We got chick fil a catered for a retirement party at work and we were quite surprised about it since chick fil a is always a treat! The sandwiches were individually wrapped and the filets were large and tasty. Nuggets and salad were delicious, they gave us a whole bag of condiments and dressings for it. I've been enjoying Chick-fil-A's for a long time in different states. My goto meal is a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a side of Chick-fil-A sauce, fries and a Diet Coke. The customer service is amazing. The friendly staff make you feel they want you to be there and that you are their priority . I always get welcomed and talked to with so much respect. Chick-Fil-A is an incredible company that I will always respect and love. Great food, great values, great service. Having been to several Chick-Fil-A's around the nation, their quality is something that is consistent across state lines. Except for this Chick-Fil-A. Literally. Just this one. I will avoid going to this Chick-Fil-A as much as I can because of how unreasonably slow they are. Every time I visit either the dining room or the drive-thru, no one seems to be in charge. General manager is rarely around, and if he is he seems to lead from behind. Every employee seems like it's their first day. They're extremely nice, but extremely incompetent and slow. No one works with a sense of urgency. Only thing going for this location is that it's centrally located in the Burnsville area. Other than that, this is consistently the worst Chick-Fil-A to visit in the Twin Cities area. read more

Yesterday I tried the fish sandwich. It is actually 2 small pieces of cod with pickles on bottom. Two packets of tartar sauce are on the side. There is a 7 minute wait and you are instructed to park by the two cows. I liked this sandwich much better than Arbys fish sandwich. We visited on a Tuesday during dinner rush hour. I recommend taking the time to stop inside to get your food to-go instead of taking the drive-thru. The drive-thru was backed up and obviously had a long wait as we watched from our table. We had no wait, as the line inside was minimal, and the food served quickly. We normally love Chick-fil-A but today our order was wrong. I was given deep fried chicken when I ordered grilled and I can't eat high fat foods. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was cold. I've had breakfast sandwiches from chick-fil-a before and thought they were pretty good and for the most part they are, however, this time around the sandwich was made pretty sloppy and it seemed from the taste and cook of the egg that the egg was being made on the same griddle as the chicken. The egg had a slight chicken taste to it and a little dark coloring on the edges. The hash browns were pretty good, they come in a little carton and are kind of like flattened tatter tots. read more

Wow. What an experience. I don't usually go to fast food places and if I do I surely don't spend time inside. This place is different. From the moment you walk in and see a sign that warmly welcomed you to the cashier saying that's it's her pleasure to serve me, the atmosphere is amazing. Not only did the food taste amazing, it came within minutes and I was greeted by a server who offered to refill and drink and take care of any other issues I had. My order was incorrect and this is a 5 star review. I had two kids under 3 in the car, my oldest loves him some chick-fil-a. We ordered the grilled nuggets like usual because it counters the amount of fries he eats. That was a joke. We got our order after a long line wait, maybe 12 min. Personally, I believe long lines are attributed to both busy/inexperienced workers and slow people in line who act like they've never ordered fast food before. But I digress... We got the food, the order was wrong. The drink was fine. The fries were the wrong size. And we got a fried chicken sandwich with cheese. Not ideal. Instead of complaining online and criticizing the entire organization for one 16 yr olds minor mistake, I called to hash it out. Immediately greeted me with empathy, asked if I had the transaction info on the bag, and was quick to refund my entire order. Then...my man Tyler goes above and beyond to offer me to come back and get the meal I ordered. With the kids bedtime coming up, I couldn't make it back so instead he offered me a compensatory meal for later. This is customer service at its finest. Got a Grilled Chicken sandwich and the bread was so stale that I couldn't eat it. My chicken and fries were cold when I got home which is less than 5 minutes away. I took the old sandwich in and asked to speak to a manager. The young lady looked like a high school student. All of the workers looked to be high school kids with no adult supervision. She did nothing but make the situation worse which I can't blame a kid for not knowing how to handle a complaint. So I called the corporate office after calling the franchise owner who wasn't available and filed a complaint. If I don't hear from the store owner tomorrow I will call until I reach him. If I can't reach him I will file a complaint with the health department. The bread was just that bad. If you get bad food from the Burnsville Mn. Chick fil Call their corporate office and file a complaint. Please do not allow these fast food businesses to get away with bad service and horrible food. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is great and the place is spotless. I go to Costco almost weekly and end up stopping here almost every time. I always have my baby with me and they will go out of the way to help me. From opening the door, to carrying my food to my table, they are fantastic. The bathroom actually has a little cart of diapers and wipes just Incase you need one for your little. I have used a couple and when my little outgrew her size and I had a few left over I brought them in for the cart. The food is always made fresh to order, I have never had anything I didn't like at Chick-fil-A, but my favorite thing ever is their cookies and cream milkshake. Totally check this place out! If you have kids they have an awesome little playground. My husband and I usually order food and let the kids tire themselves out. They usually eat after they play and can actually sit still. The cashiers having the soda fountain next to them is a great way to avoid turning their back to the customer while ordering. We had our tray delivered to our booth within thirty seconds of sitting. An employee came up to us to offer a refill on our lemonades towards the end of our meal. I always feel better leaving this chain than when I enter. This is the second time I've been here. The first was around 10. I got my usual chicken sandwich and sweet tea. Nobody bothered me while I read my book except to ask if I wanted a refill.
