I like it ! Kids play on the playground while I eat lunch and make the shopping list for the Wal-mart that is in the parking lot. The family that owns this place seems like they are always working inside just as much as the regular employees. The morning manager is THE MOST JOYFUL PERSON. I like that there are many non-fried and healthy options for the adults and kids. My crew likes the grilled chk nuggets and I do the tortilla soup a lot :-) read more

Don't get me wrong, Chick-fil-a is one place that I can eat practically whenever I want. However, the last 2 times I have gotten chicken minis, there has been a hair in them. Look, I don't know about anyone else but personally I prefer not to be eating my hair in my food and much less someone else's. Not that it is the owners fault or what not but it has been an issue with me and I don't think I'll be getting chicken minis anymore. On the other hand I would say Chick-fil-a has tons of delicious options and I will still be going. I would just watch the minis from personal experience. read more

If ever you are in Bryan, Texas and decide you want Chick-Fil-A do NOT go to the one on Briarcrest it is HORRIBLE and I have never met a horrible Chick-Fil-A restaurant in my life. First off, their bathrooms are DISGUSTING and I tripped over a step stool while trying to walk to the sink to wash my hands. Why is there even a step stool hanging out in the middle of the floor? Luckily I catch my balance easily or that could've been bad. Second, they messed up BOTH orders we had and I just blew it off because that's the first time that's ever happened to me there. Finally, I was eating and I got half way through my sandwich and took a bite and it had a horrid taste to it. At first I thought I was just some fat on the chicken because the texture was just like it but then I got to looking and THE CHICKEN WAS GREEN!!! Absolutely disgusting. We just had to get up and leave. Worst experience ever. read more

Chick-Fil-A is almost always good food, fast with friendly people. However, this on sticks out as being a bit friendlier and faster than the others nearby. Plus the have what sounds like the "movie phone" guy taking orders most mornings through the drive-thru - which just makes it that much more of a good experience. read more

This is literally the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. They take forever whether inside or in the drive thru.

Slow service in the drive-thru in the mornings, and essentially any other time. Plan accordingly before stopping there. Maybe stop worrying about getting people's name before taking the order. Juat scan their app, take the order and go. read more

Waited for 23 minutes to get fast food. Nobody out working the line at 4:00? Went in to order after waiting and no cars moving, and 1/2 of the employees are eating and not helping. If it is a break stagger it. 3 people came in that nobody was helping with the curbside (no employees came out in the 23 minutes) and the cashier was so rude! Left and they forgot kids meal and plastic ware. This place needs to do some retraining. read more

I have no idea why they have changed the way they run the drive thru. It used to be so fast. The two girls working the drive thru line today, had ZERO clue how to manage the situation. Instead of splitting the customers every other car into the two separate lines, they ran three and three. Putting the THREE vehicles that were in line BEHIND me, in FRONT of me and also in front of the three cars IN FRONT OF ME!!!! Ridiculous. Absurd. When I told the girl what she had done, all she said was "some people take longer to order". CLUELESS TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE CHIC FIL A. bad for business. We won't be coming to your location again. Usually this Chick-fil-a is on top of their stuff but recently they suck they forget either my sauce or a straw or napkins what's going on. Please get it together. I order 30mins before my arrival and still waited 15 mins for my food. Oh and they forgot my sauce... read more

I gotta say I don't really mind that this business closes its door on Sundays. There are certainly enough places open for them to be able to do that. I strongly admire the owners for standing up for what they believe. Getting to my review, I like the food. My only problem with this location is with the outdoor playground. I have two kids & with all the horror stories I've read over the years, I thought these were done with! Plus, in the middle of Summer its gotta be like a zillion degrees in there! Because of this, we now go waaaaaaaayyyyyy out - to the one in College Station, which is way out of the way for me. That one, however, has a very nice indoor playground that my children can play in. Complete with saniwipes right outside the playground door to use BEFORE & AFTER playtime. Its always packed but we never wait very long and the stafff is wonderful. Its very clean considering how many families go there. The one thing I can say about this location is that, since its in the Walmart Shopping Center, I can take my kids to eat something fairly healthy . But its usually if they are absolutely starving and we're running errands(bc of course they ALWAYS want to play - imagine that! LOL). I'd much rather they eat here instead of going to the Mickey D's inside Walmart. Anyway, got a 2 star instead of 3 because of the playground. read more

Five stars because I always enjoy coming here and the service is always top notch. However, this morning I pulled in the drive thru, and I didn't realize breakfast was over, as I don't often come in the morning. When I attempted to order chicken minis, a young lady with glasses snapped at me "We don't have anymore of those, breakfast is over." with unnecessary attitude. Too early in the morning to have such a rude demeanor. I would have sucked it up and just ordered something else, but that killed my vibe and I opted for food elsewhere. read more

I went through the drive through, they were rude and told me to pull into a parking spot and then never brought me my food.

This was by far the best chik fil a I have ever been to. We went on June 27, 2015 at around 845-9 pm. Our food was out in less then a minute, and the guy working the front counter came around offering refills and to take trash. Was super clean also. Would definitely recommend! read more

I absolutely love this Chic Fil A. When I moved in the Bryan area about a year ago this Chic Fil A was not up to par. However, recently it has been great. The service is fast, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is hot and fresh. My favorite aspect of this Chic Fil A is they add the perfect amount of ice to the sweet tea. Seems silly I know but If you drink sweet tea you know exactly what it feels like to get hot tea with a few ice cubes. This Chic Fil A always get's it right!! read more

I go to this location once, sometimes twice, each month and never have a problem. The staff is friendly and fast, and the food is always good. Most of the time I use the mobile ordering curbside option because it's MUCH faster than drive through. Yesterday, I placed my order as always, got there, checked in and immediately received my emailed receipt. 12 minutes passed, and no food. So I called to check on my order (I know, laziness at its finest) and Oscar explained they've had problems with the app but my order had just come through. He immediately brought it out, explained that they've been telling corporate about the issue, and even gave me a "treat on us" card. This is why Chick-fil-A employees are the best, y'all. He went out of his way to make sure the rest of my experience was great, and I hadn't even complained. I wasn't in a hurry so the wait wasn't an issue, but to know that he was concerned about my one, teensy part of his day was nice. read more

This is just about the only chain restaurant that I will go. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly, and go out of their way to make sure that you are totally happy. The people that run this one in town used to run the one at the local mall. They have given the same great service since day one. The food is always topnotch too!!!!! read more

As far as the food goes, this Chick-fil-A is as good as all others. I am never disappointed regarding the quality of the food. Also, the staff are usually friendly, very welcoming and undoubtedly always make each person feel like they appreciate their business --- until today. The lack of gracious customer service that I experienced today will certainly make me think twice before I consider returning to this location to purchase a meal. First, the young man who took my order in the drive-thru line was not paying attention. I repeated my order 3 times and he still got it wrong. He also never bothered to say "thank you." While I will admit that this oversight is a pet peeve of mine, the response of "there you go" after I have placed my order sounds pretty rude. I could have overlooked it this one time, however, when I pulled up to the window to get my food, the girl who handed it to me said "here you go." Really? I then checked my order and realized they had left out part of the order. The window girl got the item I was missing and said --"there you go." I then had to ask for a straw (which they also had forgotten), so window girl handed me a straw and said "there you go." Again! That is four times that someone could have said "thank you for coming to Chick-fil-A" but not once did I receive that courtesy.
