my mom who just had surgery, I told them I was worried about the milkshake melting because she was still in recovery. They made the shake extra thick and put another cup for insulation, it was stilll cold for her 2 hours later! read more

This is our favorite fast food burger place. I love the fact that you can order ahead and pay and pick up. No problems with ordering over the phone although they told me 6 minutes and it took a bit longer than that. That's ok because the people putting the food together we're hustling, especially the expediter filling the bags and making sure the orders were filled correctly. Food was great as usual. Probably the worst experience ive had at a 5 guys establishment, and ive have been to a half dozen locations in 3 different states. Will not be coming back, and noone else should. I was madly craving a good burger and this location did not disappoint. Via Door Dash, my meal was delivered still hot and fresh. I ordered a cheeseburger and opted for the lettuce wrap rather than a bun. I figured I'd give it a try and it was superb. Crisp leaves of lettuce wrapping my double patties, fried onions, mushrooms, and cheese cooked perfectly. The small fries that I ordered hit the spot. They arrived hot and not too soggy from transport. They know to use a paper bag and not plastic or foil. Fresh and hot. Not overly salted and delish. And my small order looked like a large when all of those tasty fries came tumbling out of the bag. That, by the way, is sealed with a sticker so, you know all of the fries that left the store got to my plate and didn't end up in the hands of the delivery guy. Lol. My chocolate milkshake was also a real treat. Nice size and just thick enough. The Door Dash delivery was fast, courteous, and I thought the price was great $20 including my usual generous tip. Terrible! Started calling at 839pm to place an order I got a message that the phone was out of service. So we drove to the place to order we arrived @ 850 pm & told us they where closed & not cooking anymore. When I asked to confirm the phone number was correct because I kept getting a message phone out of order, it was explained to me that they kept the phone off the hook too long & the phone went dead & that's why I got that message that phone was out of order. I love to stopped in any of their location I usually get the hamburger w no cheese wow and you get plenty of fries for a small order and a drink. I can't complained I get amazing service any where I go. The good looking white guy covered in tattoos asked me if the lettuce wrap was due to an allergy; I thought that was thoughtful on his end. I haven't had Five Guys since 2012. Each time I'd drive by, it was before 11am, so I never stopped in. Today I was at Riddle Hospital at 11, so I made ot a point to get lunch there. I haven't eaten yet, so I'm really glad that this turned out to be positive experience for me there's nothing worse than craving something, getting it and have it completely suck. Seriously disappointed in the over cooked and dry burger patty and the barely filled Large Fry cup with warm but soggy fries that were not even lightly seasoned, not even enough fries for there to be any in the bag or the bag to even have a grease stain on it. It's a true shame and this locations employees have little to no respect for their customers. A combination of dirty side-eyes and throwing your order across the counter, an amazing burger place turned into a nuisance. Ordered a double bacon with LTO only to find out there's two tiny shreds of lettuce, in which I had to go in again and ask for lettuce which took her 4 minutes to place lettuce in a pan and fondle with the foil for 2 minutes, no eye contact at all and just threw it on the counter and walked away. fiveguys if they had zero stars i would leave them. the customer service here is absolutely the worst. the quality of my order was incorrect in april of this year. i received a free meal which i went to redeem today. again my order was incorrect and due to me complaining. a young staff member entered into a verbal altercation with me. unprofessional, rude, lack of service, lack of quality save your money, time and energy go to a different location. the manager ajanae apologized for her team member she had to physically remove from the kitchen as she hollered absentines, and made threats as if she wanted the verbal altercation to escalate to physical. anjanae, offered to take my order and personally remake it herself. i thanked anjanae for her offer and advised her i do not want anything to eat from this establishment, and that i would be contacting corporate. i don't appreciate the theatrics and negative atmosphere i will take my business elsewhere. read more
