I want to first state that I live in Round Rock but this reveiw is for the 1890 Ranch - Cedar Park location. My wife and I used to like Check-fil-A until today! It's Saturday, 11-9-24 and I went by for early dinner. There's a traffic issue from order area to going around to the window. I ordered in the outside lane and the girl who took my order told me to move to the inside lane. The woman in the inside lane rolled her window down and said she had to get to my outside lane!! She said how weird is this?! After I got the food home, I could tell my fries had been re-heated (brown and greasy - -a major no-no in the fast food industry), the honey, pepper, pimento cheese sandwich that I had literally only had 3 small slices of jalapeno and maybe a teaspoon of pimento cheese (not exaggerating). My wife's mac & cheese was so dried out, she couldn't finish it. Too many things wrong here at this Chick-fil-A. Big disappointment! Probably won't come back! read more

Chick-fil-A typically doesn't disappoints! However, at this specific location, getting in and out is such an inconvenience - narrow lanes and super crowded. It is as busy as other locations we've been to, but service is very very slow. Expect to be in line for 20 minutes before you couldn't get to your food. I bumped this review up to 3 stars because they recently have a new staff and he's super awesome and friendly. I should've asked for his name. His high energy and friendliness makes the experience more tolerable. read more

I went to the Chick-Fil-A on Whitestone in Cedar Park, TX and the person who waited on me at the drive through seemed bored, she didn't say, "My pleasure" she didn't even tell me what car to get behind like the other Chick-Fil-A places that I've been to. I received my Salad and I expected ICED Tea but instead the ice was melted, and no, "have a nice day, bless your heart or My Pleasure!" I went home and, I got the Southwest Salad, the toppings were included along with salt/pepper and NO Salad Dressing! Thank goodness I came home so that I could use my own. Did one of the teens working there take out the salad dressing? I was so disappointed. I have never gone through this with other locations. They need a new manager who will hire responsible people who want to work. read more

The food is good (especially for "fast food "). The service is superior whether it's inside, curbside or drive thru. Always very busy yet they get you through quickly. It's so refreshing these days to go some place where the employees are actually friendly and proficient (and apparently properly trained). This is the way a business should be managed. read more

My 8 year old daughter almost choked and died after eating Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets. We found a 1 inch bone in it. When I called the manager (Gabe) he was more concerned about blaming their "merchant" and kept saying their nuggets are boneless. He didn't say he was sorry. Didn't ask if my daughter was ok. I know that Chic-fil-a is generally a busy fast food joint. Tonight I'm impressed at how this ginormous Chic-fil-a is running. I've never seen this number of people ordering this much chicken. A double-laned drive through shuttles guests through at an impressive rate of speed. There are people waiting, eating, playscaping while Chic-fil-a cooks were cooking, cashiers were registering, servers were serving and sweepers were sweeping. On this particular evening of Black Friday weekend madness, I made a trip to the ladies room and was surprised to see not a single scrap of trash on the floor. The toilet and sink were impeccable. The only thing that made this a four star-rating was the single most disappointing annoyance of an incorrect order. And for weary travelers passing through, you can't just go back to have it fixed. They don't focus on their job and would rather joke and talk about whatever is going on in their life. The manager I think named Montana was absolutely horrible to my family and I, when asked about how long our food would take he replied with "it will be done when it's done" and walked away then once our food was out I went back to get sauces he was up there and said "you're limit is two" which is weird and some sweet girl ended up giving us a bit more for my large family. My husband and I stopped on a busy Saturday afternoon for lunch. We both ordered the southwestern grilled chicken salad. I ordered mine without cheese since I can't eat dairy. We also split a large waffle fries so we could add balance to our meals. Despite it being busy we got our food very quickly. Overall a good experience. I would only complain about the dining room area. The tables and booths move which allowed the kids in front and behind us to close in the amount of room on our table. If you are not familiar with the chain then I will ask you to climb back under the rock from which you came and just wait this review out.( I mean if you ha e never been to chick fil a how did you discover a smart phone and the yelp app?! Your only good excuse is if you just moved to this country or your vegan) This location is super busy. I know which one isn't right?! But this one is one of the busiest I have seen as sometimes it is hard to find a seat so if it is near lunch time maybe wait till a bit later to avoid the rush or take it to go. This location is usually very clean, which is saying a lot considering the foot traffic. They are always well staffed and the waits are always minimal. Per the standard service comes with a smile and a "my pleasure!". Great location but beware of the traffic as the area is tight. Maybe go on slightly adjusted lunch hours on Saturday. Went through the drive through just now and requested a small vanilla milkshake with NO whip cream and NO cherry. I got to the window and sure enough, there was whip cream half melted. No issue, so I just let him know that I requested my shake with NO whip cream. The young white chick in a ponytail decides to literally SCOOP the whip cream off the milkshake. Excuse me? The boy hands me the milkshake and I say "there's still whip cream and I said NO whip cream". He has eyes and I know he sees there's still cream on top of the shake. He has the audacity to tell me "there's none" with an attitude. Visibility annoyed, I replied back "I want NO WHIP CREAM" and hand the shake back to him. Someone tell me if that's hard to understand??? The girl finally remakes my shake with no whip cream. I'm not sure these folks understand customer service or quality. Came with my boyfriend and I was starving...... we ordered two spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combos and got to try the Mac n cheese and nothing disappointed me. Worse experience ordering catering 3 days in advance. No response to curbside pick up so I go inside tell them I'm here and 20 mins later they say my order hasn't been cooked. They got slammed at lunch is the excuse it's 3pm now so that doesn't fly with me. Chick fl a is always slammed at lunch and I have already paid you! No excuse here. The manager, Willie, was extremely rude to my wife (he basically verbally assaulted her) and should not be in a management position. I sat in line on one side of the drive through with a car that was taking FOREVER to order. 5 cars from the other drive through side went before I even got up to the guy to take my order. None the less I am NOT HAPPY. So I ask the order taker what the problem was and he doesn't answer me. He just ignores me. So I ask for a manger and he says he is the manager. His name is Sean. And I told him that being a manager when a customer asks you a question you don't IGNORE them. Better yet here is how the dialogue should have gone. "Sorry ma'am for the wait. The car in front of you was having difficulty ordering. I want to thank you for your patience. What may I get for you today?" He then went on to tell me the customer in front of me hadn't been there in a long time and was having trouble ordering. Ok. Great. He could have answered me the first time I asked instead of making me pissed enough to write a review. Also posted pictures of my French fries or French fry crumbs as I call them. We eat at this restaurant multiple times a month and today was my final straw. Nearly every single order is incorrect. Today we ordered our normal 30 count nuggets, and as usual, we didn't receive 30 as we paid for. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a grilled chicken sandwich. The drinks aren't what was ordered either. I swear this place has just gone down hill month after month. I'm not even sure calling to tell them they got the order wrong is even worth it anymore.
