Three stars for my experience today. So I'd say I'm a big fan of CFA , I go there a few times a month. Usually we have our order messed up in small ways ie. No sauce , tomato when we said none. Simple mistakes anyone can do. But tonight , I believe the girl was new? At least I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt..... After ordering our meals , one #1 combo meal, one grilled chicken sandwich meal (large ), and a shake we sat down and received our food. We received ; the #1 sandwich meal; fruit instead of a large fry, and no shake. After having to go ask for our fries to be corrected we gave them the benefit of the doubt seeing they were busy about the shake. 20 minutes later and no shake. I go to the counter to be ignored by a group of managers talking (who clearly saw me.) just to have an employee try and take someone's order and avoid talking to me. Clearly if someone is at the counter... they need something. After standing there for a good 5 minutes the manager fixed my shake (and even upsized it! Went to the drive thru around 930 and was told I would have to wait for my food. I pulled up to the designated parking and waited. I waited for around 15+ mins as 20+cars passed the drive thru and around 5 other cars parked and were brought their food in the designated parking. At no time did anyone ask what I was waiting for even though I was parked directly in front of the drive thru window. I finally flagged someone down and they checked on my order. A few minutes later someone else came out and asked what I ordered. Apparently my order was "lost" when they switched baggers at the drive thru. The person who took my payment at the window is named Karen (yes, her actual name). I don't know if it was her who "lost" the order but I do know I sat parked in the waiting area as she continued to help other customers. The place isn't the same. The last few times I have went I have had many issues on my orders and the food quality just keeps getting worse. The fries are always way over salted and the flavor is becoming more like a mcdonalds fry, and the chicken on my sandwich is 3 different colors and looks too gross to eat. Nice good chick fil a. They drive thru is pretty efficient, I'm not sure why it's always super busy but they way they have it set up it works well. Yeah the chicken is good, but still that drive thru line gets crazy long. The employees that stand outside and take orders, while controlling the traffic are friendly, and always smiling. This location has gone down quite a bit. They consistently mess up my order in the drive through and they now no longer offer curbside pickup. I ordered a sausage bisquit this am with plain iced black coffee and I received in the drive through two orders of chicken minis and a buttered buisquit with iced coffee with cream and no sugar. This Chick-fila has excellent customer service! It's definitely the best one I've been to yet. The staff was all very friendly. Tina was great and remembered my name. I ate in since I was with the kids. Service was quick even though it was in the middle of the lunch rush. The drive thru line wrapped around the building but it seemed like it was moving fast also. The food was great! I was offered a drink refill and our tray was put up while we finished our ice cream cone. The restaurant is also kept very clean. I noticed that the some of the staff walk around with antibacterial wipes and wipe down empty tables. I can appreciate that! I will definitely revisit! read more

I grabbed food from this location for my kids before heading home to Liberty Hill and when I got there, one of the meals was missing. Called Chic-fil-a and they said they couldn't refund me unless I drove all the way back. I was wondering what was shiny on the side of the chicken filet and I took it off and pinched it between my fingernails and sure enough it was a small piece of metal. The goofy manager tried to tell me there's aluminum on the bags??? It was surely a piece of steel as I'm a construction worker I can tell the difference between aluminum foil and a metal shaving. Didn't offer a refund as I said she wasn't too concerned even as I was holding the metal in my fingers. I wonder how much metal people consume here? This place needs a random health inspection asap. Parking lot design is a mess. If you go through the drive-thru and they tell you to pull over to the side (cause your order isn't ready), DON'T DO IT. Not only will it will take longer to get your food, but you have to loop all the way around the store to get to the side lot to park and often there cars are blocking the egress. read more

O my Gosh! food was amazing and workers were great. The line only took 4-5 minutes MAX!

I'm so thankful for the employees here. My cars' coolant exploded in the drive thru with lots of smoke coming from the car. 3 employees, 2 boys 1girl, came immediately to my car to help. I pulled into a parking space and all 3 of them walked back & forth from the restaurant bring large cups of water to help cool my car down. This all happened right when the restaurant closed & they still made sure I was taken care of. I sadly didn't get their names but this happened 03/08 at 10pm. Can't thank them enough ! read more

I did an order through the Chick-fil-A app and it was delivered through DoorDash. I was missing one item in my order, called to ask if I could come and pick up my item that I was missing. I got told to contact DoorDash because it is a third-party for my refund. If the woman on the phone would've simply listened to my words, I simply wanted my food item that I was missing in my order I do not care about a refund. Be careful ordering for delivery around lunch time. They'll quote you an hour and a half to two hours. And when I tried to cancel they still charged me full priced and didn't even deliver the food because I called trying to cancel. I ordered food at 11:10 and they quoted me 12:30-12:50. I didn't even realize till 12 and I had to leave for work. I called to cancel and they told me they couldn't do anything because they driver already left 30 minutes earlier than what they quoted. They charged me full priced and insisted they couldn't do anything for me. And then they didn't even deliver to my house because I called to cancel they assumed that I didn't want it at all. When I went in, there was no visible signage of where the mobile pick up area was and, on previous visits, I have seen employees hand out to-go food from the register facing Carl's Jr., so I assumed that was the place. As I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, a dine-in customer came up and stood between the counter and I. He waited a little bit; finally, a MANAGER in a BLUE shirt with brown hair came out of the kitchen, pushing a flatbed, acknowledged that customer and refilled his drinks. Yesterday I tried to place a curbside order on my Chick Fil a app. When you click the button to pay it says "Sorry, we're having trouble serving you." It did the same thing on a different phone. We ended up just going through the drive through. The lady outside that took our order repeated it back correctly, but the sizes of our meals came out medium instead of large.
