Typical chick-fil-a fast food. I don't eat meat but my daughter loves the nuggets. Nothing really to complain or praise about.

I usually love chick fil a but on today's visit they hit my number one pet peeve. Serving my food in sections. I don't know about you guys but I like to eat my food on the hot side and not some of my items but all of them. Listen if I have to pull around for some of my order then make me wait for fresh food all around. By the time I pulled around and waited 6 minutes in my cold car I drank all my medium drink all my hash browns and my other food gets to cool down. Now when my food arrives I get to eat not so fresh barely warm food and then my piping hot food. It just isn't common sense to make me wait for one item while my other food dies. At least bring me another drink assuming I sucked mine down since I was starving and super thirsty. One star today to make a point. Update: I keep coming because most days they do a good job. However I have repeatedly had to ask employees even assistant managers to please use an ice scoop. On today's adventure 1/31/18 I went through the drive thru. Got two breakfast filets and a drink unknown to us the gave us a biscuit. Took my kiddo to school and received an email about her having wrong food since I was near by swung by picked her to go get corrected food. I get there they handle situation so I think. The assistant manager came said she could only replace one filet. I look at her in puzzlement clarify with child that she in fact did not receive meat. With attitude we received food. Visiting from out of town I figured I'll give this place a shot for the first time to see what type is all about and I will say this... this place is ridiculously good and I need to know WHO MADE THIS!!? I have ate here a total of 2 TIME!!! 2 times! The first time I'm eating French fries and bite down on a wood chip. I bring it to corporate and they tell me to bring it to the manger I did and he did nothing. Ok fine I get it I could be a random guy looking to get something for this establishment but I'm not and I found multiple wood chips in my fries. Now my second time I come which was today they fuck up my order which was pretty basic. I'd encourage everyone to only eat here if you are about to die of hunger. I'm not sure if the management sucks or the workers who work there are just not listening but this place from my only two times going there have been horrible. I am so disappointed with the service I have received here. I am a regular customer to this particular Chick-fil-A and I am a huge advocate and lover of the Chick-fil-A franchise. However, the store manager here is straight trash. I have no qualms with anyone at this Chick-fil-A except this SM. the other day, particular yesterday, I had a medium sized Mobile order upon picking it up I went home to enjoy it with my family. I ordered a Cobb salad and while i was eating it, I picked up the boiled egg and there were strings of slime coming off of it. I looked at the bottom of the salad and there were leaves that were disintegrating and it was slimy and overall bad. I also work in the food industry and I completely understand that quality control is hard, especially when it comes to produce. Therefore I called the store, asked to speak with the store manager, and I politely told him about my issue. I respectfully asked to have my money refunded because I was just disgusted by what I almost put in my mouth. I was surprised when he started arguing with me saying that there was no way this could happen because the salads are delivered fresh every day. I explained many times to him that the salad was visibly bad and I would just like my money back. For another 15 minutes he continue to argue with me saying that he could only give me something else in return and repeatedly i felt my integrity was questioned. I was not demanding anything else and just wanted my money back. Therefore I resorted to tell him that I would go there personally and show him that the salad was not good. When I got up to the store not but 10 minutes after I hung up he saw me walk in and would not deal with me directly he sent another manager to assist me and ultimately I got my money back but I was very disappointed. As a regular customer I can tell you I would rate them lower if I could because this shows poor customer service and does not represent the company's values. We always have a great experience at this location. Even when the line is backed into the street, it goes very quickly. I've never had them mess up my order. Staff is always very friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there. I'm also very impressed with the steps this location has taken to make standing outside more comfortable for the people who take orders and hand out receipts. They've put up an awning of sorts with fans and what looks like probably heaters. I really respect that they've done that for their employees. It says a lot about them as a company. read more

I'm sitting in a park after visiting the drive through with no fork to eat my salad. Generally, I would call the store to tell them I was left unable to actually eat the food I purchased in their drive through, again, but decided to let everyone know their drive through consistency is horrible! Go to a different Chick Fil A. There is nothing worse than being hungry and unable to eat the food you purchased.why bother having a drive through? I ordered a number one with a coke and got a Diet Coke. The Fries were very dark and burned to where I couldn't even eat them. I couldn't believe the way my order was done! My Chicken sandwich was cold as if it sat out for 2 hours. When I called to tell the Manager he never once said he was sorry for what had happened. He did ask me for my address to send me coupons. Honestly, everyone who has left a bad review here had a one time experience that frustrated them, so decided to pick up their virtual pitch forks and complain on Yelp. I've lived in Burleson for just over a decade now and the only fast food worth buying here is definitely Chick-fil-A. During lunch they're always speeding people along through their drive through, and there's never a lengthy wait (unless someone is ordering for a huge group ahead of you), and even then they'll usually pull around so that they can continue serving the next customers while the larger order is finished, or while they prepare the rest of your food. The staff is consistently friendly and always smiling. And they go out of their way to make an impression everytime I'm coming through. I've never been cheated once, and if I ever have an issue they're quick to fix it. I've never had them tell me no. They consistently put me first as a customer and it shows. I reccomend dropping by and saying hi anytime. Also, try to the market salad. It can't be beat. read more

I've never eaten inside, so I can't speak for the dining room, but the drive thru is one of the worst chick fil as I've been through. It seems like every time we go, they try to cheat us in whatever way they can. We order large meals but get medium drink, or fries. The drinks are 90% ice, so when you do pay for a larger drink, you're really just paying for more ice. When they ask you what sauce you would like, if they ask you (they forget 50% of the time) you'll need to respond with "I need x amount of sauce" or you're lucky to get more than 2 sauces, even if you've ordered multiple sandwiches. It's little extras that make chick fil a one of the best fast food places, but this particular location seems to value saving pennies over customer retention. read more
