This is a good restaurant. It's always crowded and there is really no parking. I usually just go through the drive thru. The chicken sandwich is what I always order as a combo or so lovingly called #1. The food is always fresh and you get to choose from an array of sauces to put on your sandwich. Their chicken breast sandwich is breaded but it's juicy and flavorful. They only put chicken and pickles on the sandwich. You have to request lettuce and tomato because it's not standard. The waffle fries are the business. They are so good. They make fresh lemonade on the premises. What I love more than anything is that this is a Christian based restaurant. The owners are Christians. Today on my lunch break, my co workers and I decided to take a visit to our local Chick Fil A , store number 01960, like we have done plenty of times before on our lunch break. We're very frequent at this location because we work right down 183rd street at AT&T. Today we had a visit that was unbelievable memorable and not for good reasons. My co workers and I are a mixed group of girls being minorities , Hispanic and African American. My placed our order with a cashier by the name of NAIMO H. who was very rude and racist. Different types of payment methods were used being cards and cash, the girls that paid cash, were myself and a Hispanic girl. We handed her a $20 bill and she made sure to extra check if it was real. The caucasian couple in-front of us who paid at the same cashier, handed her a $100 bill and she did not check, she Gladly accepted the bill and gave their change... us on the other hand. She had to hold up to the light , double check... Minus well have used a marker... which is totally fine if that's they're policy, just make sure it used across the board for all customers. The thing that sent me over the edge, that caused me to write this feedback, the reason why I probably will never visit this restaurant again is I purchased a large "Superfood" side of the kale salad. I politely asked Naomi who I had previously ordered with for extra dressing on the side. She instantly said no, you cannot get dressing on the side instead of on the salad. Scott, who is another employee and who was working on the next register beside her, cut in and explained it is possible. He even explained to her how to do it, by the time my salad was already out and I just wanted some extra dressing on the side. Naomi then went around to multiple people in blue shirts and in the cooking area to then ask for the dressing for the salad, saying and I quote " I told her No, but he told her it could be possible " laughing like my request was a request that wasn't heard of or it couldn't have been done. I waited for 15 minutes just for a side of dressing that I asked for multiple times. Naomi then comes back to the front without even acknowledging me. I was floored and had enough. I had to just leave because by this time my lunch break was coming to an end and I had to get back to work. This is totally unacceptable, for you guys to be ChikFilA but giving McDonalds customer service. I am not even a big fast food eater but ChikFilA was my exception. I just visited the drive thru at this location. Usually their customer service is stellar. Unfortunately, this visit was not. I wanted to split the costs of all the meals with a friend. I asked the drive thru cashier to split the costs between cash and card. He was reluctant to do the math and made me use all my cash. Your employees are either too lazy to divide by 2 or your cashier couldn't handle simple math. The waffle fries were also not as crispy on the outside as usual. It had the slight soggy mush of potato wedges, probably from taking them out of the fryer too soon. Again, not how they usually come at this location. read more

It was about 8:15pm on Wednesday March 9th and her name was Megan and she had blonde hair. I've been to this location numerous times and not once have ever felt the negativity from someone that worked there. Some people have love affairs with Chipotle... In-n-Out... Taco Bell... For me, it's Chick-Fil-A. My love for Chick-Fil-A started back when it was just a spot in the Cerritos mall cafeteria and this current CFA building once was a Krispy Kreme. Then Krispy Kreme left and CFA relocated from the cafeteria to this building. Wow I feel old. Something about their chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, millions of sauces, sweet tea, and milkshakes make me keep coming back. Also their service is unlike any fast food chain. If you dine in, you have workers walking up to you and asking you if you need anything. They ask if you'd like a refill and if you do, they actually fill your drink for you and bring it back to you. One time, I was 2 cents short on the gift card that was paying for a milkshake and they didn't even bother asking me for the 2 cents. I love them. Sign up for their email list, and you'll find out about their promotions. I'm guilty of participating in Cow Appreciation Day, when people get free combo meals for the price of humiliation (dressing up like a cow). Before they had breakfast options, they tested it out and had one week where you could get a free breakfast entree every day of the week just because you were on their email list. By the way, you can substitute the toy in the kid's meal for an ice dream. Why aren't other fast foods this awesome? The worst thing about them... They're closed on Sundays. read more

