First time to try Chick-fil-A ! I always see a lot of cars...thought it must be GOOD. Drive through was very busy yet they had 4 attendance taking orders at the drive-through with two lanes. I ordered the PC Club with fries (waffle fries) & RootBeer. Yes, it's fattening, so I'll do more exercises! (Well maybe). The young ladies taking orders were efficient, polite, and friendly. All staff members at the window were also very considerate and fast. I apologies. I don't have any information concerning the restrooms or the inside of the establishment. The outside was clean and bright. I recommend Chick-fil-A in Burleson on John Jones. I will visit them again, for me it was just the right amount of portions at a great price. this is not the second time I've had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A specifically, but the difference with this time is that I got food poisoning last time. The chicken biscuit was barely cooked fully and now this time I got full on food poisoning. The service wasn't horrible, but clearly they're unsanitary if I'm getting sick like this and that's the only thing I had the whole day and I've never thrown up from anywhere else- not Any other Chick-fil-A this one just this one. dirty. read more

I went through the drive-thru tonight (July 9th) at around 9:17 PM, and the woman handing out the food had a noticeably rude attitude. She barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed, and as she handed me my food, she turned around and said "Have a nice night" in a very sarcastic and disrespectful tone. On top of that, we overheard what sounded like the manager loudly complaining about how the store only made "$600-something" that day. The overall vibe felt tense and unprofessional it honestly made the experience uncomfortable. read more

Be careful ordering delivery from this location. There was a delay in delivery drivers picking up, our food was almost an hour in before someone arrived to this store to pick up, and instead of handing off fresh food they handed off the food that had been sitting for AN HOUR!! We received nasty cold fries and cold soup. To receive cold soup tells you how long that had been sitting there. If you complain to the delivery service they only refund you back $4. How unprofessional to serve a customer food that's been sitting for that long. read more

Look, I love Chick-fil-a. Their food is so delicious! But this location really disappointed me. I came through today at around 6:30am, and ordered a grilled chicken nugget scramble bowl at the speaker box. I tried to confirm that the lady had gotten that it was "grilled" and not "breaded" chicken, but the lady said to pull up and never confirmed. I pay at the window and drive down the service road, then I find out that I received breaded nuggets. (I have a gluten allergy so I can't have the bread, and I informed them of this as well). Long story short I went in and nobody wanted to help me, they all just looked at me. Eventually I was able to show a lady the bowl, she grabbed it and threw it away (literally such a waste??? I can't eat it but I could have given it to someone in my family, especially after all of the trouble I went through to even get someone to help me). I received my grilled nugget bowl later on, and it was half empty. I had a crazy morning and this definitely didn't make it any better lol, it just seems really wasteful to throw something away like that. And then to be treated like it was my fault when I did my best to confirm...as someone that does currently work in the fast food/retail industry, that behavior would've gotten me in trouble with my supervisors. Look, I know how hard it is in this industry, I've dealt with difficult customers and the rudest of people. I was so polite to them because of this understanding, and received nothing but blank stares, and I watched as they talked and complained about me. I still love Chick-Fil-A's food, and maybe the people here were just having a bad day, but I was treated poorly and I felt really embarrassed about the whole situation when I truly did my best to confirm that it was correct the first time around read more

I honestly can't believe that this is my first review for CFA considering how often I frequent their restaurants. I needed to kill some time before an appointment and my stomach reminded me that lunch would be a great idea. I walked in and was greeted as soon as I opened the door, ordered a Market salad with medium lemonade. I decided to sit on the patio in order to enjoy my meal, which is exactly what I did. Why have order takers that meet you at your car 30 feet from the menu. The guy got irritated when we asked to see the menu as he had to walk over with us. We only ordered 4 things and he messed up our order. Nobody repeated it back to us like at a normal drive thru. We got to the window and three people were handing out food, a different guy tried to give us the wrong bag. We got our order and drove home. It was wrong! The guy who placed our order did it on purpose! What a mess. read more

Glad to say that this location has joined the major fast food restaurants. It's very difficult to check your order when you don't receive a receipt of the order when you order on line. My order was picked up and when I got home, I checked the order to what my wife had ordered. And to my amazement, the order was wrong and missing items. Congratulations read more

We came in today for a late lunch. This place is clean and the air conditioning feels good on a hot day like today. Each of my children ordered for theirselves and the staff was super friendly and listened to them as they ordered their food. The playground is clean, they actually cleaned it while we were here, my kids enjoyed it. The seating is great, they have plenty of tables near the playground so you can see your child through the glass as they play. The ketchup, napkins, straws, and other things are out and available so you do not have to wait at the counter and ask for more if you need them. My kids love the food here, today they all got the 4 count kids meals, which came out quickly. I recommend this place for a quick meal when you need one! read more

This is the best place in Burleson, TX. The employees are exceptional except for the one rude woman employee in the mornings. They always get the order right and if it is wrong they will be apologetic and helpful in making it RIGHT. The line in the drive thru is long but fast. They care about the customer and they care if you come back. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. I gave them multiple gift cards to their restaurant both with $20 on them. Yet, they told me it had no cash and threw it away without even asking me if I wanted it back. I wanted it back because I knew it had money on both of them. However, they decided to throw it away wasting $40 without even asking me! Then when i get my food it doesn't come with napkins or the sauce I asked for. Also asked for a large drink but he said he couldn't provide me one since they had thought I had said medium. read more

I'm withholding a star bc y'all always forget my pickles lol but this chick fil a is good. I always order curbside bc the drive through line is insane any time of day every day of the week. Service is a little slow but that's bc they are always super busy so it's understandable. I've only had one negative experience with a rude person but I think it was just her bc every other worker has always been super nice! I would have given a 2 star when I first moved here bc I kept getting the wrong drink but come to find out it's bc I'm from up north where we call a half sweet tea half lemonade a "half and half" but apparently down here y'all call A half unsweet tea half sweet tea a half and half lol read more

I've never had an issue with this chick fil-a until today..... went through the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order wasn't friendly at all, the lady in the drive thru window handing food out looked angry and hardly spoke. Get back to work and pick up my drink and go inside and she poked a hole in the bottom when she put my straw in, I had Powerade in my cup holder and all over me and my car floor..... I called and they said "sorry I'll see who did that" so now I'm stuck going to work in soaked clothes and a cup holder full of my large Powerade..... Those rounds should of been hot and crispy brown. Then the big let down was the tea was super weak, somone did not steep long enough. I'm not sure Bo's is going to make it in Texas. Super long wait time for food, kiosk and app incomplete, and constant inconsistent quality of food. Never know what you will get, if you ever get your food. Although I like that crisp crunch of the chicken, I'm sticking with Chick-Fil-A, no more Bo's for me. How hard could it be to properly manage a limited item franchise?

They have a salsa bar inside with 3 different salsas increasing in heat (green, red, yellow), there are also limes, jalapeños and more to top your dishes. We tried several different items: The King Buffalo Bill Fuego Bowl Chicken & Waffle Dodge City Mac n Cheese Chips Each taco had a lot of sauces, salsa, pickled onions, pico and other garnishes that created a unique flavors. I can see how people would really like this but it just wasn't my thing. The restaurant is spacious, clean and offers plenty of seating for various guests and groups. I used the drive thru which was quick, easy, and the building was lite up, making it easy to see on this rainy night. I've eaten about half of my combo and I'm full, happy, and ready to put my feet up and relax. You can do the same, next time you go to Jack in the Box. They have 580 locations nationwide.