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is also very good, and if you're trying to watch what you eat this is a good sandwich that is lower in sodium and carbs. I am really enjoying the menu and now that I discovered that they serve breakfast... it is going down! The chicken doesn't compare to any other drive-thru joints. Southern hospitality in a Los Angeles fast food joint? Is there such a thing? I always use drive through service at Chick-Fil-A (Cerritos). I love their food menu. Their cookies are decadent! Sweet ice tea is so refreshing! I give them 5 stars because I take my 2 year old on Mommy & Daughter afternoon outings, and brought her inside the restaurant for a change. Very clean! The high chairs aren't sticky from the previous baby. They really clean all the tables. I love how the condiment station has the fixings so neatly stacked up to the brim. You are free to use them at no extra charge. We love our Polynesian sauce, so we can't just have 1! Our food comes very hot and fresh all the time. No lukewarm soggy sandwiches and waffle fries. My kids can't have enough of their nuggets. Best of all they serve you and take your tray and trash away from you. They ask if you need any help or if you want anything else. Great people skills! Our server was extra attentive, knowing that I had a small child with me. She even opened the door as I walked out. Great friendly service! This Chick-Fil-A ALWAYS serve food fresh. I love how the chicken is crispy outside yet very tender and juicy in the inside. Pair it with wheat bun and I'm solved! Customer service is excellent. They're very helpful and would always check on you if your food is good and if everything is alright. Its not a fancy restaurant but they provide much courtesy to customers which I like. I like companies or organizations who support something for a cause so two thumbs up for Chick-Fil-A for being one. They support Samaritan's Purse TM who does Operation Christmas Child TM. They give you a shoebox and you just fill it up with donation to a child in need in other countries. You can give school supplies or toys. What is not to like about Chick-Fil-A?!?! I've been eating Chick-Fil-A since it became available at the Cerritos Mall and in our high school cafeteria back in the day! Yes, they sold Chick-Fil-A in our local high school when I was there.. BE JEALOUS!!!! =) Service- Great service. You order and take a number and the staff brings the meal to your table. Chicken Sandwich- I always get their chicken sandwich which includes perfectly cooked and favorful chicken and pickles. Their bbq sauce is great and I always ask for 2 so that I could drench my sandwich in the yummy sweet tangy sauce. Chicken Nuggets-Another favorite of mine is their chicken nuggets. I like McDonalds chicken nuggets but Chick-Fil-A nuggets do taste WAY better and you can tell it is actually made of real chicken =P ....Just saying!!!! Waffle Fries- Fries are always a must get here at the fast food restaurant. It is perfectly cooked and salted and always a great pair with your nuggets or sandwich. *FYI- What I don't like about Chick-Fil-A is that it closes every Sunday. WHY do you have to close in the first place?!? Apparently Chick-Fil-A founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. First time it came out I thought it was a bit pricey but it wasn't too bad because the yogurt tasted great and the quantity was decent (6-7oz) plus you can get either cookie (Oreo) or granola topping. Now they change the yogurt to some tasteless Greek yogurt and the cup size has gotten smaller (3-4oz or at least seems like it). All this for a very pricey $2.65. It doesn't make sense that they would skimp on the yogurt when everything else is good.. Why Chick-fil-A why? Two stars because this one item kinda ruined the meal. I'm only giving this place three stars from other time coming and having no issues at this location . For today I can't say the same as my order was incorrect and missing items. Ordered Two Deluxe Sandwiches and was only given one . When telling the cashier she added it to our order and when we get back home to our surprise the second sandwich that was originally missing had no top bun only the bottom. On first sandwich we asked it with everything and second sandwich with no tomato and no pickle but it was given the other way around.
